They did the wiper replacement quickly but put some summer wiper, I hope they function ok through the winter,

I was very pleased with the customer service, work performed & overall experience.
I went originally in April after getting a rock in my windshield & the lovely lady recommended that I wait until the roads got cleaned post-winter before changing my windshield. Thank goodness I listened!
As predicted, a few days later, got hit with another rock which causes a huge line that went across the whole windshield.

Traitement de la peinture et nettoyage intérieur. On y fait un excellent travail et le personnel est de qualité et sympathique.

J'ai effectué la réparation de mon pare-brise à cet endroit. J'ai eu droit à un service courtois et rapide. Ils ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions et de m'expliquer le processus puisque c'était la première que je devais utiliser un tel service.

Bon service, personnel courtois, j'ai fait appel a Vitro Plus / Ziebart, pour la réparation du pare-brise endommagé pour une roche sur l'autoroute. J'ai déjà utilisé leurs services pour le même motif dans le passé. Très satisfait.

Excellent service de qualité, une excellente équipe expérimentée, je recommande cet endroit à tout le monde sans hésiter, je suis client depuis plusieurs années et je n'ai jamais été déçu! Pour un travail de qualité et un service irréprochable vous savez qui contacter!

J’ai fais faire mon antirouille 2 fois à cette endroit et il ne lave pas le véhicule par la suite en disant que l’huile n’est pas volatile. Ce qui est faux. On s’en rend bien compte quand on part les essuies-glace et qu’un film d’huile s’étend sur tout le pare-brise.
Mise-à part ça, bon service à la clientèle, rapide et courtois.
Je leur recommanderais de laver les véhicules suite à un antirouille.

Clean locale with easy parking and your expected Vitro Plus service. Better than Lebeau for windshield changes and the prices are good as well. The staff are polite, the waiting area is decent and they do windshield changes quickly and efficiently including high-end types (HUD, advanced cameras, etc.). Recommended.

Antirouille annuel, protection pellicule pour toutes nos voitures. Service impeccable et personnel très sympathique!

Great service. Replaced the windshield for my VW Jetta 2015. They charged me less than the original estimate:). Also, there was a small dent on the side of my door which they pulled out for free. Would definitely recommend!

When my windshield was hit with decent sized stone on highway 40 my insurance company Promutuel referred me to VitroPlus. I was skeptical at first since I've always used Lebeau. They repaired the chip and even applied an Aquapel glass treatment at no charge. I didn't notice the chip and the windshield repels water really well. You don't even need the wiper. Thanks to them I've been applying it every winter to repel that annoying highway water myst from melting snow.

J’ai contacté la compagnie pour changer mon pare-brise! On me demande si mon véhicule est équipé d’une caméra qui détecte lorsque le véhicule quitte la route. Je dis que mon véhicule est équipé d’un détecteur d’angle mort uniquement. Je donne le numéro de série de mon véhicule afin d’éviter une erreur.
Au final le mauvais pare-brise a été commandé malgré le numéro de série donc le pare-brise n’a pas été changé lors du rendez-vous.
Énorme perte de temps je ne recommande pas.
