The toy aisles here are always such a disaster, stuff on the floors and shelves all messed up. It seems as though it's never maintained

Empty racks, even the basic things like salt is not available.
Again I visited this store on Monday the 28th June. In their flyer, they had advertised the price of villaggio bread as $1.97 per loaf of bread. When I was in the store, they charged me $ 5.50 for two loaves of bread. The question here is not about charging couple of dollars more, but about their unfair marketing tactics to lure unsuspecting customers in their stores. Secondly, I found the eggs shelf totally empty and a sales associate cleaning the shelf. He told me there's no stock of eggs in that store. I'm shocked to know that in such a big intenational company someone forgot to place the order for a basic item like eggs.

Went to this Walmart to replace a pair of fishing sunglasses, that had broken. After looking in outdoors department. I asked an associate. He told me "Fishing sunglasses? No Such thing exists anywhere! "

I was thinking dude they sell it at all the Walmarts in the US. Rude Walmart. BTW here is a photo of something he said doesn't exist anywhere.

Walmart Supercenter is the most completed store a family need. Everything you can think of and never think of, you can get it there with a competitive price. We visited with getting a recycling basket in mind, and ended up having fun with other gardening ideas.
It is big, take your time and it will not disappoint.

One of my worst experience in this branch employee behavior so rude and I m really disappointed

Nous avons eu une mouvaise expérience avec le département de cellulaire, company Telus à walmart Kirkland.

I ordered my groceries online. When I arrived at the parking lot and called I was greeted by a kind woman. I was shocked to be waiting there for 15minutes after calling. However, the reason being as the woman who answered and brought out my order mentioned, that the fruits were in the freezer as for some reason the pickers put them there, so she went to grab new ones. Let me tell you I wish I knew her name but she saved this walmart from getting a poor review. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being so kind even going above and beyond to give us extra fruit for the wait. She was a blond young looking woman and I was there between 3pm-4pm. I really hope you guys give her a safely distance pat on the back because she deserves it and you guys are lucky to have a kind woman working for you.

Well this is Walmart! Less crowded than the one on boul. St-Jean, therfore, more product availability.

First time visiting this Walmart store in Kirkland, QC and I had a terrible experience with staff and management. I could I wouldn't give them any stars.

My daughter needed a swimming suit and Walmart was the easiest place to find one. Due to the current situation the fitting rooms were closed and I asked one of the ladies working at the clothing department if it was possible to purchase two swimming suits to try them at home and then return the one that did not fit. I was told yes the swimming suits can be returned. I have to mention that NONE of the swimming suits had the hygienic label. I had to check a few before finding one that had the tags attached. So I went to the cash register and BEFORE PAYING I asked again to the cashier if it was possible to return it. She said yes without hesitation (NONE OF THE LADIES MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THE HYGIENIC LABELS). Next day I went to the store to return one of the swimming suits and that went just terrible. I was told NO! They couldn't take it back cause it didn't have the hygienic label. I explained the situation, they sold me the item like that and they couldn't care less, they just keep saying "is the law and we can not take it back". I can't even remember how many times they repeated that phrase! Is the law. Well so if it's the law you should check what you sell and follow the law. Walmart sold me an item that was not supposed to be for sale and then they refused to take it back. Not happy about it. Terrible customer service, worst management team! Not able to listen and understand their mistake. I had to talk to four people and keep hearing "is the law". The manager wanted me to tell him the names of the people that I have talked to the previous day (Do I, as a customer, have to know the name of your staff?). The manager keep telling me "we train our people and they know how to answer. He literally called me a liar. Obviously your training is poor and your management skills are worst. Not happy at all.

NEGLIGENCE WALMART during Covid!
I am 62, and wear a mask to protect others. Went to Walmart in Kirkland Quebec today, saw maybe 1 employee wearing a mask. Everyone else was not following protocol regarding masks or distancing. Passed by two employees near cash who actually coughed, no mask. If I am trying to be safe and protect others, how is it a corporation like Walmart can’t implement protocol for its employees to protect its customers? If this is the fault of management, well please smarten up. If other stores are following what needs to be done to keep everyone safe, what is wrong with Walmart? Please don’t feel too privileged, the mandatory deadline is on July 20th, tell me what will you do? Have been a customer for many years, well guess what? Not anymore. It is shameful.

In entry they made me to buy paper mask. Any other places I went as maxi super c or Adonis they gave me for free. Shame to Walmart

Malheureusement Walmart n'as pas de concurrents direct, ils nous offres une gamme de produits limités (+ a faveur produits États Unis), des rayons rarement organiser, ranger, c'est plus le fouillis, est-ce la faute du consommateur un peu certainement, mais c'est clairement pas une priorité du magasin non plus.
Cause sanitaire le magasin se plie au exisgence de santé Canada, sauf que je vois personne nettoyer les paniers au retour d'utilisation.
Pour ma part c'est un endroit que j'essaie de moins faire mes achats, mais par force oubliger d'y aller.

Très cool comme endroit. On y trouve vraiment de tout. Le staff est super professionnel et courtois.

Best location around, items are almost always in stock and they offer excellent substituions if not.
They are friendly and efficient.
I use this Walmart location as my weekly grocery order.

I found what I want, as always, but the changing roo.s are closed so I was not able to get everything.

Manque de produits très tôt en saison, dont accessoires pour le jardin, housse de parasol, manque de connaissances des produits disponibles sur le plancher de la part des employés, les employés devraient être capable d'informer les clients sur les produits disponibles et leurs locations sur le plancher!

As with most Walmarts, great prices all around with the exception of bathroom accessories. Beware of items on the shelf that have been placed over the wrong price tag (with the wrong code too so you won't get the discount) - you'll have to do detective work to make sure.

J'ai décidé d'offrir un cadeau à mon fils pour récompenser son travail. Je sers les produits de cette entreprise. Il aime ça! Et à cause de l'amour de mon fils, je recommande également cette entreprise à d'autres.

Like every Walmart. Lots of goods. No tires or car service in this store anymore. Walmart standard prices. There is a McDonald's restaurant and a photo center. A section for fruits and vegetables. Bulk nuts and candy section. A gardening outdoor section during spring and summer. Parking almost full on peak hours. The store is easily accessible for wheelchairs. I really enjoyed being in this store, very clean, very good arrangements, very kind staff. I wish the best for all those gentle staff and management team.

Went to self check out wanted to pay cash told the person working there what I wanted to do. The most rude person I ever met.

Really great Walmart! Came on a Saturday so it's a rush and a half. But they have a lot of their inventory in store here. Self checkouts seem to be the main payment method however there are a lot of helpers around. It's overall very efficient and great.

Went to so many different Walmarts but this one is my favorite. It's very clean with very friendly staff and they always have everything and much more. Thank you guys for a great service.

Self scan kept asking for assistance despite there notbeing a reason for it. Likely caused by a faulty weight detection of what us in the bags.

It's was great. This place has closed it's doors and is no longer open as of July 1st 2019. Sad, it's was very convenient.

The Walmart is ok even though not as big, well supplied and organized as the Pointe Claire one.

The Pharmacy IS REALLY BAD.
The staff is sloppy verging on irresponsible. You must triple-check everything, if the medicine is what you asked for and in the correct quantities, what they charge you.
You need to ask for generic when available otherwise they will serenely charge you several times over for the brand when the insurance only covers generic.

I'm not a huge fan of Walmart in general, but this one had everything you need and many things at good prices. But always compare. Also friendly service at the cash today and another helpful employee helped me find what I was looking for.

Way to small, people standing in the way on the cell phones and let there kids run all over the places typical west island forks rude and snobby.when you past the cash there is a guy at the door like an Walmart police or something very rude almost jumps on you to see if you paid, I guess I did I have plastics bags from Walmart what? I went behind the cash and stole the bags as well? I have no choice going there.the cashier are always nice I always find everything even stuff to wear it's great for that.but it needs to move and get bigger.

One of the nicer Walmart stores. Worth the drive from the city in my opinion for the cleanliness and stock. Nice, friendly staff. Organized store. The cosmetics department is nice. They now have self serve cashes. Going to this store is much more of a pleasant experience than other locations.

Bonne place en general, mais il manque la machine a payer qui accepterait l'argent comptant. Ce serait vraiment plus comfortable et rapide.

It has items, I could not find in other walmart's in Montreal, especially 2 liter probiotic plain yogurt and frozen cheap lamb meat.

Went in to buy some meat that was advertised but as usual they ran out even though this was the 1st.day of the sale. This happed again on 3 different occasions in the past few months. I will never go in am other Walmart again. I can live without Walmart.

Nice little gym but they need a better parking lot, walking is dangerous in the winter because people have to park on the side and it is not salted nor sanded unfortunately.
