Worst when it comes to customer service ended up asking some help from front end staffs they responded very rudely and very unprofessional they need a proper training if not pls don’t bring such employees in contact with customers

No cart was available when I went in, I asked the old guy at front end that there is no cart available the response he gave is yes I know I was like Is that how they should be responding how am I supposed to carry or even give a proper reason why it’s unavailable he was giving me an attitude out of nowhere this is the third time I experienced bad customer service so I decided to write a review if the management see or concerned about their customers

Worst shopping experience of my life. Bought a few items including Guinness beer. Got to the self checkout and it wouldn't scan. Needed an approved person to let me scan it. Took 10 min for some snarky lady to waddle over who was approved for alcohol sales. Then she demanded to see my ID (64 yr old white haired man) but my driving license from Thailand had expired so wasn't accepted. Daughter had to show her ID which was approved. Snarky waddling lady was the most unlikeable person I have had the displeasure of meeting. Should fire the snarky waddler and get a SOP for selling beer that is workeable and logical or quit selling beer

UPDATE: (Jan 21,2023) Sometime around 5-5: 30pm this evening, we were in line for the Express Self-Checkout when the entire debit/credit/wifi system went down. For about twenty minutes, the front-end staff were doing their best to help people pay for their purchases despite hardly anybody paying with cash. The crew was exceptional in how they handled the situation. I've been in situations like that as an employee, and having technology go completely offline is stressful enough, let alone dealing with angry customers. I can't say enough good things about the team and how they responded. They were professional, worked quickly to help whomever they could, and stayed composed during a pretty stressful period. You're all rock stars!

Oh, and to the blonde woman in the baby blue hoodie who snarled "YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS" to one of the staff who'd assisted a bunch of people during the system crash, don't even start. Rarely have I seen a team work together in a situation like that as well as this team did tonight. Nobody needed to apologize for anything because the system crash was nobody's fault (at least, not Walmart's fault). Take your stupidity someplace else.

TL;DR: The credit/debit system went down during dinner rush, and despite one woman's mindless complaint, the front-end team CRUSHED IT in terms of how well they handled the stress of the situation. A+

The people who bring out the groceries take way too long, every time I'm waiting like 15 minutes. What's even the point? I can shop myself in less time.

I went to buy a phone. A consultant I believe is an Indian about 20 years old. He keep chewing his gum while talking with me and just like try to get rid of me rather than consult for me on a phone.
I saw there are 4 men just standing and talking with each other rather than helping customer. I just wonder If they get paid why they did that? If they do not like their job, just find others or do not work. It totally made me sad to see people just so unethical at work like this nowadays!

Don't shop here. Absolutely terrible meats that made me and my entire family sick. Also the customer service is awful. This store needs tk be revamped in every way.

I like the discounted veggie section! Had really good food deals. Good selection of international products.

Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful CSM's. Staff can't answer basic questions about products and their locations.

I went there with my daughter today in the McDonalds inside Walmart. One of your workers was rude and disrespectful to me infront of other customers. I feel humiliated and insulted.is it because I am a POC?
I am very disappointed with the way workers treat customers. And with McDonald's being such a fine establishment, I expect thier workers to be respectfull towards everyone.

I used to like shopping at Walmart, not anymore! Unstocked shelves, unable to find stall to assist, self checkouts, minimal open checkouts with staff. Add to that, you have to pay for your bag and if you do use the manned checkout, you still are having to pack your own purchases. If I wanted to pack my own, I would have used the self checkouts. Walmart has raised their prices so much that they are the same as a store that offers FULL service. Walmart is now synonymous with poor service, and/or lack of service.

Being able to order online is nice, not being able to change the pick-up time after the order has been placed without cancelling the entire order is pretty inconvenient though.

Ordered some masks online for my mother. The package was open and been getting the run around everytime I call Walmart. So disappointing! Was okay, they ran out of advertised items. As always!

I was hungry so I picked up some cooked jumbo breaded chicken wings for $10 at their deli. They are very good.

Rude manager, unfortunately there is no less than one star, otherwise one star is too much for this store!
