Walmart Supercentre

Yo I was literally shopping for a plethora of goods and given how terrible the store layout is I needed to ask for assistance. After 2 people not willing to help and one person who doesn't speak English or French I finally my savior Anastasia. Not only did this lady help me find my dog food but she assisted with a store layout to show me where to find my soap and and Sapporo ichiban. This girl needs a promotion

This Walmart is the worst. No cashiers ever. Only self-serve. All the other Walmarts offer cashiers. The employees stand around NOT serving customers (too busy talking amongst themselves). It's dirty, dumpy, and depressing. It looks abandoned. It's disorganized,
you have gardening tools in the Christmas section and the Christmas section is split up.

Service cueillette incompétent! Nous avons attendu 1h pour qu’au final ils nous disent qu’ils ont annulé notre commande. Aucunes notifications. Nous aurions pu attendre toute la journée je pense. Nous avons dû aller 3 fois au service clientèle avant d’avoir cette réponse.
Les deux employées « cueillette » nous ont dit qu’elles n’étaient pas formées donc qu’elles ne pouvaient pas nous aider. Aucun geste commercial!
Autre détail aucun employé ne parle français donc bon courage.

Je suis allé a ce Walmart et j'avais demandé de l'aide a une employée "Mary" a chaque fois Je parlais en francais Elle me répondait d'une manière sec en anglais et à peine quelques mots. Elle etait très arrogante.

Worst WalMart EVER! How is this even considered a Supercentre? I was advised to come to this Supercentre location by a smaller Walmart and there was less selection that the smaller one. The stock floor was a complete mess. Most items were mislabeled. Most of the garbage bins for sale on the floor were broken. There were several items listed as in stock but I was passed around to 4 different workers before they eventually just told me they couldn’t find it. There was also no carts inside and I was advised by staff that I had to go to the cart return myself. Who let’s a business run at such a poor standard? Especially with multiple locations nearby to compare. I’ll never visit this one again.

Worst walmart in Canada! I understand you only have self checkout open. But what's the point to have two separate lanes for small carts and big carts and then block off the lane for small carts. Your lines are until Narnia and you let some customers cut by going through the supposed closed lane. Also, your staff is equally rude. Won't be visiting here anymore.

A lot of products are always out of stock. It's not rare seeing empty shelves at this Walmart compared to other Walmarts. Also, this Walmart is always short staffed. They need more employees for sure

I try to go as little as possible as I didn't get training to be a cashier. Wal-Mart is very disrespectful to its customers by not opening any cash registers. Then an agent stands right behind you to make sure you don't steal. FOR SHAME

Worse service ever. Never order something online with Waltmart, very bad service, they don't take their responsabilities. I tried it ones instead of amazone, it'll be the last. Amazone way better, incredible.
