Superrrrbe expérience avec Sarah, mon permis international a été fait très rapidement et elle était super accueillante et sympathique. Elle m'a donné des informarions complémentaires vraiment pertinente et était là pour répondre a mes questions avec un beau sourire!:)

J’ai attendu 3h et plus était supposer arriver à une heure précise et n’était pas là pas la première fois que sa arrive je paye pour avoir une carte caa pas pour attendre 3h t’en dit que c’était supposer être max 1: 30

Very fast service for the International Driver's Permit! They were also able to take the photo necessary for the permit. The process only took 15 - 20 minutes.

Getting an international driver’s permit is easy and fast. Unfortunately, other staffs are not welcoming to english people and they’re quite rude but the receptionist who entertained us today was good and give us more instructions in using the permit. Also, you can find great quality travel products such bags, luggage, kits, pouches, reusable containers and more.

Stopped by for Montreal and Quebec maps and guide book. They were out of them but they hunted down an older Montreal guide in French which was helpful since I can mostly read French. They were very considerate.

Service exécrable. J'avais un rendez-vous téléphonique avec une agente qui ne m'a jamais appelée. Lorsque j'ai recontacté l'agence, on m'a transférée à une autre personne qui était extrêmement désagréable et m'a proposé un billet d'avion à un prix exorbitant. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression qu'elle avait hâte de rentrer chez elle et voulait se débarrasser de moi au plus vite.
J'ai finalement fait affaire avec une autre agence où j'ai eu un service impeccable et où j'ai trouvé un billet pour mille dollars de moins que ce que me proposait Voyage CAA-Québec.
C'était la première et la dernière fois que je faisais affaire avec eux.

I have a PLUS/Gold CAA membership I requested a service yesterday night when I was stuck on the highway the customer service guy wouldn’t let me contact his supervisor he told me to be patient and wait for his call I waited in the rain on the side of the highway ALMOST GOT KILLED and I never received the call from any CAA supervisor
SCAMMERS THEY CHARGE YOU FOR 2 services when you only use One
I’m still waiting for the supervisor call so I can cancel my membership

I called because the car I had just purchased wouldn't start. It was the battery and they gave me a jump. The next day again the same problem and the driver tested the battery and the alternator and diagnosed the problem as a dead battery. The Caa driver arranged for a new battery to be delivered which took less than an hour including install. I am so happy I continue to renew my membership even though I have a service includes with my insurance.

Je suis entréx, sans faire exprès, par la mauvaise porte et la personne à la réception m'a très bêtement dit: 《La prochaine fois, tu vas devoir entré par la porte des clients. 》. Ensuite, je demande mon colis et elle ne le trouve pas. Finalement, après m'avoir mégenréx, elle demande de l'aide à quelqu'un.e. X d'autre et me demande si je suis à la bonne place. Je lui dit que l'on ne m'a pas donné d'adresse et qu'on m'a seulement dit que ma commande était prête au centre de voyage CAA. La personne me réponds: 《Il y a vraiment beaucoup de centres à Montréal, il faudrait savoir c'est lequel. 》Au final, l'aidant.e. X a trouvé mon colis qui était à la même place que les autres colis.

Le mot désabonnement ne figure pas dans le vocabulaire! Ça fait 3 fois que je confirme par téléphone et courriel mon désabonnement et après 4 mois j'ai toujours des prélèvements grrr!

Easy to access easy to find, very nice people working there. Too bad that we can't have access online for an International Driving Permit.

J’ai appelé caa Québec parce que je voulais payer mon abonnement et il on refusé mon payement avec ma carte Visa débit j’ai toujours payer avec sans problème vraiment pas compétant de plus lors de mon remorquage il on envoyé un remorqueur qui a échappé mon auto.assurance auto aussi nul que tout leur service qui offre moi je vais faire une plainte au opc il ne sont pas légal de refusé dés paiement

Très bon accueil, vraiment beaucoup de choix en articles de voyage. Ils donnent de nombreux renseignements, et sur les assurances de la CAA. A recommander.

Totalement génial ce truc! J’ai obtenue un permis international en 10mn avec un contact clientèle super sympathique. La boutique est un. Hère mais les produits donnent plein d’idée. Je vais assurer mon prochain voyage avec eux le prochain coup.

I bought a bag online and picked it up at this location. The bag that was sent was a previous model from the one I'd hoped to be getting. It usually wouldn't bother me getting the old model, but one or two of the features had changed, and the new one suited my needs better.

Anyway I walked in there and picked up the bag, complaining like a snob about how "I simply must have the newest model", and the angel at the counter happily called the shipping centre to get someone search and see if they had it. It turned out they did! They had it shipped to the store via Purolator, so that it would arrive on the next business day. No judgements, no complaints, no extra charges, just all smiles and wonderful service. They even apologized for the mix-up.

I made an appointment at 5 on a Friday with Mireille to organize my parents holidays in Australia for my wedding. I was told it was usually quiet at that time so I'd have plenty of time to discuss their needs. I got there on time and waited 30 mins before enquiring what was going on. The girl at the reception had left and from what I could tell there was only 1 travel agent that was still with clients. I understand that no one could tell me when I'd be able to see a travel agent. However what's the point of making apointments if you don't respect your schedule? Knowing that, I didn't bother rescheduling at a different time. I'll try my luck with another travel agency.
