I had called their customer service with a question, and the representative was informative and very pleasant.

Took 3 hours!
And had to call 3 times!
First time they couldn't find the address and didn't even bother calling to notify!

The place to go if you need International Driver permits for renting cars in Europe or in other Asian countries. They have a lot of travel accessories at very good quality. They are a little more expensive than Amazon but you get what you pay. They are very nice and helpful. If you are CAA member you have various rebates.

Courtoisie et facilité de stationnement. Quand vous trouvez votre conseiller, vous ne lâchez pas.

I was at the store yesterday and I asked for travel insurance if I can get it right now, it was around 10am. There was no clients at the store, the representative said you have to take an appointment, and then she said  I have 2 appointments today.   I asked  does appointments take long?   She said yes. I was shocked to see she refused to serve me while  no one was there and almost laughed  that she takes  2 appointments for the whole day . This kind of people work in a place that they don't deserve. And caused you loose  money.   I went to the bank next door  they did it for  me in 10 minutes. How shameful for CAA to hire a discriminatory representative who can't work in public with different people.
It's a shame

Architecture extraordinaire, la responsable de l'accueil souriante, gentille et pleine de ressources pour nous orienter. Le parc d'hiver à l'arrière bien organisé et les enfants se sont bien amusés à glisser. Un après -midi formidable. Bravo!

SAAQ is located inside the CAA location. Efficient at counter but overloadedbwith clients standing on the sidewalk waiting to get in. Small busy parking lot so quite congested at times.
Car dealers and those with appointment made online are priority, so if you can grab an appointment instead of just showing up you'll get through much faster.
Would not return to this location.

Madame Errami, du CAA de Gatineau, s'est révélée une conseillère en voyage efficace, compétente et bien aimable, qui a su nous trouver, à distance, une croisière de dernière minute intéressante de Vancouver vers l'Alaska. Elle nous a bien supportés dans la démarche virtuelle (nous étions à Vancouver) et dans la résolution des petits soucis d'organisation. Grand merci!

Pour mon dernier voyage avril dernier 2022 Mexique au Barcelo beach resort RIviera Maya qui était quoté 4.5 étoiles. Très cher payé pour une personne 3000$ une semaine classe économique. Voyage c'est bien déroulé même avec les restrictions et le pass vaccinale, arrivé à l'aéroport de Cancun on m'avait dit la navette le trajet à l'hôtel était de 60 min max, ça pris 2 30h POUR ARRIVÉ À NOTRE CHAMBRE, BOUFFE DÉCEVANTE, PÉNURIES PAS DE CORONA SEULEMENT LA TROISIEME JOURNÉE SERVICE POURRIS À PART À LA RECEPTION, AIR CLIMATISER DE MA CHAMBRE FAIBLE, SUIS ALLER À CUBA EN 2017 DANS UN HÔTEL 4 ÉTOILES ET PAS GRAND DIFFÉRENCE AU NIVEAU BOUFFE ET JE VOUS MENTS PAS ET PAS DE KART POUR NOUS AMMENER À NOTRE CHAMBRE ET VISITER LE SITE QUI ÉTAIT TRÈS GRANDS LE CAA M'AVAIT DIT QU'IL EN AVAIT, FINI DE ME FAIRE ROULER DANS LA FARINE PAR VOTRE CONSEILLERE QUI ÉTAIT UNE NOUVELLE CAR EN 2019 AVAIT FAIT AFFAIRE AVEC UNE AUTRE POUR UN TOUT INCLUS À PUERTO PLATA RÉP DOM ET C'ÉTAIS BCP MIEUX MÊME DU CÔTÉ BOUFFE ET ALCOOL. J, ESPÈRE QUE LES PETITES CRÉANCES VONT ÊTRE CAPABLE DE ME FAIRE REMBOURSER 500.00$ MINIMUM D'UN VOYAGE VRAIMENT TROPS CHER PAYÉ. LES AGENCES DE VOYAGES C'EST COMME FAIRE L'ACHAT D'UNE AUTO, FAUT QUE TU MAGASINE.

Système pas super efficace. Tu fais la file pour donner ton nom et tu attends dans la file par la suite pour payer. Pourquoi pas payer tout de suite? Ouf…

C'est un bon service mais j'avais donner la mauvaise rue et jai rappler pour dire que je m'étais tromper d'adresse elle ma dit oui oui le changement a ete fait en plus elle me dit sa et le changement à pas été fait jai du courrir deux rue pour allez le chercher à la première adresse que je m'étais tromper. Il y a eu du retard aussi jai attendu environ 1h de plus. Mais malgré tout un bon service sa l'aide vraiment

J’ai parlé à une Personne au téléphone pour demander la grandeur des valises admises pour Air Canada. Ce fut une expérience des plus désagréables. Elle était méprisante et condescendante dans le ton.il est certain que je n’irai pas acheter de valise chez vous. Elle n’a pas répondu à ma question en disant que je devais chercher sur Internet moi-même. Il y avait une raison pourquoi je voulais parler à quelqu’un c’est que je ne trouvais pas l’information sur Internet. Malgré tout, elle ne m’a pas écouté et n’a pas fait l’effort d’aller chercher l’information c’est inacceptable pour un magasin où vous vendez des valises

Went there for an international driving license. Great attentive staff. A+ to the photographer who offered to take a picture with my daughter, that was very sweet.

Amazing service! In 15-30min max you get your international driving license! There is almost never a waiting time.

Aucun rendez-vous nécessaire pour faire un permis international! Beaucoup d’articles de voyage à vendre (e.g. Adaptateur, sac de compression, etc.)
