I was looking for a converter from 110 volts, to 220, which fits the computer plug, after the seller's recommendation I bought a converter which according to him is completely suitable for $28, which did not fit

C’est la seule place où j’ai pu faire faire mon permis d’apprenti sans prendre de rendez-vous. Sauf que j’ai attendu 3 heures en file. Il y avais seulement 2 employés au comptoir à 3: 30pm un jeudi. À part du manque important d’employés, le personnel était accueillant et patient. Je recommande de prendre un rendez-vous ou de vous présenter plus tôt dans la journée.

Went to get an international driver license. The line out front is for the SAAQ. So go to the door and advise you are going to CAA. No wait when I went. They took the phone required, paid a few and was out pretty quick.

It always takes only one phone call and one visit to the Travel Agency - CAA IN Pointe Claire, and there I am.ready for my next trip.

In the very beginning of covid, I was vacationing in Australia when I got an email from Diane Brooks saying, "Hi Roma, The situation is getting worse, I am not sure if you were aware, your return flight on April 4 has been cancelled and most airlines are restricting or cancelling there flights until the end of April. This is what I can offer you, and I hope it will still be applicable by the time you get back to me. "
Diane got me out of Australia one day before all the borders were closed.
Why am I writing this? CAA is committed to serving clients in all kinds of situations.

It used to be an advantage to share the same office with the SAAQ Pointe Claire. However, since the SAAQ is having cutomer issues with its computer system, the place is overcrowded everyday for months. It is better to have service in other CAA than this one.

Although you have to stayed on the que for hours, but the wait is worthwhile expecially when you achieved your goal. Hardworking and friendly staffs on the desk

System is so poor. Why can't just go back to normal like before. Like line up, process and pay then that's it. No more numbers pls. Thanks

I went to renew my licence and medical card in person on January 25th, after more than 1hr’s queuing (even with the appointment), the employee served me with poker face and very rude manner. I got the card today and found the picture he took for me was really unacceptable with almost closure eyes, and the picture will be used for the next 8 years and also for medical card. I feel it was very unresponsive behavior and I had a terrible experience!

I got the renewal of my expired learner license here without the appointment in advance. Showed up early before opening time about 30 minutes, made it as the 5th person of the waiting line. After only 3-4 minutes of waiting time since opening, my turn came and it just took 3 minutes to get the renewed license. It is really nice and efficient service!

J'ai me suis assuré, auto, ménage et carte CAA route et j'ai sauvé approximatif 400$pour l'année, de mon autre ancienne assureur.

I had a really bad experience at the center the employee made several mistakes making me go back and forth wasting my time and finally charged me the wrong amount, and the manager was super rude and not helpful at all. After making a complaint in english, a person called me back and ignored that I’m talking english and made the whole converstaion in french. Additionally, instead of appologizing about their mistake and the horrible experience, she said said that she thinks nothing wrong happened which was super unprofessional and not helpfull at all in correcting the mistake they made.

Service non professionnel et tres mauvais.je me presente pour prendre une photo de mon permit de conduire, il me refuse l acces sous raison que je ne porte pas de madque chirurgicaux mais j'avais tout de meme un couvre visage en plus du papier du medecin qui explique pourquoi je ne dois pas porter de masque. Aucun papier medicale n'est accepte par leur superviseur, tres mauvaise gestion.

There is no line. I've been a member of CAA Quebec for over 8 years. Every time I’ve visited the Kirkland office on St Jean’s? I’ve worried about a line. But the line outside is for the SAAQ. To visit the CAA? Just go straight up to the doors and the person on duty will send you right inside. And if you are like me and need to sit down? They are very accommodating. Plus pleasant, efficient service? Wonderful!

I had a bad experience my teacher would literally kick me out of the online class each time because my name came up as a number were it clearly showed my name I explained to him or tried but he would not listen so I basically wasted my time for nothing

Love CAA - saved me more than once! Also good driving classes that I sent my teen to. For someone like my family, CAA is a must!

I've been a member of CAA Quebec for over 8 years, have locked my keys in the car (road trip in the USA), have needed a tow out of a snow bank, and have always had pleasant, efficient service!

I lost my wallet with my driver license and RAMQ card. Went there to get a replacement. 10 min line (that was actually long) plus 5 min with the agent, and my problem was solved. Well I still need to buy a new wallet.

Went to get my international driver's license done and was able to have my photos taken directly there as well. The process was fast and seamless.

Went to redo medical card. Even though there was a line. It went fast and all customer service agents were friendly.

Great service and people. Bilingual, cordial and efficient. There was a very long line but it moved well.

Did not go to Voyages CAA but went to get my green renewal for the registration on my car. My renewal I renewed on July 3 of this year. My expiry date is August 31 of this year. I received a receipt for my renewal however was not given the renewal green slip that states that I am in good standing and was waiting for it by mail, however I got the renewal green slip today, from the agent at CAA license/registration bureau. And had to pay a small amount to get same notice. Why did I not get this green receipt originally on July 3,2019? And also pay a small$ regardless of the small amoint. Did I pay for somebodys mistake? So ask for the green renewal slip for your wallet when you renew.

Comptoir SAAQ pratique et parfois plus rapide que les bureaux de la SAAQ à Dorval. Les voyages proposés sont chers, je n'en ai jamais acheté. La boutique propose des articles de voyage utiles à des prix pas du tout concurrentiels.

Nice place to get an international drivers license. Service was friendly and courteous. Did not have to wait a whole lot of time. Passport style picture was taken after a five-minute wait. Processing and printing took another five. In total: about 10-15 minutes to have the license. Very convenient. Highly recommended if you travel abroad and intend to drive. The little booklet included in the license lists all countries where that license is valid. Very cool.

Ok c’est comme l’enfer sur terre pour avoir un permis international sont pas capable de figurer leur appareil photo.alors tous est bloqué même si tu as tes photos? !?

Aussi bien quand vous les rencontrez que quand vous les appelez, le service assurance voyage de CAA-Québec à DDO, vous donne toujours satisfaction.

Outre un comptoir où on peut faire produire son permis international et prendre une photo pour le permis, on y trouve également une boutique où l'on peut s'équiper pour un voyage. Il y a des cartes et des guides tourstiques de plusieurs endroits dans le monde. De plus, il y a des valises, differents sacs de voyage, des étuis à passeport et à carte de crédit pour éviter les vols d'identité et bien plus encore.

This store has everything for travelers. Open long hours, French and English spoken. Very friendly staff!

Great place to get your international drivers licence. Staff is exceptionally professional and knowledgable. Great place to buy travel accessories they have practically everything and decently priced including luggage, travel bags backpacks, highly recommended.

Très déçu de leur service, j'ai commandé des documents (cartes et guide) pour un voyage. Non seulement ils n'étaient pas arrivé alors que l'agent m'avais assurer que mes documents seraient prêt au plus tard vendredi 13h00.
J'ai du me déplacer 2 fois à la succursalle (vendredi 15h30 et samedi 11h00) pour finalement me faire dire que mes documents n'ont pas encore été livré à leur magasin.ils seront disponible lundi, je pars dimanche.
Lors de mes deux visites, le service à la clientèle laissait à désirer.les employés n'ont rien fait pour pallier à ma situation.
