A very unprofessional managment that always here from themselves. They never hear to customer and always trying to insult others

Pretty good Walmart.
Just know that their Photo Centre is not properly run and it will take at least 15minutes for staff to call someone else to get to you. Been like that every time I come here for their print services… terrible on that part.

Security guard at the mall entrance today was very rude when asking for receipt. Very poor customer service.

Do Not buy from Walmart Online!
Walmart is selling some third party scammers used products advertising products as 'Brand New'.
And when there is a problem with product - Walmart does not deal with you! They send you to third party seller/scammer, who will charge you for shipping and argue that product was new or working. In addition you will have to pay for shipping, and wait for refund for weeks and weeks!

Macy is soooo rude.she made the experience here disgusting.idc if some customers are not cooperating but when it comes to normal ppl just behave.we have nothing to do with those ppl

Unlike most Walmarts, this one on Keel Street, just south of Finch Avenue, is on the second floor. The ground floor is devoted to covered parking which is a huge relief in the winter season when it is snowing heavily.
This supercenter is closest to my home, and whenever I have to go to Walmart, I prefer to visit this one.
Like some reviewers, I have never encountered any untoward experiences with the staff.

Great choices and varieties at great prices. From groceries to wears to toys, books, daily needs, free parking always and great service from the staff members

Slightly dirty and unorganized. Not enough selection for the diversified area it is located in. Walmart prices are found to be getting to high for the quality of the produce.

I bought some cushions a couple months ago, I didnt use at all.i was not here in Toronto, also cause covid return was closed, I couldn't return back. Today I went to keele finch store, they accepted only 3 pieces, rest of cushions didn't accept. I said to her (I think her name is) Briana i ll complain and report, she said go and report, whereever you want, I will not shop from Wal-Mart never, never, never

For those looking for indoor parking on rainy days, this Walmart is what your looking for. All Walmart’s are the same, same products etc. But not all Walmart’s have indoor parking. I was looking for an indoor parking Walmart because I have a baby and needed to do some shopping. Setting up the stroller in the rain and transferring my baby to the stroller in the rain is kind of a No no for me. So I was actually happy that I found an indoor parking Walmart store. Parking can become a hassle on rainy days, but if you really want an indoor parking spot, you got to take your chance and wait if you need to.

All Walmart Stores Are Stock Up For The Committee That They Are In But One Thing That Really Turns Me Off Is Staff Employee Who Is To Help Customer But Really Dose Not Want To Help They Tell You That Oh You Need To look For Some Other Employee Making Me Think WOW Maybe I Should Shop Some Wear That They Really Care About Customers But Until A Lot Of Use Keep Putting Up With This Walmart Will Keep Running Your Money To The Bank

I want to share an event on June 8,2021, at 3757 Keele St. Downsview Canada Walmart Pharmacy that has been one of the highlights of my life.
I was both thrilled and somewhat nervous when I received at 12: 28 p.m. My second COVID-19 vaccine by Ivy V, an outstanding pharmacist at the Downsview Walmart pharmacy. I had tears in my eyes but was smiling ear to ear when I told Ivy what a profound experience this was in my life. Her giving me the injection will change my life from being isolated and anxious about getting sick for the last 15 months to being free, able to travel and be with my family and friends again. Ivy, her assistant, and the Walmart pharmacy environment made it a stress-free, comfortable, and positive life experience. Ivy is one of the most professional, organized, knowledgeable, and compassionate pharmacists I have dealt with. The pharmacy area was peaceful, organized and well-designed—an oasis of tranquillity in this vast supercentre store. I salute Ivy, Munib A, the Pharmacy manager, and Walmart organization. Thank you, Ivy, for contributing to my happiness, and a new life in two weeks.

As far as Walmart’s go, this location is mediocre.

It’s a super-center which is great, and is the only one which services the nearby area. But it is on the small side. To this end, they have limited a selection of items across all departments. Also, parking here is horrendous.

I’d much rather drive to the Hwy 7 location to shop, but if I really need something from Walmart this location gets the job done.

This is the closest Walmart to me so it is a convenient location but there are so many things that are not acceptable. As of lately, Walking into the store there are never any carts to be found neither are there baskets. Always out of stock of things that are essential but seem to carry everything else (makes zero sense to me). Leaving the store today in particular I noticed that neither of the elevators were working but there was not a sign on ether of them upstairs and downstairs. Leaving the Walmart through the exit there were at Least 25-30 carts piled up at the exit door. If you use a wheelchair as transportation do not come to this Walmart. I personally do not use one but I did have to squeeze and zig zag through all these carts just to get out. This is just embarrassing Walmart.do better

Usually sold out of something. They never have enough herbs (cilantro, parsley etc) and the pharmacy aisles are mostly bare. But the staff members are nice

Worst walmart location in the area. Flyer items not just out of stock but never carried. Bizarre cart corral, can't know what is clean or dirty until someone tells you. No garden centre here. Overstaffed and understocked, this store needs a corporate compliance audit and some discipline for the managers. Complete waste of my time to stop here, I just left and went to shop elsewhere.

Why is it all of a sudden there are no cashiers at this Walmart self checkout is a waste of the Plp in there are not quick. Give us cashiers back pls we do not want only self checkout. It after ten in the more and no cashiers available. I hate it

I bought a barbecue. They said that I had to do the return process online because it was more than 150 dollars, and it's been almost 25 days and I'm still dealing with this disgraceful situation. I will never buy anything from walmart again. I was victimized by my money

Thank you to the Lady wearing a white Shirt today (I didnt get a chance to get her name), i believe she is one of the Managers. She helped me with the purchase of baby clothing for my niece. Her customer service and willingness to help and go out of her way to assist me was exceptional. I really appreciate it, you’re a gem

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been in only 2 tills open & the lineup was ridiculous. Over an hour for a few things

This is the second time I’m purchasing expired juice from this store. The first time it was orange juice that had been expired for over a month. When I got home and as I was putting the groceries away I noticed it and returned to the store for an exchange. This time I purchased a watermelon juice on April 14,2021 and on April 22,2021 when I noticed that it was expired but the juice was already done. It expired Feb 15,2021,2 months! Why is it still on the shelf Walmart? The next time this happens I won’t be nice!

I’ve never had an experience like this in a Walmart store before. Walmart stores are a dime a dozen in the city and you know that they all pretty much carry the same products and have a similar layout. However, the last time I visited this store, I had not 1, not 2, but 3 associates ask me if I needed any assistance. And they didn’t just ask - they were warm and kind and inviting with a smile in their eyes (since I couldn’t see their mouths passed the masks). And to my surprise, not only did I get an answer to a query, Debbie actually walked me to an aisle to show me the product I was looking for. When have you ever had this type of service at Walmart? ! You best believe I’ll be frequenting this location for my Walmart needs!

1 star is too much for them, 0 star is better, evening shift employee at the self checkout are rude (specially the the older lady), telling me that someone change the pricetag (which is referring to me) and telling me directly that i only want it for free, evening manager is not a big help at all too, its the worst walmart that i ever been, i think employee needs more training in this store, specially customer service, how to treat a customer with respect,

Terrible customer service. Went there yesterday for online pickup and employees were lauging while helping me. Takes forever for me to actually get my product, long lines at the customer service booth and staff are rude and lazy

Bought a bag of blood oranges for $5.97.just pulled out an orange and cut it in quarters.

I suggest buying your produce elsewhere folks ‍️.

They will give you at least 15-30mins waiting times just to get baby formula. And you will see a lot of the crew just walking around and does not even care of the people waiting. Too bad.

The doorman did a horrible job today. While persons exited the store 3,4,5 and even 6 at a time, he only allowed only 2 persons in whenever he felt like it, and this went on for almost an hour as I stood disappointed. What was so annoying is that it was extremely cold and this caused a long bottleneck line that wrapped around the building where it was not necessary. I've visited many Walmart and as 1 person walked out, 1 would be allowed in.

Checked online before going to the store and item showed almost sold out. When arrived associates didn’t bother checking at the back. Not even manager couldn’t do it.

I wish there was a 0 star option. The customer service and one of the shift managers, Darshika, are extremely abrupt and rude.
They can refuse to serve you, and make you seem like a thief if you go return an item with the card and not the receipt.
They will try to give you wrong information, i.e. We can’t find your receipt in the system.
Make sure to do your homework; know their policies.
They can apparently yell at you, but if you fight back, they will all attack you. Ask you to leave the store or threaten to call the cops. No point of complaining or wasting your time asking for any kind of help.
Avoid this location at any cost, the WORST Wal-mart I have been to in Canada so far.

Prices are reasonable but some management and CSI can be rather rude. Ask for ANIQUE! She is seriously AMAZING! SHE'S SO VERY CARING AND FARE!

They. Least have the stuff you need. A little inconsistent when it comes to fresh herbs. They also finally separated the entrance and the exit so that's nice.

Great I bought two different types of mascara it said they were waterproof put it on the night before took a shower no water hit my eyes I look like Alice Cooper's nightmare I return them. I did not know you could return mascara after using it once I'm very happy about that it makes sense because all I did before was throw them in the garbage if I didn't like it. Good to know.

What’s the point of having a phone number if not a single department (besides the pharmacy) answers (and hang ups). All I needed to know is if I left my debit card there. I do not live near by so it was inconvenient for me to drive over.the debit card was not there. Would have been much easier if you hand answered. When I mentioned it to the customer service representative it was acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders.
