This week I had a broken window replaced. We ordered the xindow 8 weeks ago and it finally arrived. The appointment was booked last week and the team arrived promptly as promised. They worked cleanly putting down protective materials to avoid dirt. They were very polite and efficient. This was a customized order for a special window. That explains the long delay. I would highly recommend this company and their installers. Thank you for a great service.

Very unprofessional! They ask for the downpayment so they can proceed the contract and they say 4-5weeks maximum but now it’s almost 3months until now they didn’t fix it. They always promise a date but when the date come they will say that its not ready yet. We lose a tenant because of this company you cannot relayed to there words. Very bad experience!

While our purchase was small, it was just important. With most of the small glass shops were still closed for the holidays or just out of business, it was great that we got taken care of really quick and a fair price. Thank you Glass Experts!
