Walmart Supercentre

Bought a 10lb bag of potatoes for $6.97 which were in a paper bag in my grocery order only to come home to find they were rotten and growing sprouts. Will be returning tomorrow. Hoping everyone else that purchased then today do the same. Whoever is in charge of produce should be fired. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bro had to take a dump and it only took me longer then normal because the toilet paper dispenser is 1 foot and a half off the ground and it's hard to reach down standing above the toilet when I don't want to move risking doing my business on the floor. Walmart I spend a ton of money at your store and you can't provide me with two ply toilet paper as an act of human decency? You sell two ply toilet paper? Why can't you provide it to paying customers who don't have all day to wipe up? Atrocious business practices.uncalled for.

I've never seen such a bad company in my life. Offers horrible service over the phone to consumers. No one simply answers the damn phone, and when they do, they forward it to someone else and no one answers. Not to mention that the website is despicable and unreliable. They say they have something in stock, when it gets there, it was a lie or they say it was "stolen". It's unbelievable to know that it's still in operation.

Went through self checkout today. The area around the scale/scanner was disgusting.
Half an inch of dust, food particles, ect.

Friendly and fun if you interact with some employees. Four stars only because I was being followed as usual.

Everybody s**** on Walmart for being a terrible company, but it's one of the most friendly and welcoming stores to shop at. I'm always greeted when I enter the store and the staff are always nice and friendly to me. Contrasting superstore and thrifty foods and so-called save on foods. I feel like I'm doing them a favor by shopping there. Never feel welcome.

Snigdha, who is working in the Technology section at Walmart Langford, was really helpful in picking a prepaid sim for a family visitor. She listened to our needs, analyzed different options for cost effectiveness before recommending one for my relative. She was very friendly and informative as well. This 5 star for Walmart is only for hiring such awesome people. Otherwise this branch of Walmart is frequently out of stock in most items.

I have dealt here for years for my glasses, and have gotten great Professional service. I bought 2 pairs of glasses to months ago from Ike, service was 5 stars from him. My complaint is, I have been in twice to have my glasses adjusted Ike was not on that day so dealt with both of the ladies there. They definitely need training as i left with my glasses in worse shape then when I came in, the 2 ladies get the 1 star. I could not comeback a nother day as I was leaving on holidays.
Came back in to day to get Ike to fix them properly. Thanks Ike for the Professional service.

Even knowing the typical "Walmart" style of operation, this location continues to surprise me with how poorly run it is.

- Items constantly out of stock for a week at a time.
- Poorly managed merchandise, shelves are always a mess, nothing is where it should be, price tags are constantly wrong.
- Constantly finding damaged, opened or mistreated merchandise, to the point where almost every "frozen" product has obvious signs of thawing/re-freezing.
-50/50 chance you actually get customer service without an attitude, they seem to be too busy having personal conversations amongst themselves and don't like to be interrupted.while they're working.

Then, just yesterday, at the self serve checkout "they never have more than one occupied till open", i had an associate ask me to do a customer service survey. I agreed, after she told me it would not be done through my phone, email etc. She then proceeded to take my rather expensive phone from my hand and begin to fill out the survey on my behalf, giving her all top marks. WTH? !? ! Needless to say, her actions were reported and I won't be going back to this location ever again. I live in Westshore and I'll be driving to uptown from now on. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location where you might actually find something in-stock that isn't mistreated.

Huge spill in woman’s washroom - told front door man and he rolled his eyes, basically laughed and said tell customer service. I said why should I have to do that? Not to mention his badge says “customer experience” - there was a guy in orange vest who said no and listened to me but that’s ridiculous. What is your purpose? Really need to train people better. He didn’t even say anything to me until I walked away annoyed - like okay?

Very handy for most of what I need, but they're down to 2 or 3 live cashiers and they have about 20 self-checkouts. Bring back the jobs! That's reflected in my rating.

This Walmart has replaced most of their cashiers with self checkout machines.

What tills they have left are often closed. One day I was in line and there was one till open with about 12 people in line. Another cashier came off break and was about to open up when their supervisor told them to instead clean all the garbage bins, run some product to the customer service counter, and perform a variety of other menial tasks while we all waited for the one obviously overworked cashier.

The shelves in this Walmart are also poorly stocked, with product thrown all over the place and often not packed above the correct pricing labels. The store is messy, and just a general lack of cleanliness throughout the store.

The stocking staff are often running around the store with their pallets of product, attempting to Death Race 2000 as many customers as possible per shift.

I shop here periodically to save a few bucks, but the prices between Superstore and Costco are fast closing (and often tip the other way) and there is less and less incentive to continue shopping here.

The management at this Walmart needs a makeover just as much as the store itself. Poor decisions, lack of staff, and some of the staff that remain are poorly trained and not overly helpful.

If you can, shop elsewhere.

I saw a kid eating the canister of pokemon cards and some other kid sticking is tongue in the candy machine. Pretty much your average Walmart.

This Walmart is so much nicer than what they turned the Uptown Walmart into. I'll be back to this one just to avoid the Uptown one. I'm glad they didn't ruin all of them! Customer service was also good and I always use the full service checkouts! Support human workers in your community!

It's a great store, great if on a budget.
Staff has always been good when I needed help.most are very pleasant.
I shop there as much as possible.

Clean and neat isles minimal clutter with friendly staff. I love the greeters they are always so humble and willing to help:) compared to uptown this place is perfect.

The lady working the shelf checkouts was standing so close behind me I could literally feel her breath on my neck. This was one of the most disturbing things to ever happen and I'm honestly appalled

It has all the good white trash cheap things.its currently being slowly taken over by east Indians so its added a much needed ethnic twist to the food selections:)

Busy. Stock everywhere. Unorganized chaos. Self check out line up had about 50 people and only 4 tils were open. Hard to manoeuvre around with a buggy. Clerk was super slow and didn't know how to bag groceries.

This particular Walmart has no bakery.very disappointed, what baked goods they did have, for the most looked disgusting.maybe the store is too small to compare to other Walmart's.seldom find what I want in just about everything
