Went in for lipoma removal consultation. Surgery was offered and done on the spot. Was in and out within the hour. Great customer service, quick email responses, would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Anderson is extremely friendly, and really puts you at ease. She's a real gem. And the woman who did my mammogram (I never learned her name) was also quite cheerful! I will definitely be back.

Undoubtedly Poor management.initially they set an appointment for 1pm Wednesday later moved to 3pm later at same day. After reaching the clinic before 20mins prior to 3pm.they informed doc will be fashionly late always and wants to wait another 1hour. I don't see any difference in the service provided here, save your time and money. Ignore below fake reviews!

VM-Med has been a positive experience to date. Two apts in in 7 days. Most concerns were addressed with follow-ups in the future. The communication with the staff has been prompt and polite. The communication with nurse Sarah helpful and upbeat with a follow-up if neccessary.
The location needs more space hence the 4 stars. It is organized and runs efficiently.

Special mention to all staff girls at frontdesk Patricia who does mammograms truly she loves her work and most of all Dr. Otaky very attentive listens and answers all my questions and concerns Very happy with the all the team at VM-Med It has been more than 25 years I have been followed by VM-Med team

The appointment was for my girlfriend and she filed up the form on the website to get an appointment. The clinic manage to give her an appointment the same day and most importantly the results of her tests on the spot. Everyone at this clinic was absolutely outstanding! From the receptionist to the technician and to the Doctor… all of them! They take time with you, you feel very welcome and you actually feel like an important human. It’s been over a few weeks that I have been waiting for my appointment, which was rescheduled for another two weeks. I understand that situations like this can happen, but what deeply surprised me was the way the rescheduling was handled without any empathy or human approach. The doctor I usually see at the clinic is professional, attentive, and humane. I gave it a bad rating only for my last experience.

My appointment was at 2pm, I was only seen at 3pm. No difference from the public system really.

Wonderful and easy experience. The clinic is clean and bright and the doctors I saw were kind, competent, and thorough. I feel safe in their hands and they seemed genuinely happy with their jobs.

One of the staff Carla is always rude, extremely slow and disorganized, private services but treated with no respect. Very sad.

J’avais besoin d’une échographie musculo-squelettique et infiltration. La clinique VM-Med a été la première à me rappeler en me proposant un rdv en moins d’un mois (7 mois et + ailleurs). Finalement, une annulation m’a permis d’avoir rdv encore plus rapidement.

Dr. Browman est vraiment gentil et il vulgarise très bien pour nous permettre de prendre les bonnes décisions pour soi. L’infiltration s’est faite sans douleur.

Every year my experience with the whole staff, radiologists & Doctors, are and have been for many years so very pleasant and welcoming. Everyone is extremely efficient at what they do and make one feel very comfortable.

I truly appreciate the services I receive at VM-Med. Everyone, including the receptionists, secretaries and technicians, has always been extremely courteous and helpful. I am currently followed by Dr. Otaky and cannot say enough about his calm demeanor, his knowledge and patience. With a family history of breast cancer, it is reassuring to know you can have a mammogram and ultrasound and get your results that same day, thereby avoiding prolonged anxiety.priceless! Called for appointement, had one within a week. From the staff at the front desk to the doctors, A-1 service. Dr Otaki is a gem. The radiology tech (don't remember the name: -/) was very nice too, made sure i was ok and confortable during mammo. Dr Otaki made me feel at ease, very knowledgeable, reassured me when i had any concerns, explained in details what he was seeing during the ultrasound. Yes it can be expensive, but it's your health! Worth every penny. In the public, would be months before seeing a specialist. Thank you

J'ai adoré mon expérience. J'ai eu un rendez-vous la même journée pour 2 différents tests. Les employés sont tous très professionnels et sympathiques. La clinique était propre, bien organisée et accueillante.
Seul petit point négatif, j'ai eu de la difficulté à me stationner à proximité.
La clinique est située dans un immeuble de plusieurs étages dont plusieurs professionnels de la santé sont réunis.

Friendly staff, organized and efficient. Have been visiting this clinic since 2007 and I have always been satisfied with their care.

Saw Dr Otaky on consult for an inguinal hernia, the consult was on a Monday, I asked him if there was a possibility to have the surgery the same week, it was done on Friday.
During the consult Dr Otaky took all the time
To explain the procedure, risks, put no pressure for me to go ahead.
He was quick to give me the appointment, was on time for the surgery, took the time to give me all the infos pre and post surgery.
For the time being I am 5 days post surgery, healing well.

It is always an outstanding experience.
People are professional and caring.
The new lady doing mammograms is exceptional.

I needed to get an xray done on short notice. They let me come in without an appointment when I called because they were not super busy. Fast and very helpful

The doctor was great! The doctor didn't see me at the time I had scheduled but he was so nice and professional that vm-med deserves 5 stars. Also the receptionists were very kind!

I was turned away 3 times from this clinic to get an X-ray for a suspected fractured shoulder.

The first time I was turned away because the doctor improperly signed the document. The lady sitting there confirmed that everything else was fine except the signature.

I got it signed correctly and went the following week but was turned away as the working hours is incorrect on their website and they haven't updated it yet.

The third time I was turned away because a checkbox has not been ticked in the form saying I need an X-ray (he mentioned it in the writing and this wasn't a problem during my first visit here).

I wouldn't have bothered leaving this review but the staff were impatient and seemed eager to find a way to not give the x-ray during my visits. The good news is that my shoulder has healed on its own before I could even get an X-ray.

The doctors, namely Dr. Hughes, Dr. Otaky and Dr. Polychronopoulous are amazing human beings, dedicated to the health and well being of their patients.
I am so grateful for their professionalism and expertise, and always have a very satisfying appointment, with everything explained to me.
Anytime I need to ask a question, have an appointment in between my yearly exams, they are always available to see me.

I usually do breast check up in this clinic with Dr. Otaky and I did the thyroid ultrasound with him as well, and I got the result on the same day.
He is very professional, knowledgeable and very nice and caring.
What I like also about this clinic is the waiting time to take an appointment is short.

Dr. Otaky and Dr. Anderson are amongst the best and, along with their staff, they offer a great service.

I have been going to Villa Marie- Med for more than 15 years with Dr. Naim Otaky who is always a pleasure to deal with. If you have an issue after the Mammograph, you don't need to wait for weeks to get the result, then get to see another technician to do follow up test and wait again for the result. Here Dr. Otaky would do himself the follow ultrasound. They are the best Breast Center in town.

I would strongly recommend VM-Med. The staff is very professional, helpful and available. I was very satisfied with Dr. Otaky, he is very attentive and patient, and takes his time to explain clearly and provide the proper information to his patients.

One of the secretary was very rude and disrespectful. The one in the middle on the 10 floor where you sign up before the ultrasound. It’s was the first time it too almost 3 hours before seeing the doctor.

Accès facile à un médecin pour consultation, par contre diagnostique erroné compte tenu d'un manque d'équipement médical adéquat. Une référence à un spécialiste aurait été souhaitable.

Le docteur Otaki est très agréable et professionnel, rien à redire sur la consultation en elle même, en revanche le délai en salle d'attente (2h!) est difficilement compréhensible et sur les deux RDV que j'ai eu j'ai eu ces mêmes délais à chaque fois. Je peux comprendre qu'il y ait des retards mais au moins essayer de prévenir d'avance, par texto, si vous savez qu'il y aura au moins 1h de retard.

I went there for a breast ultrasound and biopsy with Dr. Otaky. He is amazing and just puts all your worries to rest. I will be forever grateful for my experience at the clinic. Everyone is sweet from the receptionists to the nurses. It is exactly what’s needed when you are going through stressful times and having to be tested.

Eveyone was extaordinary.except a waiting time a little long. 2h00.

I had an MRI. The technician was awesome. Friendly staff. I gave 3 stars because it’s been 10 days now and I still haven’t received my results. I was informed it takes around 4 days. After calling, I was instructed to email archives, which I did twice. No reply. Then this morning my doc calls me with my results! I paid 650$ out of pocket for the exam and don’t get my results but the doc gets them? In short, great on day experience, poor after sales service.

I thought VmMed was quick and efficient. I was able to book my appointments and get my results back within a week. The secretary was very kind and Dr. Otaky took the time to talk and explain my options.

When your doctor tells you you have a mass you start imagining the worst. And when you learn that you won't be able to have the test before two months everything goes black in your mind. Then I found VM-MED. From the moment I called them to the minute I walked out I was treated with respect but most importantly with empathy. I felt reassured no matter what. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor I felt understood. Dr. Otaki is amazing and know how to reassure you as well. In the end, there was nothing concerning so all good. The best money I invested.

100% worth it in my opinion. People complain and give low stars because its usually the first time they pay for a medical service and expect to be treated like the queen of england.
They made a mistake with my blood test, had it fixed fast. Results come back in 1 day - 1 month. Call and ask an update.

Terrible customer service, phones never get answered to make an appointment. I finally got an appointment through email and they never bothered to tell me the fees involved until I got there

I came from Ontario to get an MRI and visit a breast specialist today. I got my results in an hour, DR. Otaky is one of their best doctors in the clinic, he listens all your concerns, not rushing you (even I was the last patient after a long day) and going through the results with you. Clinic was overall very clean. I highly recommend this clinic.

I wish I could give no stars. I called this place on Tuesday morning to book an ultrasound. I was on hold for a fair amount of time before anyone answered. The lady that answered seemed to be in a rush to end the call. I explained what I wanted and she told me the next available appointment, covered by RAMQ, would be October. So I asked if I could be seen sooner if I paid privately. I explained that I wanted it done as soon as possible because I was worried. She told me that they had an appointment available the next day. I told her that that was brilliant and asked to go ahead and book it. She told me that I had to email her the form from my Doctor first and then they would contact me with an appointment. I sent the form through straight after the call had finished. By about 1pm no one had contacted me to tell me if I could have the appointment for the next day day or not. So, I emailed them again to ask if they could let me know if I was able to have appointment or not because I needed to organise childcare. No response. I called them at 4pm and was on hold for 30 minutes before I got cut (presumably because they close at 4: 30 and wanted to go home). I then emailed them again. I still haven’t heard anything from them 2.5 days later. If this is the standard wait to book an appointment there then it should be explained during the initial phone call. Their customer service is appalling. I don’t know why the lady told me that they had an appointment available the next if she had no intention of ever booking it for me. It’s something that I’ve been incredibly worried about and I wasted a lot of time waiting for for a call back that didn’t happen, when I could have found another clinic. In the end I did call a different clinic and the customer service was excellent. The receptionist was really helpful and managed to book my appointment while I was still on the phone. Thankfully, keeping people waiting for 2.5 days (and counting) isn’t standard practice in other clinics.

Referred by my doctor, I needed bone density test. This was a walk in clinic so no appointment was needed. All staff were polite, professional and helpful. Full covid protocol was observed. Patient spaces are small, clean, efficient. I chose to attend at a time when my phone said the clinic was not usually busy. The wait was short, the test done efficiently by a pleasant operator and I was on my way in less than an hour. Cost covered by Ramq.
