Overall a negative experience trying to purchase a car at this dealership. I feel like the staff does not communicate to each other here. The sales person told us one thing and the financing manager told us the other and we got contradicting information from different people who work here. Not to mention the lack of patience from the sales person who tried to rush us to sign the contract without taking the time to answer our questions properly. We definitely did not feel appreciated or valued here. I personally do not recommend this dealership. Worst customer service we've experienced.

Worst dealership ever. Save you time and sanity and go elsewhere. Turnover rate is so high you wont see the same employee twice in the same week. Employees dont care about your need and wants and only want to make the sale and get their commission. And they wont even hide it or pretend to care! If you have the bad luck to go to this dealership dont go see Alex. He will waste your time and money and make you go in circles. Have had a VW for 10 years but this will probably be my last!

I had an accident my experience journey was terrible maybe they can be sorry for delay but I almost been there over 6/8 time just to find out the process of my vehicle
Lack of support means when you have to receive your car clean after all mechanical and body work but they don't even follow you up

Best experience ever! Mister Riad at the service department was kind and polite and very helpful.

He took the time to explain to me how they will proceed to uninstall my starter and install the new one and even took the time to help me download the application on my phone and show me how to use it.

Great customer service and they are really such an honest VW dealer. Here in Ottawa, another VW dealer was gonna charge me over $3000 but when I called Prestige VW in Montreal they checked on my car and they replaced the module under extended warranty. Really appreciate your services and I’ll drive from Ottawa for any arrives my car will require.

NEVER BUY VOLKSWAGEN.
4 weeks that my brand new Atlas is in the service.
The service department doesn't answer or return calls. My car has 4000km and is been in the service for the 3rd time.
-Suspension issues
-Parts broken
-Now electrical problems.

Just purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan 2020 with our great adviser Tiago Alves. He's appreciated for his calm, patience and his listening skills. He has done multiple check-ins throughout the process to make sure we had everything. Definitely recommend working with him!

The service team at VW Gabriel has always been exceptional. The whole team changed recently for a complete new one, who will go through their learning curve (they will have to earn their 5-stars). I have always trusted the Service group to take care of my car in everything. I will continue to do so because they earn my trust all the time. Very courteous, very professional and very pleasurable to deal with. Excellent courtesy drivers with pickup and drop off service.

This dealership had an accident with my vehicle and refused to take responsibility. Horrible service and attitude from the service manager Mario being rude and condescending the whole way. They finally agreed to fix part of the problem with a cheap repair using glue vs.replacing parts. First repair they did lasted a day, waiting to see for the second. The whole time they were stating that it was impossible it was them even though when I brought the vehicle it did not have the problem or damage. When I picked up the car it had warning lights and damage and when I asked why no one called me they stated the mechanic didn't want to tell me about other problems the car had other than what I asked them to do. Mechanic said he knew however the service representative told me no one informed him. Does that sound like a normal garage tactic to you? Usually I bring in for an oil change and get a laundry list. I have the first list of things done during the initial visit for oil and spark plug change and nowhere does the paperwork sate any issues with the car. Complete dishonesty and I would go as far to say it was criminal. Stay far away from this place!

This is one of those dealership that the sales people actually listen to you and do not try to push you to make a fast decision. Staff are patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and you can feel that they are available to assist you on your decision making.

Un très mauvais service ainsi une mauvaise façon de parler avec les clients je précise ici le directeur des pièces (MArio) surtout pas à ne pas recommander c’est un escro! M’as parlé d’une façon de les gens de la rue! Même pas un professionnel! Et déjà était à même pas d’expérience à vw! Viens d’intégrer le groupe! Y’a qulque mois! Étais à Mazda! Lol
Bref chers clients ou prochaines clients je vous suggère surtout pas Volkswagen prestige saint Laurent! Et oublies pas à prestige saint Laurent peuvent vous Donner à rendez vous à 10h et vous allez attendre 3h! Et fin de compte ils vous disent on peux pas l finir aujrdhui tu reviens demain! Lol j’ai jamais vu ce genre de service pas just au Canada au monde entier c’est normal un gas qui a pas d’expérience sois cultuelle ou professionnelle c’est ça le résultat!

Great service and very quick réparation time. Overall very satisfied. Receptionists and people at desks were all nice too but especially the man who helped me and then the lady who handled my payment and giving me my keys later on when I picked up my car. Two amazing employees right there, not to count even the people that worked out back to fix the issue in little time.

Service Atroce, Mario le directeur du service parle aux client comme si on était des moins que rien, j'ai quitter hier avant que la situation escalade plus que ça, et une plainte a été formulé auprès de Volkswagen Canada. Je n'ai jamais vu ça un service aussi médiocre, en plus d'être compliquer et que ça semble être le free for all au niveau de l'organisation, on se fait traiter comme de la ma***. Je suis tellement écœuré par la situation que je suis prêt à aller payer dans un autre concessionnaire ou un autre garage pour faire faire la job que d'avoir à refaire affaire avec ces gens là.

Le service était excellent. Tous les employés avec qui j'ai interagi étaient sympathiques. Mon dossier a été pris en charge par Savario et Emily, les employés avec qui j'ai été le plus en contact. Ils étaient avenants avec un réel désir d’aider du mieux qu’ils le pouvaient. Mon expérience fut très agréable essentiellement parce que le travail a été bien fait, mais avant tout parce que Savario et Emily ont gentiment tout fait pour faciliter le processus. Je ne suis pas de genre à chialer ni de commenter mais si je pouvais donner la cote 0, je l'aurais fait.
4 mois après une inspection payée, je n'ai toujours pas le rapport ni le reçu de paiement, malgré multiples appels. À noter qu'en janvier, la succursale ne m'a pas donné le reçu ni le rapport en alléguant une panne informatique. Ils m'ont fait marcher dans la neige pour retirer l'argent "cash" et 4 mois après, toujours le rapport attendu par courriel n'a pas été reçu alors que j'ai besoin de ce rapport pour faire une réparation. J'appelle et appelle à plusieurs reprises, mais toujours des messages laissés sans y donner suite.vraiment déplorable.

Came in September 2020 for a maintenance. They offered me a courtesy car for free but got charged for it in October 2020. I did not signed any contract or document regarding the courtesy car but still got charged.
Tried to reach them via email or on the phone but no answer.
Dealed with many VW dealership and so far this is the worst.

Bought a brand new car with them only because I knew exactly what I wanted. Experience was not so good since the dealer wouldn't let us test drive the car and kept rambling about how good it drives (I know how it drives, Ive driven an identical model elsewhere before and had many vw's in the past but wanted to drive that particular one before I make the last call). We went ahead and signed. Day after, we get a call from them and they tried to now increase the price.what business are you running? Now its been 2 months and no follow-up call. Am I happy with my purchase? Nothing. Disappeared. We're back on the market for a 2nd VW now, an Arteon to be precise, guess I'll go shop elsewhere (so i can test drive it AND purchase). Also, considering changing the stars on this rating.
As a sale person myself, I like to build long lasting relationships with my clients.

I came in to buy just a simple windshield wipper and had to wait 10 minutes to get service and another 30 minutes for them to look for the part to finally tell me that they won't have any more in stock for another month.

Expérience très amere avec cette entreprise. Reprise de bail qui a pris 2 semaines et demi, problème sur problème. Le garage n'a sorti que des solutions de secours bancales. Ressenti qui s'est confirmé durant la rencontre physique, manque de sérieux évident. Changement des pneus au derniers moment, qui m'est facturé (un geste commercial aurait été apprécié). Je pars avec la voiture et le voyant s'allume, les pneus n'étaient pas assez gonflés. Bref je ne recommande pas.

Dèconseillé. Très mauvaise inspection pour un souci d'infiltration d'eau. Devis de réparation demandé de 6000$. Alors que qu'un petit garage trouve la solution en moins d'un jour pour 200$. La honte.

The service is so bad they never accept there's a problem with the car even when got checked from outside we found out the problem. Yes they do fix it then later but then makes something else not working so I've too go back and the cycle continues.

Je vous déconseille fortement de réparer votre véhicule à cet endroit. Option 1: vous sortez avec un autre problème qui apparaît par miracle.
Option 2: vous payez pour un problème qu’ils ont réglé et quelques jours plus tard le même problème persiste il a fallu à ma fille 5 visites avant de régler le problème.
Option 3: les coûts de réparations sont 4 fois plus les garages des environs.

J’espère sincèrement que
vous allez améliorer votre service à la clientèle et engager des mécaniciens compétant avec le prix qu’ont payent pour la mains d’œuvre ont méritent au moins un bon travail.

La pire expérience que j'ai eu dans un garage. Tout le monde se passe la balle! Je n'étais pas content du service que j'ai eu et au lieu d'essayer de régler mon problème, ils me donnent seulement le numéro de volkswagen Canada. Ensuite, je veux payer, il y a trois employées derrière le comptoir et aucune n'est capable de répondre aux questions techniques par rapport à ma facture et me répondent en levant les yeux au ciel comme si je les dérangeait! Vraiment déçu de voir comment les clients sont traités chez Volkswagen Gabriel.

Received excellent service when shopping and purchasing my car at VW Prestige. My salesman, Curtis Joseph, was very respectful, knowledgeable and prompt whenever I had to deal with him in person, through email and text messages. Going out of his way to offer me a ride to the dealership is just an example that shows how caring VW Prestige and its employees are. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Volkswagen.
