Great customer service! As someone who works on their own bike, I've always been worried about mechanics not being too careful working on my bike. I trust VT with my bike. I've seen their bikes, and it shows that they take care of them. I got my front tire changed here for only 45$ when I bought tires from Pete's superbike. You can have the option of delivering it to VT if you want. They have a nice waiting spot where I can sit and watch TV and also my bike getting worked on, which is a great plus. Whilst sitting down, they were pleased to answer my questions, and they check your tire pressure all the time cause they want you to get the most of your tire. They're not those type of garages where they're only after your money. They show that they care.

Very impressed with this garage, needed a quick rear tire replacement, easy calling to set up appointment same day, and service very well done, checked balancing and pressure of both tires, mechanic is a real pro that understands riders and bikes. Strongly recommend.

I had a great experience at this motorcycle mechanic today. I showed up an hour early due to a scheduling mistake, but they were incredibly accommodating and took care of my tire change right away. The place was spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks for the excellent service!

I showed up in emergency cuz my oil was leaking badly. Just wanted to drop the bike by the garage, I knew I would not be seen that day as it takes an appt. Vince found time to actually take care of the problem the same day. Really professional and honest. The place is also very clean. So I'm taking the time to show some appreciation. Highly recommend this place.

This shop is great. We had an appointment for an oil change, they took us in even bit early. We're riding across Canada and getting in on time was important. Whilst changing the oil they noticed the rear tire on one of our bikes was not going to make it to destination. Providence had it that they had the exact same tire in stock. This couple are great multitaskers. Changing oil and tires on two bikes at the same time (one a Victory Vision, their least favourite bike to change a rear tire on, but still provided their best service) and all the while managed to answer phone calls as well. We were in and out of there within an hour. Just for fun, I timed the time it took them to remove the wheel, replace the tire, balance and re-install the week, ready to go: 15 minutes! And they provided us with free cold bottled water! I can say enough about VTMM.

They squeezed me in same-day. Fair shop rates, flat rate for chain and sprocket, and I’m assuming other jobs. The mechanics do their own scheduling so they run impressively close to on-schedule, meaning you aren’t awkwardly stuck without a bike or waiting. Amazing service, and they have the confidence and pride in their work to work right in front of you while you wait, which is like a free mechanic lesson. They have a great business model where you bring in the parts and they do the work. Fair, affordable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended.

This is amazing! I was looking ahead for an oil change and found this shop. We had 2 Victory Vision that needed a change they said they only had one filter but told where we could find the second in Quebec City. They had our bikes in right away on arrival. They noticed my tire wouldn't make it back to Calgary. I was blessed that they had one in and replaced it in no time. I wished they were in Calgary

I was returning to NYC from my trip across Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and unfortunately my rear tires was getting thinner and thinner. Called the VT Motorcycle Maintenance and they were extremely nice to find an available slot at a very short notice to change my tires. Great service, fast and efficient and very welcoming. If I ever move to Montreal, I would definitely become a regular customer here! Thanks again!

Absolutely, by far, the best motorcycle repair shop in the Montreal area. Small, truly family owned, they are passionate and extremely knowledgeable about motorcycles and their service is impeccable, affordable and honest. The couple running it are riders themselves and their philosophy is "bikes are meant to be on the road asap". They don't advertise, it's all reputation and word-of-mouth based. A true gem for any motorcycle owner. Highly recommended and I will definitely service my bikes here whenever the need comes.

Was on a road trip back from New Brunswick to Ontario with about 1000km to go and realized I need a tire badly (belt showing). Called them at 7: 45 pm on a Friday night and to my surprise they said the would fit me in between appointments the next day (2: 00 pm) when I showed up the next day 2 hours early, planning to go for a walk to kill some time, they took me in during their lunch break before their next appointment, Unbelievable! These guys aren’t afraid to show their work either, you stand in the waiting area while they work on your bike right in front of you. It was like watching a pit crew at work so professional and efficient with all the right tools for the job and no clutter around the shop. In and out in 30 minutes, next years trip I’m definitely scheduling service and tires as I’m pass through again.one last thing I will mention that I really liked is that; they aren’t trying to make money off of tires like most shops. (They will recommend Pete’s superbikes which subsequently has the cheapest prices on tires I can see anywhere in Canada and also has a large stock). And only charge for the labour to mount/dismount where as all the shops around here (Ontario) really hate when people bring tires and usually charge more to do the work. All in all probably the best price and service I could ever get and I really wish I could find a shop like this around here.

Fantastic! We were on a very long trip and had a problem with a tire. They fit us in immediately and at a great price, we were on our way within less than 2 hours from the flat tire on a highway. AMAZING SERVICE!

They went above and beyond the service I needed them for. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was fantastic and the shop is in a great location, especially for someone in the West Island. I found my new shop ahahaha! Thank you guys so much.

A dealer was trying to charge my thousands of dollars for parts and repairs. I took my motorcycle to VTMM and they fixed the issue for 80$. Thank you. Honest, straightforward and communicative.
