Husband and I were traveling in Montreal and unfortunately our rear window shattered. They were luckily able to fit us in to repair it and did it within the same day. It was an absolute relief since we were leaving the next day. The ladies at reception are very helpful and friendly, and the workers did a fantastic job with the replacement. We’re very happy with the job.

Had a very annoying creaking sound coming from my Audi's moon roof. Audi Stealership charged me $300 for a "moonroof maintenance" which did not solve the issue. Went back to the dealer and they still could not figure it out.

Jaques diagnosed and fixed my issue in no time. Thank you

Jacques worked on my ‘87 Porsche 911 to refit and change the seal on my front windshield. He was extremely knowledgeable, meticulously worked to install the seal, even fixing my antenna cable When I casually mentioned that my convertible top leaks in the rain, he gave me recommendations and even applied product to the seals to help. Jacques even had the seal for my 1980s car in stock, just to show how many he does. I’d highly recommend his team to anyone looking for professional work done at very reasonable fares.

I highly recommend this shop. At the end of our amazing Montreal GP Formula 1 weekend someone broke into my car by smashing the window and stole some important items from the car. As we were around 700 km from home (Niagara, ON) we were unable to drive home without having the window covered. I showed up at this shop, the 2 receptionists were super friendly and helpful. When I explained my precarious situation, they immediately called the owner Jacques who was working on another car. He immediately made room in his shop for my car and started working on it without delay. He did not have a spare window of the same type, but he was able to cover the hole with a hard cardboard and a large plastic sheet that he tucked under the door frame so it would hold in the place. He then removed the broken glass from the trunk of my SUV, and even vacuumed the interior. Within an hour we were on our way home, and the make-shift cover lasted the entire 700 kms at a highway speed and for many more days until we got it properly fixed. Jacques was quick, helpful, friendly, and understanding our difficult situation. We even had a nice chat about Formula 1 racing, and having visited 20 races himself, he had some very good advice for our future visits. And finally, his price was very reasonable - he did not take advantage of our being in the tough spot we were in. If you need your car glass repaired, do yourself a favour, and have it done in this shop.

When you own a pristine Porsche from the '90's, the last place you should be bringing your car to is a wham-bam mega-glass shop where the tech replacing your windshield is still in puberty. Jack is an old timer and has vast experience working with these classic vehicles. The man is passionate about his work and should, in my books, be considered more an artist than a glass tech. This is probably why all the local premium automobile dealerships only work with this shop. Highly recommended!

Still can't go over what a wonderful experience I had with this team and business. We came from out of town and unfortunately had our back window broken, and I'm so glad we ended up here. We were leaving town that same day and the team was able to clean up the glass and provide a covering to help us reach our next destination. What made it above and beyond is the woman managing who provided a coffee & breakfast while we waited and then even shared what we should expect pricing wise once we got to Quebec City for the repair and exactly what part we would need. She could easily have not provided that, but it made our repair process so much more seamless. Once more, our windshield wiper was missing during the repair process and when I called her to see if they had seen it, she offered to cover the cost of that missing piece with the QC dealership. Truly an amazing example of hospitality and service!

Amazing service, the owner of the company, Jacques, himself worked on my windshield replacement and the immaculate care he took of my car during installation was just phenomenal. He also took time to fully explain to me the best options available for me to choose so that I get the best results for the money I was spending. Special shout-out to Rosie in the office who helped me deal with the insurance paperwork and people, she went out of her way to make sure that I had no headaches with the insurance company and helped me with everything.
I hope I don't have to deal with broken windshield again in the future, but if I do, this is the place I'm bringing my car to. Simply the best in Montreal!

Not only were they 8 days late of repair. We came in and they were already telling a second person their car was also late. The over charged by 200$. And I won’t ever be going back here again.

Dropped by on a Wednesday afternoon, received a reasonable estimate, had a new windshield for my 2007 model car installed the next morning. All staff with whom I interacted, especially Betty, were friendly and most helpful. The work appeared to be first rate, but a heavy downpour will be the final judge. Seriously, I have no hesitation in recommending this enterprise. Judging from how busy they were, and the very expensive cars being serviced, I'm sure everyone will have the same positive experience.

I am so thankfully for Vite Vitres Jacques for their uncomparable service! I had ordered a rear window for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the dealer, they made me wait 4months before they called and told me it was discontinued. I search every shop and nobody could find one. Thankfully Vite Vitres Jacques was able to find it and install it within days! Thank you once again for the great service in such a short period of time.

From now on, I will never go anywhere else but to Jacques. Best service, most knowledgeable and attention to details. They took care of absolutely everything. Most importantly, only Jacques had my sunroof glass!

After having a horrible experience throughout the week with another repair shop my insurance company suggested (which I should have excepted while reading their reviews) it was just refreshing to get this kind service with Vite Vitres Jacques Inc.

I have performed front window replacement and back glass replacement on an old vehicle where I couldn’t find anywhere the backglass part only for a reasonable price. So I got a tailgate assembly including the glass and they swapped all the parts for me without breaking anything and without having any problem doing that job.
Windshield quality was great as well.

In terms of pricing the prices were very good and best prices I have found on market.
Jacques, Rosa and Betty took very good care of me for my special needs.
I recommend them to everybody!
