Great spot perfectly situated in a quiet part of town between the entertainment district and Old Town Montreal.

The staff was incredible in helping us navigate flight delays and allowing us to stay later than originally.

Looking forward to coming back soon!

We loved the stay at W Hotel. Our E Wow suite was amazing with all amenities. Mauricio (W Insider) did an excellent job making sure all our needs were meet including setting up all diner and club reservations. We will come back for sure.

After visiting the W Toronto we looked forward to trying the W Montreal in a recent stay. First and foremost, like to mention the booking and reception inability to accommodate us as visitors. Was coming for work and the rooms with the agreed rates with work. After setting this aside, we noticed the booking agent ‘forgot’ or didn’t enter the special note for early arrival, which we discovered at arrival. The manager was able to find us a room shortly after. When we went to the room, the room was not fully ready and felt it was missing some items I had to call in for. On top of that, our room was right in front of elevator, so was noisy, and room had ticking noise that was uncomfortable during our sleep and there was heavy medal sounds from the tenth floor, woke me up several times. Called for technician but at that second, sound was not evident. Didn’t find it worth calling reception again when noise was back as I didn’t want to hear more excuses. Hotel was beautiful vibrant staff were very friendly. Would I go again? No, I could stay at le germain as an example was much more comfortable, better treatment and accommodation, never issues with rooms. Would have loved to have had a better experience at the W.

My husband and I spent last weekend at the W Hotel. It was a weekend planned for our 29th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time! The room was beautiful. The view was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the help we got from Mauricio W insider. He helped my husband surprise me with the restaurant, flowers and brunch the next morning. Thank you Mauricio! We will definitely be back for a weekend in Montreal and stay at the W!

Had a great experience staying at W Montreal, especially with the attentive and friendly staff at the concierge. Special shout out to Mirey who helped with plotting out things to do/see and helped to make reservations at nearby restaurants that were really delicious (Monarque and Toque). Also big thank you to Yasmine who helped with the room change due to water temperature issue. And also thank you to Tristan who helped with the recovery of my handphone after it was accidentally left on a tour bus.
Highly recommend this hotel as it’s also just across the street from Square Victoria metro station and about 10mins walk to Old Montreal area.

Went here recently and immediately greeted by such friendly enthusiastic employees, two in particular are Oliver and Glo. Both went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They kept saying we’re getting VIP treatment. They upgraded our room since our room wasn’t available when we checked in. The room was beautiful and clean. Loved the spacious bathroom and shower stall. We forgot to pack slippers Glo came within minutes to deliver them. The hotel is walking distance to old Montreal area. When we checked out Oliver literally ran to get our car. Can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay and especially how great their customer service is! Thank you Oliver and Glo for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

Il y avais beaucoup de petite mouche dans ma chambre et il y avais une trace d'urine dans la salle de bain à mon arrivée. Jai vus des motel plus propre.

As a titanium elite member with Marriott, I generally know what to expect at hotels. I am familiar with the W brand, which is why I chose this property for my holiday this summer. The service was basically non existent, but they use COVID as an excuse. There's a letter in each room outlining which services are available, including housekeeping but in reality, none of it is offered. I stayed for 5 nights and despite the hotel offering housekeeping, they refused. The breakfast also wasn't available since the restaurant was closed, but they opened at night for drinks and appetizers. Seems like they're just not wanting to serve breakfast since it's free.

The only real benefit of this hotel is the location. The metro is right across the street in Victoria Square and it's a short walk (uphill) to Rue St Catherine. I will give them another chance once the pandemic is over, but decided to stay at the Renaissance when I last visited Montreal instead (much better experience, they have breakfast and a great happy hour, and the location is even better. All that, and at a lower price as well)

I was there last month for a photoshoot launching my new swimwear label @nhudeswim. Finding a location to shoot was difficult because it was so last minute but Jean-Sebastien made it happen and was so helpful. Thank you to the W for allowing us to use your beautifully designed fantastic suite, it was an amazing experience. The front desk lady (her name starts with a P) was also lovely and so professional to deal with. Thank you so much to the W team for making my last minute vison come to life in the beautiful fantastic suite!

Always a vibrant energy when you go into this hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are always clean and looking fancy.

Nous avons passé un beau 24h en amoureux dans une des suites du 9e étage. La chambre était tout simplement magnifique. Le service était courtois. Bien entendu, l'hôtel était pratiquement vide en raison de la COVID-19, mais c'était un avantage pour passer un moment de qualité avec l'être aimé. Les déjeuners sont des sacs repas que l'on doit manger dans nos chambres en raison que nous sommes en zone rouge. Je vais me souvenir longtemps de mon séjour là-bas puisque j'y ai reçu une demande en mariage de mon amoureux comme cadeau de célébration de mon 40e anniversaire.

Great hotel but with average late night service. Compared to Ws around the world, I felt that the service wasn't there.

We had the wonderful king size room, everything was great service besides that they charge you to park your car (valet) when you’re spending $500 a night, (I stayed for 2 nights) and parking was almost $100. Valet had quoted me 17$ as well which is apparently only the day fee and not over night fee. The bill was quite a surprise. Valet is only offered in certain rooms (more expensive ones) but considering I was there 2 nights you would think they would include it or atleast honour the price I was quoted. Spoke with a manager about it and nothing was resolved.

The suite was nice an spacious. The layout is always a bit odd but that seems to be how the W does it's rooms. Service was up to par. Good location, short walk to the old City

A professionally run, classy hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal bordering on Old Montreal. Friendly and helpful staff make your stay here a memorable experience.

Stayed with my boyfriend for my birthday over the long weekend and if you r looking value for money you pay be prepared, you won't find it in W hotel.
1. They advertise like they have a lounge, forget about that, bc their lounge converted into permanent wedding ceremony place and shut down for visitors, soooo if you expect to have a drink at their restaurant instead, please note it is super tiny and also they might make you wait if they flipping restaurant after brunch service, so there is literally nowhere to go. Also note, the whole reception area is super small, so be prepared to have to go to else where to hang out.
2. Their beds are unusually small, so king is like queen and queen looks more like a double.
3. If you expect turn down service after you left your room you might be surprised, as you have to request it apparently. So most likely unless you do, you will come back to old sheets on your bed and no fresh towels cause, also they never mentioning nothing about that during your check in.
4. Also, ventilation system in our room start making rattling noise, so we called before we left and when we came back at 1 am in the morning NOTHING was done, so we had to move at 1 am in the morning bc it was impossible to sleep there.
I mean rooms look ok, but definitely for not that much money they ask for their tiny rooms with tiny beds and no turn down service. I had a feeling this company is going out of business or something, so they cheap out on everything they can, hype their rates, so if you wanna feel screwed and robed, please stay at W hotel, they will definitely make sure that you will feel you that way.

Located on the edge of Old Montreal the location is very convenient to walk to many attractions. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are W like; smaller side and nicely appointed. The bar off the lobby makes excellent cocktails!

Le petit +? Les réceptionnistes vous apportent de précieux conseils et restent bienveillant en toutes circonstances.

Les revenues permettent de financer une association qui soutient la cause féminine.

A quelques mètres seulement du centre ville et de la navette qui emmène les passagers à l'aéroport. Je recommande vivement l'établissement et y reviendrai seul ou en famille les yeux fermés!

Superbes chambres mais par contre impossible d agir sur la climatisation. Sans être glaciale elle diffusé sur le lit un courant d air propices aux torticolis dommage car les chambres sont super et la salle de bain immense avec douche a l' italienne 120x120 et baignoire

The extreme Wow Suite was amazing! Huge balcony and very well decorated. The bed was so comfortable.

Wonderful modern hotel with warm and efficient service from all the staff on the property. Nice large size rooms and great design and decor. The location is excellent as well and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Who could ask for more.

Woooow. Amazing place with the perfect ambiance, the customer service is max out to is perfection, definitely recommend for any type of event.

Lovely hotel. The decor in the rooms are well put together. The breakfast service is excellent and the staff courteous and friendly.

The staff of this hotel needs intense lessons in hospitality. The room service serves warm beer, the house keeping ignores the "do not disturb" sign at the room door and the reception is douple and tripple checking the check out time by phone which you have become confirmed when you have checked in. Without to dramatize the biggest disappointment in years in a hotel of this level.

Nice atmosphere and location. Staff were we're responsive to questions and made good recommendations. Rooms are big and the bathroom is separated from the beds by a large curtain. There is a door for the toilet. The gym is decent sized typical for a hotel.

If you are a 20 years old party-goers this place is for you!

If you put any value on your sleep quality, don't pick this place.

We stayed over the week end. Saturday night 3am, the party started on our floor.

Very drunk people running from one room to the other, slamming doors, laughing in the hallway, loud techno music, a very nice party if you are invited!

We did call the front desk, and they sent someone to calm the place down, a few times, with no effect.

At 5am we decided to pack our belongings and leave.

They told me that I should heard from the manager.we are 48hours later and nothing.

They just dont value their guest's time and sleep quality.very poor experience

Drinks at the W Montreal deliver what you expect and more; it's a wonderfully designed venue with great drinks and excellent bar staff who will cater to your needs.

The fire alarm went off at 5am and we had to evacuate the building. The elevators stopped working later that morning, and as such I got trapped in the stairwell, having to wait for an employee to come find me & let me out.

I was there for a training session. Conference rooms are nice but a little underheated in the winter. Coffee, water and pastries were served during breaks.

Amazing experience. At one point i was running out to meet a friend and asked at the café if i could Have something very quick to take to go. While they were in the back getting the food, my friend was waiting in an illegal parking spot and i had to run out. They, bag of food in hand, ran out of the restaurant to catch me before i left. They brought me an entire bag of fresh baked goods. Did not ask my room number, nothing for payment. This was but one example of the exceptional service we received at the W

Les chambres sont spacieuses et d'un goût moderne et vraiment très originale! Wouah! La décoration est de très bon goût. Au petit déjeuner l'accueil et le service sont de très bon humeur, bien agréable pour prendre des forces. Je recommande car il vaut le coup d'être connu. Merci.

Went there for a social event. Three catering and alcohol were excellent as was the location. Would highly recommend for social outings.
