Walmart Supercentre

Ok place, with loads of variety. Pretty cheap as well, but the quality is on par. Verdict: give it a try.

They have no food court and the ladies at the beauty section are very rude. Will not be returning to this location

Probably the best experience of my life so far I wished it could be always great like this! Thanks Walmart!
You have to read this happen today so here we go:

I never got my order so contact customer service chat services to report the issue, they then advised me to contact them by phone so I did!
I explained I never got the order but that the status of my order was saying delivered.
Then customer service agent told me they are sorry about that and that they will be sending a new driver to deliver my groceries and to wait 1h!

I waited 1h to my surprise the new drive delivered me 1 ITEM only out of 32 items only 1 so I was really shocked and ask the delivery guy where is they rest of my groceries this is impossible he then told me that’s all and that he double check at Walmart with an employee and ask the employee to double check and to make sure that this was all the order since only 1 item was kinda illogical for him as an order.

The Walmart employees confirmed that was all only one item so the driver told me call Walmart again because they do this type of mistakes all the time so I call customer service one more time.

Note that it was a few hours after Walmart app said apparently that the order was delivered clearly a big lie or mistake how ever you want see it.

Calling customers service providing the order number for the 3rd time and explaining the issue the agent told me she would call the store to confirm once more after waiting on hold the agent told me sorry nobody is picking up the line and that I should get my order in an other 30 minutes and if not call back so basically sorry but not sorry and to my opinion felt like trying to buy some time in order to say sorry nothing we could do it’s to late to deliver at this time so I try to make sure that I could possibly get my order in 30min the agent said yes wish was again a lie!

So guess what still no order so since I never got my order thinking ok this time let me call back the customer service again but let me choose the English options since the two first time I call and chooses français.

Once more calling customer service providing the same info for the 4th time and explaining everything even the call I previously made!

I hoped this was the last call and that I will finally get my order so the agent called the store and apparently got transferred to a non English speaker and couldn’t communicate with them!

Really it’s 2023 and we are still dealing with language barriers from the same company Walmart!

The agent then told me we couldn’t deliver your groceries that you payed for because of policy and that the delivery time for that store is finished then they offered a full refund but with the condition that I will have to wait 5 business day for a refund meanwhile my money sits in a Walmart corporate account making god’s knows what!

Here I am waiting for refund that will take 5 business day no groceries no food waited patiently and communicate calmly and patiently with employee with respect of the fact that this was not their fault.

Moral of the story don’t depend on companies they don’t care about how you feel and your reviews for all we know we are just numbers to them!

I am giving 5 stars to my Princess working in the customer service at this Walmart! She is very kind, sweet, and smart lady. Few days ago, she helped me out with returning my clothes and addressing my complaints about their receipts. She solved it with no problem. Plus, she has a very cute smile that made my day. Thank you!

They have anything you might need, and the store is well organized. The parking lot has much space & many other stores are around walmart.

Incredibly long wait at customer service counter. Either bring a good book or be prepared to lose a big chunk of your day.

If you’re an Indian or an Asian with a Walmart discount card, there is no other place for you to shop than this

1. Great location. Very convenient even without private transport (car). Located very close to the Namur metro station makes it all the more convenient apart from the fact that it is itself situated at the heart of a very busy locality.

2. This Walmart is fine tuned for Indians and east Asians living around the area in particular. A wide array of culinary products back from home to choose from, is available at this Walmart which isn’t available at other Walmarts (e.g - the packaged foods of Ashoka is only found here)

3. Very attractive pricing - e.g - Ashoka products taste really great, better than MTR and at par with GIT, yet they are priced at 2.57$ (50c lesser than other products as well as Indian stores)

The combo shown in the photos would cost upwards of 35$ for a single person if dined out. Got this for approx 7$

4. Great product range

CONs -

1. During peak hours, product availability might be a problem as shelves become empty very quickly.

2. The queue at the billing counter might worry some people but this is not a problem if you are comfortable with self scanning and billing which is always free with no wait time & minimal interaction.

Newly renovated and offering new products and food choices, this Walmart location is convenient and easy to get to with the metro station across the street plus has ample parking and taxis waiting directly outside the store. One of the nicer Walmarts in the Province of Quebec.

The employees don’t even know what they are doing at work they can’t speak french and have no information about products!

Was at this store today and noticed it is under renovation! Things are mixed up at this point and time! The use of self serve tellers is very inconvenient as the space is to small to enjoy the experience and there is no tap on the machine to pay for purchase! Why take jobs away from hard working people who are willing to work! Upon leaving the store after my purchase of a little more than a hundred dollars the attendant at the exit door found my receipt too heavy to lift or look at and showed an annoying look of dissapoval that she even had to stand there or ask for my receipt! Open your eyes Walmart and let real people interact with people and not machines! Take the time to listen to your paying customers! Store almost completed renovations! Still never enough cashiers open on the weekend which the chain has no excuse as they make abundance in revenue from hard working taxpayers! Why not give us an enjoyable fast cash out instead of annoying long and frustrating long wait too cash out! Ample amount of staff in the store but most are clueless as the where to find products customers are looking for or the staff are too tied up with their own cell phone calls and texting that they purposely avoid us the paying customer, neatness of items on the shelves could have a better appealing look instead of staff being on their cellphone they should be putting the paying customers first after all it is us who pay their salaries! Washroom are another downfall regular cleaning should be a top priority and never overlooked as it seems to be happening at this store! I REALLY HOPE STORE MANAGERS AND MANAGEMENT TEAM TAKES THIS REVIEW AS IT CAN EITHER MAKE OR BREAK YOUR SALES!

Literally a one stop shop for all of your shopping needs, from groceries to camping gear. Spacious, bright, and clean interior. Great selection and price. The only rough part of the experience was that the young lady at the cash barely spoke or acknowledged me as she was busy texting.

New look of the store is quite convenient.

In this walmart you gona get worst service many things they have out of stock and if you ask about the stuff they gonna said I don’t know, may be, i think we don’t have anymore they don’t have right answer, even they give me small bag for this box which is not fit in that bag i asked and they denied like this is my mistake why i go there to buy things

Found what I needed. Under construction so no produce at the moment. McDonald's is also being renovated and is closed. Washrooms were clean. All cashiers that worked in the line for 10 and under have all been replaced my machines now.

This Walmart is a DUMP compared to all the other ones.it’s not that it’s messy, it’s just they barely have 1/3 of the stuff others have.most sections are a fraction of the size of other Walmarts.

If i have to go to Walmart, i actually go out of my way to go to on further away just Because I know this one won’t have what I’m looking for.

It was the worst Walmart that I saw, it does not have any thing with empty place. I could not find any kind of medium T-shirt and swimming shirt and men hair color and.

Not one person available for questions I left without buying what I want and I found out later they even have it so their loss.

Got from here a few things lately. Last thing I got a bicycle for my 7 year old and it came with missing peaces. When I went back to ask for it no one was there to help me. The person in charge of the bike section is never there and never helps.

It’s ok, however, they need to put more stuff in the video game section, for instance, they don’t have enough cases for a Nintendo Switch. Also, I t would be nice if they got plus video games.

Beautiful place with all of useful product. A walmart. The staff are very friendly and answer your questions. I went there several times and I am always satisfied. Currently under renovation.

This store has become a messy chaos! Shame on Walmart! Montrealers deserve better than this disorganized store.

Called the store. Waited twice on hold for 15 minutes to speak to someone in cosmetics. Customer service just leaves you on the line hanging until you hang up and call again to get the exact type of service. HORRIBLE!

Very good a big nice store have everything nice displayed and not messy like a lot of big super stores the service is great i like to go there every time I'm in the neighborhood my kids also enjoy it looking around and the staff are really kid friendly i walk down the food isle everything is beautiful displayed and easy to find it's also right next to toy's r us so when the kids get impatient we can just walk over

Ya, this Walmart is pretty bad, but I mean it's Walmart, not that clean, very disorganized, the staff is alright though.

This is one of the worst Walmart stores. It’s always missing stock and it smells terrible all the time. Shopping here is never a good experience. They are currently doing some kind of renovations and it is absolute chaos trying to find what you’re looking for and it’s dirty.

Called first to know if they recycle car batteries, couldn't ask, was put on hold right away, I hang up after 10 min of wait because I had arrived at the store itself. Once at customer service desk with my car battery, only one person in line, when my turn comes, girl told me they don't take car batteries anymore.
