Vue Phase 6

I like this place a lot, the management is fine, it changes often but they've always responded to my messages.it's been quiet (besides the construction which is now complete), and the gym and pool are a great addition. Location is also pretty perfect, so many different types of grocery stores within proximity.

Building management changed every month or two.air conditioning stopped working for nearly 3 weeks last summer. Appliances are on the cheaper side, underground parking is extremely tight, gym is lacking equipment, and the elevator and garage door frequently stop working.

I've been living here for almost 3 yrs and I would give them 5 star before I had issue with the manager.im disappointed with the current building management. Unprofessional, not responsible and wasn't helpful at all. However they have wonderful doormen, polite, friendly and responsible. 24 hr security.

J'habite au Vue Phase 5 depuis 2017, j'aime beaucoup le métro et les commerces à proximité.
Toute l'équipe est très professionnel à l'écoute de nos besoins: les agents à l'accueil, les personnes qui font l'entretient, Zakhi le surintendant et Olivier le nouveau manager du bureau de location.

I have been a resident of La Vue Phase 5 since Feb 2017. Honestly I have to say since Olivier has been there the service has been more than exceptional. He is such a courteous person and his quickness to responding to emails and questions is flawless. Kudos to him. I would also like to commend Kim and the cleaning ladies on an extraordinary job. The place has been spotless since they arrived. I highly recommend this property.that's why after almost 4 years I am still here.

I've been in Vue Phase 5 since 2017 and enjoying the "easy life" experience. The only negative at points was the constant change in management, but ever since the new manager, Olivier started (sometime in early 2020), there has been a clear difference. Olivier answers inquiries, quesitons & concerns in a timely manner in a personable, inviting way. On top of that, the maintenace staff have been incredible and have kept our building incredibly clean and maintained. (also super friendly).

We have deals with many properties around Canada but were never served with such flexibility and professionalism. Olivier is a kind and happy person! I would recommend this building only because he is the manager!

Vue 5: Toujours eu de bon gestionnaires d'immeubles. Un personnel très gentil.

Sauf une fois avec une gestionnaire de la Vue 6 qui a essayé de nous mettre les bâton dans les roues, finalement elle a dû quitter à cause de plusieurs plaintes de locataires.

Sinon les voisins sont très gentil, pour la plupart souriant. Sauf quelques individus que je ne sais pas si sont comme cela de nature ou le confinement les a stressé.

I was one of the first people to move into these buildings. I saw a steady decline in the quality and attention of the management. At a certain point one of the building managers was a super rude girl (very young inexperienced and unsuited for the role) who created a horrible customer experience. I sure hope she was fired for the businesses sake. Then came the ray of light that is Oliver. My lord was this a change. Human. Attentive. Caring. COMPETENT. He is the reason people will stay here and you won't have empty units. He is your secret weapon. He is the best thing to have happened to vue phase 5 and 6 and if you don't agree you are not suited to make any proper decisions.

I have been living in phase 5 for almost 4 years. The management was terrible at 1st and we considered moving out multiple times. They recently changed the management and ever since Olivier has been on board our experience changed completely. He is professional, friendly, and inviting. He really makes this place feel like home and creates such a positive atmosphere.

Par où commencer. Une nouvelle fois nous changeons de manager d’immeuble, en fait nous n’en n’avons plus de dédié mais devons nous déplacer à l’immeuble voisin. Et que dire.nous avons désormais un jeune homme arrogant, agressif dans ses propos, qui vous prend de haut et qui ne respecte aucunement ce que la direction recommande, à savoir porter un masque dans les aires communes. Il reçoit des personnes pour des visites sans masque, vous parle sans masque, s’adresse au gardien sans masque, Les deux jeunes femmes précédentes étaient bien plus accueillantes et respectueuses avec les locataires.oui même la première femme, car, contrairement à ce que j’ai lu, si vous prévenez par respect que vous avez un imprévu et arriverez en retard à votre rdv, elle vous attendra sans problème.

We live in this building since December 2019. Unfortunately the management is very chaotic and disorganized, if any. We were told that it is a very quiet and soundproof building before we moved in, but have been harassed by the tenants above us who constantly make noise since Christmas. We complained several times but noting has changed. We wanted to get in touch with the management but were always denied. The construction has been also ongoing in the basement and the ground floor since 1-2 months before lockdown and no one knows when it will be over. We must wake up every single day to the drilling and beating noises. Sometimes work starts before 7: 00 A. M. There is zero accountability here. An absolute rip-off!

L'immeuble est neuf, calme, bien entretenu, les concierges courtois et la personne qui gère l'immeuble a changé depuis peu. La nouvelle personne est vraiment plus aimable et compétente que l'ancienne.

The lady at the leasing office has the most unprofessional behavior. Many of the neighbors I know has a problem with her. I want to escalate to the higher management but I am not getting their email id or contact number.

I am one of the earliest tenants in the building, and thought there is still construction goin on for the IGA opening on the ground floor, I found everyone quite professional. The Security staff are kind, and compared to a lot of rentals in Montreal area this place is priced right, with great amenities.

The lady at reception in phase 6 behaved negatively with us. I had a visiting appointment for renting an apartment. We were just 15 minutes late due to the problem of my baby. When I reached with my family, she reacted very negatively even, no respect with my baby. I have never ever seen such a woman.
