I'm going to this branch from September till now, and it is always disorganized, empty shelves, it is a mess in one word:)
I do not recommend shopping here at all only if you don't have any other option.
For me, the only reason that I keep going there is it's location which is close to where I live.

Une surveillante de la caisse libre service, une latina dans la 50taines m'a accusé a de vol a tord avec une fausse facture. Heureusement que j'avais ma facture, après elle insistait que c'est la même facture alors que la facture qu'elle m'a présenté n'a pas été payé et ce n'est pas les mêmes articles sur ma facture. Si j'avais jeter ma facture. J'étais pressé je n'aurai pas laissé passer ça.

Worse Walmart I've ever been to. Low stock. Some of the frozen food is either thawed or freezer burnt. Staff is indifferent and unhelpful. And most ridiculous of all, they don't have an independent entrance from the mall and they dont let the carts leave the store. So you have to walk through the mall with your purchases no matter how big and heavy they are.

Feels like home in Russia - good luck should you find full shelfs and if - buy on anticipation.despite, it comes with queues - customers desperately waiting for one of those few shopping carts to get available.supermarket with a lot of potential, if only walmart filled the shelves and arranged items strewn around.what a mess, sometimes it is impossible to guess what is the price because nothing is in its place.incomprehensible what are the priorities of local management and corporate walmart ignoring this situation of deteriorating brand image?

Worlds’ worst Walmart. The place is a mess, the staff is apathetic. One time I tried for an hour to pick up my photos (prepaid, confirmed by email). No one behind the counter, no one would help. Some of the staff laughed when I asked for help. The Customer Service person kept telling me they were on break but refused to help. After an hour I said - STILL on break? And they said they missed their break so took two. While acting like I was the problem for not understanding. They actually said “what do you want me to do it’s not my department” (thank you Yolanda for your monumental unhelpfullness).

I left a small purchased item at the cash after paying for it. Returned the next day to see if they had found it. They had not,
but graciously replaced it without charge.

Understaffed understocked smaller branch (compared to the Jean-Talon and Decarie branch).
Head Cashier Y.and junior cashier M.bluntly and erroneously denied application of the Quebec's politique d'exactitude des prix to which Walmart adhere.
Cashier inappropriately attempts to discourage/ intimidate customer/get rid of him, making him wait unduly while taking care of customers behind him. Customer feels humiliated.
Two faulty employees without ID tag attempt to hide their identity, refusing to give their name to the dissatisfied customer who is also a Walmart shareholder;
Assistant-manager rightfully told them that they should provide their name when asked by a customer.
Tedious escalation to resolve an obvious price discrepancy error on the bill was necessary with the competent assistant manager and Customer Service.
At another visit, apples in a $2 discounted bag on the metal cart were blatantly rotten and bathing inside the bag in 2 cups of fermented turbid liquid; totally unacceptable; the rotting $2 bag must have been there, neglected for several days unfit for human or even animal consumption but disregarded by the oblivious personnel.
Near expiration date items are not discounted enough. Broken or unexplainably unavailable checkout stations slow everybody.
The following employees save the evaluation of the branch: the welcome-goodbye entrance-exit attendant is laudable making the difference for an otherwise often subpar shopping experience.
On one occasion, the dairy section lady efficiently helped me find the Great Value Old Cheddar and Mozzarella. An employee rightfully suggested to go in the future to the Decarie branch: 'because it offers so more choice'.

The first impression was when trying to locate this Walmart. Walking on Cote-des-Neiges I could not find it, as unlike other Walmarts it hides inside. It size is not as large as the other ones nearby.

I cane to get pants. There are only 2 fitting room - one of them was out of order. The second one was locked by an employee, but it was unclear. Very inconvenient. On top of that, the choices were less generous comparing to other Wallmarts. Also the pants were not all on hangers, so need to be kind of a detective to find what I look for.

On the positive side, the checkout took no-time!

Worst walmart place in Québec. Everyday no carts and if you ask assistance they will tell you they don't know

This store is good for grocery, but also you can find clothes, shoes, beauty products, pharmacy and some electronic stuff, mobile accessories etc.

The place is the most frequented store in Plaza Cote-Des-Neiges, so it's really crowded and because they compete for the same products on sale, those products are occasionally out of stock. On the plus side, products price are more competitive and it's inside a mall so you can visit other stores as well.

Walmart normal, pas le plus grand mais a tout le nécessaire, y inclus produits non alimentaires. Bien sur, c'est pas le meme type de Walmart qui existe au States:), mais tu y trouvera tout. Je conseille de passer par Walmart si tu passe par Canadian Tire. Normal Walmart, not the biggest but has everything necessary including non food products. Ofc it's not a US Walmart but you'll find everything. I advise you to go to Walmart if you pass by Canadian Tire.

I walked into the electronics department looking for headphones to watch tv and ended up leaving with a great deal on a new cell phone. They were all out of what I was looking for and the wonderfully cheerful and helpful employee named Angie suggested I connect my cell to the TV.
I told her that I was having some difficulty with my phone and she got excited and told me they were having a great deal on cells, directed me to Bruno. He was so knowledgeable and kept surprising me with additional add ons. I left with such a great deal and so grateful to have met and be served by 2 very friendly, helpful people who clearly enjoy their jobs. Such a refreshing experience.

Wal*Mart régulier pour dire comme les autres, les murs sont droit, on y retrouve une belle entrée vitré (excellent pour y mettre nos doigts), plusieurs caisses, les rangée sont droite et je n'ai pas peur qu'ils tombent. Le plafond est assez haut et bien illuminé, alors on arrive à bien circuler sans ce foncé dedans les uns et les autres.

Correct Mais je préfére celui sur acadie.attention aux dates d'expiration par contre. Jai trouvé un sac de salami expiré depuis Mars 21

There was a female employee who told me to check it at the automatic cash register but I don't want to pay with a vending machine (if I buy many things I will charge it with a card).

So I lined up and waited for the cashier to charge. Because I only buy one blister of pork

That employee - She had a rude attitude and said to me: okay, wait 30 minutes.

They don’t have all products the other supermarkets have and the machine to pay is not working. I had to go out withdraw money to go back and pay.total disappointment 1st and last time i go there.

My first WalMart experience. Was a good experience. Has Paneer as well, which I was looking forward to. Overall good store. Quite large. Has got Indian vessels for cooking as well.

Okay walmart store. The worst part is walking through the plaza mall to enter the store, really off putting. Once in the store it’s a smaller walmart however, they have just about everything you would need from a Walmart. Decarie walmart is only 9 min by car and is worth the drive in my opinion. Happy shopping.

It's a Walmart, what else can you say. Good prices, good selection, lots of staff to answer questions.

️Well, my review is more about an online order:

I needed flour, and flour was discounted at Wallmart, so I buy 2 with many other items totalling 70$.

Delivery time: Everything is there, except the flour (and another small item missing).

I call the driver, he confirms there is no flour in his car.
I call wallmart support. The guy offers a refund.
We kindly refuse as the whole pupose of the order was the flour. So he confirms that in a max of 3 days, someone higher than himself will call us to "find a solution".

3 days later, no call, but an refund email, with a total less than what we paid for for the refunded items (2.89$ difference). The girl says it is +probably+ because we used an eVoucher

We call back, the girl was kind, but of course they are instructed to just let consumers go away, which she did, saying she is sorry, but there is nothing she can do.

If I was say, an Instagram "celebrity" and have had a small story about this, I am pretty sure I would have received an official apology and the missing items delivered to my door.

Instead, I got robbed, a refund with less than what I paid for + asking me to reorder the flour seperately (ie: another shipping of 10$).

Well Wallmart, that was my second order and THE LAST.

Checking Metro.ca instead ;).

Worse service ever, I bought a TV while back (as a gift for my mother) and after a week of using it a part of the screen broke, I tried to contact customer service about it on phone and also through emails but no luck. Finally I gave up to the fact that my 500 dollars went to the flush; I went to walmart at plaza cote des neiges last week and then I thought why not inquire the customer service there about my situation, I spoke to an advisor and she told it was quite alright to still return the item and be compensated for it as long as I bring my TV and the receipt, when I did they refused to take it back saying that it's my fault I haven't went there sooner? ! Even though I was promised by an employee working there that it'll be alright!
Overall bad experience, never go there in fact never to walmart, their customer service is horrible.

The store is very small and always busy but the products go fast and never in stock when you get there.

Less items than the other store, though it's quite big. You call find all kinds of items related to home here with good groceries also.

I forgot my phone in the cart and went home. 5 hrs later, I came back and received it from a customer service representative. Thanks for holding onto it for me.

I was grabbed by a women asking me for money and she almost didn't let me go. It wasn't a pleasant experience

No bags but they let me take the cart home as long as I promised not to sell it for scrap metal money

The best destination for your shopping. Huge market which ave everything you can imagine with affordable price

Not very different with other Walmarts but Thanks to its location you can find lots of good stores there. Canadian tire, Food Thai and Maxi are the most important ones.

La meilleure destination pour vos achats. Grand marché qui offre tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer à un prix abordable.

Pire service que j’ai vu dans un Walt Mart, ou même dans un magasin grande surface en général! Magasin en bordel et employés condescendants.
