The store is filled with rude shoppers who are not mindful of other people on weekends.

Shelves are messed up in the grocery section. I don’t feel like going back to shop again in this store.

0% fat no sugar yoghurt replaced with full fat full sugar - specific dental floss roll and requested replacements ignored and given dental sticks - etc. - Not to mention being on hold for Actually 35 minutes and then having it hang up no being able to contact a soul.

Even had a standing fan for about 150$ for the house ordered for delivery that never arrived and was told "nothing they could do about it".

Order online as a last resort

Worst pick up expérience. First time I did an order for pick up. The app told me to check-in, I did. Then it told me to go to park at the pick-up parking. As it was my first time I didn't know where that was. 0 signs for "cueillette" from the side of the Blvd Chomedey entrance.

I go inside, ask the girl at self checkout and she tells me "it's there it's there".
I'm sorry but it's there it's there means nothing. I told her no, I want to know where I can go from inside to find out. She tells me to go all the way at the other end and find out if its there or if it's at the customer service which is right infront of us. I say ok I'll ask customer service first. She replies, no no no they won't know go to the end and ask. I tell her no that's ok I'll ask them first. Don't tell me no no no just let me go ask.

I ask the girl at customer service, the only one that was help, she told me right away no it's never here, she told me exactly where pick up is, between Walmart and Leon's!
We park, I check-in, I give them the parking #, and he comes to verify my name, brings out my order, 0 bags!
I have ordered my groceries from Walmart for delivery and they bring them in bags to make it easier for the delivery person I'm sure. And yes for delivery you pay a fee but if you dont provide bags at least let me know during my online order without me having to search for it!

August 20th, 2023, I got robbed from one of the tellers, putting an extra $3.29 on my bill. When I got home, that's when I checked my receipt. Be careful, people. The tellers are rubbing us blindly.

Cosmetic section gives weird vibe. They oblige customer to check out there, to prevent theft.

Lady at the cash is checking everyone as if we are in detention.

Very big store! Large aisles. Well stocked and clean. A lot of staff working on the floor. Very friendly and enthusiastic workers as well, particularly at check out! Pleasant experience. Large parking lot as well. So much better than other Walmarts I’ve been to which are disorganized, have empty shelves, are understaffed, etc. Keep up the good work! Management is obviously doing something really well here.

They mixed up 2 of my online orders and although I was told by a manager that he would be personally taking care of it, and was told by the same manager that the order was on its way, this issue is still not resolved. It's been going on since May 26th. I just want my curtain rods!

My wife and I frequented this walmart as it was the closest to us and seemed fine. During the Covid pandemic, however, that all changed.

My wife is unable (not a choice) to wear a face mask due to a medical condition. She is able to wear a face shield and therefore has been doing so wherever she needs to go in lieu of the mask. We were 'hunted' down in the middle of the supermarket and asked to leave by an incredibly ignorant and rude floor manager.

This was despite me telling him that my wife was not required to carry any sort of letter from a doctor and that we would happily explain to any inspector the situation. All he had to do was tell them that we told him that she has a condition.

He just rambled on that he was telling me that I need a note and that my wife must wait outside the store.
This is, by the way, in direct contradiction of Quebec Health which states "It is recommended that people exempted from wearing a mask or face covering due to a health condition avoid, as much as possible, places where they are mandatory. However, their access to places where a face covering is mandatory must not be restricted by a third party. If they go to these places, it is recommended that people who are exempted strictly maintain a physical distance of 2 metres from other people, except the person with them, if any. "

The behaviour of this individual was disgusting, relentless, ignorant and upsetting.

We will not be shopping at this store ever again in the future. My wife has a hard enough time as it is without staff like this making it more difficult.

Further to this review as per the Quebec guidelines: "Venue operators have no right to decide whether or not your exemption is legitimate". This is exactly why the managers behavior was appalling. Still no response from the store. Not surprising. We are fairly certain that the managers name was "Stephane'

Le magasin est bien organise mais pas tres propre. Je suis alle aux toilettes et ca se voit que ca fait longtemps que ca a pasete nettoyer

Jessica the internet Manager is a person who is very client oriented, and in all my years in customer service, have never met someone so exemplary in her field. A BBQ in demand and out of stock was not available, she promised to call when one came in. Jessica called me today and let me know it was in. /// just wow, Service!

Prices aren't on all their products, I ask staff for prices and they tell me they done no. Shelves are messy and workers are slow.

What a depressing store. You walk in and you get the feeling you are in a dump. The merchandise is dumped left and right, the floors are dirty. I guess these people are focused on cheap marchandise at the lowest prices possible. Everyone goes in and out from the same door. (the other one is closed) so they are not respecting the sanitary rules. As far as goods and services are concerned, this was predicted some time ago that when everyone is hooked to Walmart after while the company will start cutting down on quality and services.ex: the self-serve checkout. I'm wondering what Sam Walton would think if he would visit.
Message to the owner: By the way, do you know who is Sam Walton?

Je me suis fait livrer 2 fois mon épicerie dernièrement, la première fois il manquait deux items, je me suis dit que ça pouvait arriver. Aujourd'hui, il manque la moitié de ma commande et je n'exagère pas. Le 10$ de livraison le moins bien investi. Je suis vraiment fâchée de ce service pitoyable.

Pire service à la clientèle ils me font remplir un papier avec la date, le prix et 4 derniers chiffres de ma carte bancaire finalement on me dit que ils ont trouvé la facture mais mon numéro bancaire c’est pas le bon! J’ai payé avec Apple Pay donc je le vois dans l’historique que c’est bien la bonne carte, c’est juste une excuse pour ne pas changer l’item dont j’ai même pas enlevé les étiquettes, c’est juste pas la bonne taille! Faites nous pas perdre de temps pour faire semblant de retracé la facture! Vous avez juste trouvé une excuse pour faire un problème. Dernière fois à ce Walmart. 75$ je vais le vendre à une collègue de travail vue que c’est un uniforme d’infirmière. Votre Walmart vous êtes malhonnêtes

Went to this store planning to spend a significant amount of money, but there were no cashiers. I asked an employee when there would be any, and she did not know, stating that there already should have been some. As I don’t work for Walmart to check out my items, I walked out and instead spent my money at Giant Tiger, where there is most always great service.

J'ai essayer de joindre la magasin au téléphone mais personne répond.je décroche le téléphone après plus de dix minutes après avoir perdu patience. Quand je réussi à joindre un autre département pour qu'on me faire transferer, les employés refusent. J'abandonne aprés le huitième appel en deux jours.

Cueillette des commandes en ligne totalement inefficace. Préparez-vous à attendre plus de 30 minutes. L'ordre de distribution des commandes est pêle-mêle et ce n'est pas premier arrivé premier servi.

Le service de cueillette est le pire service que j'ai jamais expérimenté. Les employés vont s'occuper des commandes DOORDASH avant celle de leurs propres clients.vous pouvez espérer attendre 30-40 mn avant qu'on vienne vous répondre. Allez chez MAXI pour les cueillettes.le service est 100 fois mieux.

Service de cueillette désastreux. Je reçois la confirmation d'aller chercher ma commande, une fois sur place j'ai attendu 40 minutes pour qu'ont me disent par la suite que ma commande est introuvable!

J'ai voulue parler avec un gérant à plusieurs reprises les jours après mais c'est impossible. Aucune respect envers les clients.

Found everything i needed and cheaper than advertised. Makeup was more organized than in some. Lots of ELF cosmetics.which is great. Good service overall.

Gotta love Wal-Mart! Great prices, clean and very spacious parking lot. Also, processed an online order and chose a time for pickup. All products were exactly what i had chosen. Will definitely order online again in order to avoid the hassle of pushing your cart through oblivious shoppers.

Je trouve le magasin de plus en plus décevant. Ils réduisent considérablement la diversité et la quantité de leurs produits. Il devient difficile d'y trouver ce que l'on cherche.

I could say with confidence that this branch is the worst that you can visit in all Walmart centers. Products are neglected, rows are never in order, staff untrained and really unhelpful. Beside that you don't find products that are available in other WM outlets, the food and vegetable in refrigerators are in mess (milk and eggs). In brief, it seems there's no hygiene supervisor that takes a sustained look at the food department!

J'aime ce walmart, quand il y a des spéciaux il y a toujours du stock, les employés sont presque tous souriant et super gentil, en plus d'avoir un tim hortons et un Mcdo dedans (toujours plaisant de magasiner avec un café)

Toujours le bordel dans ce Walmart! Vraiment l’enfer s’y retrouver! C’est dommage car il y a très peu de vêtements taille plus contrairement à celui à Snowdon!

La section des cosmétiques est très propre et organisée, ce qui me permet de retrouver tout ce que je désire. De plus, l’associé qui travaille là bas, est très serviable et gentille contrairement aux autres employés. ️
