Went there twice to give it a chance.gelatos aren't the best and the churros are for sure way too doughy. Sure the gelatos are hand made, but doesn't mean they are amazing. But I do agree that it's not the worst at all. Definitely better than most places. I would've reviews it better if it wasn't for the backhanded responses from the owner. The owner is very unprofessional responding to people giving low and honest reviews.
I've done some lurking, and all the 5 star reviews he stated he's gotten, are 100% fake. Every single "reviewer" has only one review, which is his shop and they were ALL posted in the same week/day. Somehow they just all posted 5 stars within the same day and week and magically know the workers names. I've witnessed this before with other companies and have gotten their fake bot reviews taken down. Sadly seems to be EXACTLY the case here too. Maybe try to be a bit less obvious next time when you're creating accounts and using them to post fake reviews.

I was in St Anne's for the first time with my boyfriend when we noticed a sign for a free churro with gelato and knew we had to stop by. The owner was incredibly friendly and we were super impressed that he makes his own gelato, that was also delicious! He was also incredibly passionate about his work. I've never gone out of my way to leave a review but I was so impressed that I thought it was warranted. I recommend anyone who comes to St Anne's to come here!:)

The Ice cream and Macaroons are amazing and Laura one of the girls who works there is super sweet and has a great energy when serving.

Favorite ice cream shop in Sainte-Annes for sure, best gelato and churros. The staff is also very nice and friendly

Le nom de la boutique faisait rêver… disons qu’on a cherché les pâtisseries! Le goût des gelati était bien. Ambiance étrange. Service absolument médiocre, aucun churros ne nous est offert, cornet de crème glacée molle qui semble réalisé par un enfant de deux ans. Mon amoureux m’a pas réussi à obtenir ce qu’il a commandé mais à voir l’air de la jeune fille qui était au comptoir, on avait simplement envie de ne pas insister et de déguerpir. Élu à l’unanimité par ma famille comme pire expérience de crème glacée à vie!

I would rate this a 2 because I think that he advertises too much and once he gave my friend and I a lot of attitude for no reason saying that other places such and that we should only go to his place. Respectfully, I don't tolerate these types of actions but other than that the ice cream is good but somewhat expensive.

Yesterday was a beautiful afternoon so my daughter and I ventured down to St Anne’s. This delicious gelato shop that I discovered at the end of the season last year was open! They have a variety of gelato style Sorbets as well as traditional dairy filled Gelato. The pistachio sorbet is to DIE FOR! My daughter had cotton candy flavour with sprinkles. It was so good that we went back for a seconds after our walk/bike ride.
It’s a good thing we don’t live 10 min away any more, otherwise I might go everyday!

I absolutely love this place! Ive tried many many churros, and I have to say that this is by far the best churro ive ever had, if ever I'm craving a churro i don't mind driving the distance to come here! Also the owner is a complete sweetheart, and he has so much passion in what he does, you can see the passion in his eyes! And lastly, all the amazing flavors of sorbets he has, you can taste that its home made, its absolutely delicious! Its quite a few times that I come here, and I will keep returning here! Keep it up!

Great ice cream with a minimal line on a prime day. A hidden gem for sure. I had the strawberry sorbet and my wife had the chocolate gelato and both were fantastic.

The raisin caramel gelato was out of this world! Thank you once again for the welcoming service.

Ice-cream is tooooo sweet and very expencive. 4 scoops of this IC will cost you almost 20$
* UPDATE.owner asked me to take down the review! We were at the right place got 4 servings for 4 people (1 scoop each) for almost $20.ice cream may be genuine gelato, all i am saying is that it is still too sweet for our taste. If you don't like review you can take it down I'll put new one!

Cool place, many flavors and combinations. Owner is a nice guy who helps you to choose the best you like

The churros were very dry and hard, doesnt come with any sauce or anything.
The ice cream was ok.

The girl serving us was very nice but the quality and quantity of the ice cream was not the best. Ordered a large soft ice cream, and it looked like a small. I repeated the size, in case she made a mistake and no, she gave us a large. And 2 blizzards that were melting into soup before we started, which to me says that its not real ice cream but probably ice milk.

Excellent Gelato. It was nice and thick and flavorful and the cones were very light and crunchy.

Very tasty and light churros as well. They taste very nice with cinnamon.

Love their mango gelato, so fruity, smooth and satisfying! It’s the must when visiting Saint Anne de Bellevue! Love the design of their little cup as well!

A few things to improve: 1) can the hand sanitizer be placed in a better/easier to reach spot? ! 2) extremely hot and greasy smell in the shop, any way to improve it? The moment we walked out, we feel we dipped in the grease … 3) We love churros, but not the recipe you have, it tasted doughy, my friend had a bite and commented « not worth the calories .  » Is it possible to improve the recipe?

I generally don't like writing bad reviews, especially during a pandemic. The owner's schpiel is good but unsubstantiated. The churros were dry from being under the heat lamps too long. The 'homemade' pistachio was mheh. Lastly, my friend said that the soft serve ice cream tasted gross. She ended up throwing it out and getting a much better soft serve across the street.

Excellent home made ice cream! Rum & Raisin was so tasty! Great place to stop in on a bike ride.

We went during the weekend at a small kiosk they had installed with other shops next to the water.we bought gelato and some churros.
I took the bubblegum gelato and it was sooooooo good thick and tasty the churros we're very tasty with a nice texture to it and not oily!
The lady was also very nice!

Le service est excellent et les portions sont vraiment généreuses. Malheureusement, pour nous c'était trop sucré (on a pris rhum/raisins et cerise). On ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde. Les personnes qui sortaient avec la glace molle avaient l'air de se régaler. On testera ça la prochaine fois.

Warm atmosphere. The owner is a charm. Very personable. Love the Gelato! Home made! Churro's are amazing!
