It is terrible service. I have been this location a lots of times. I've never been more angry than today (Nov 02,2023). I went shopping in this morning at 9: 10 am, I looked the lipstick in the Maybelline'S area. I picked up one lipstick, but it was not sealed.opened it, the lipstick was broken. Just then a staff (woman) is very impolite and said: do not open it. I explained I did not open and it was not sealed. She looked at me with scorn and left. I was so so upset. I wouldn't go this location anymore.

Only one customer check out line is operational. I called customer service while waiting in the big line up to check out and I could see the store associate standing next to the ringing phone and surfing on cellphone, but not picking up. After second time dialing, I get the attitude of IT is what it is

he came and found me in the store to give me some of the Tins!

I went with my toddler. We went to a cashier rather than the self checkout.

The cashier refused to bag the groceries. So here I am bagging my own groceries with my toddler, while the cashier watched and the rest of the line waited.

Why? Because they'll only bag your purchase if you're also buying bags with that purchase. What a joke.

Found mold on Tortillas after opening the packet. Expiring on 13th Oct’2023. This Walmart is always have this issue.

This location has a lot of racial profiling. I've seen them check my receipts and other POC at self checkout. Specifically, black people. I've stood there to watch and see if they go and check other people, but its always POC's. I thought maybe I'm wrong. But it happened to me again today. Please do better

The people who work here today on 24th September 2023 at 9: 30 PM don't know what a wet suit is. The person at the returns section with blue jeans and sneakers told the associate it's out of season. Maybe they are not trained about the Sports section. The worst part here is, he didn't even bother to check their system for its availability. Very rude!

Store has become big on grocery.but very low customer service. I been a client since i moved to Mississauga some 18 years back.
Today, i end up buying much more than i came for and looked for a cart. A walmart employee was coming my way with a empty cart.when i asked him if i may use that cart, he told me to go out and grab one despite seeing i had almost 4 oil jugs, milk and many more items which were almost impossible to carry.on requesting again, he made some remark and hurried away with cart. I just could not believe what had happened.and was taken aback. Reported the incident to Asst Manager on duty.

What a drastic change in customer service.these new young staff with no ethics or knowledge of customer service. And no clue as how we Canadians respect each other.

Time for walmart to open eyes and spend time and funds in training. Or hire disciplined people.

Racist CSR at self check out. There were multiple shoppers the day we were there at the self check out and this CSR targeted only us and pointed out an item can not be sold due to it being defective and were priced at a very very low price to be taken off the shelves. A week later same item was back on the shelf at full price. We already reported it to HQ and they did apologized on Walmart's behalf and we were told a manager or a store manager will reach out to us also. We have not heard back so its likely they don't care or they are the same nationality and defends their own, which is a shame.

Not welcomed staff, they laugh and mimic to the customers and pass bad comments, very bad customer service

Very poor customer service. Staff very lazy and lack of interest to help customers. Called the customer service center they never pick up and when they do they hang up. This type of service will never get my business! This location needs to shut down!

This is the WORST Walmart EVER, They discriminated against my mother, who is hard of hearing. My mother asked one of the associates at self check out for help. She yelled across from another register to help her did not even bother to go up to her personally and help her after I’ve told him that she was hard of hearing while I was checking out another register the most laziest unprofessional staff. Their customer service is even worst when calling this location they’ve hung up on me four times and their Head Office is even worse. I’m trying to get a hold of somebody for a complaint. They also pretend like they didn’t hear you when you’ve asked for their names and contact information. All in all this location and their head office needs to improve on their customer satisfaction again. WORST LOCATION needs to be shut down

Terrible customer service I went to buy a charger cable from the electronics department, the employee there, who said his name was namou, was very rude, did not help me and stole my time, I tried to go to customer service and try to talk to a responsible person, although I waited for 5 minutes, no one came. I think it is the worst walmart branch I have been to so far, the worst in this region

A lot of racial profiling. I was accused of theft when I was completing my Uber eats delivery. The manager EDZ is very racist! She called me uneducated I am a black woman! She said that I stole items that I didn’t when I was working with Uber and trying to get items for a customer. She needs to be fired and reported

Compact Walmart Supercentre (not that much big like other locations) with almost everything available in optimized space.

Great store with fantastic staff! John in the produce department is always cheerful and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop at this store. Happy to see more organic food. Groceries cheaper then No Frills which is in the same mall. My favorite neighborhood Walmart! My only complaint is that Walmart has not opened the doors that lead into the mall. It's uncomfortable to walk outside when it's raining to get to the other stores. OPEN the DOORS to the MALL!

Very strong 5 stars for Assistant Manager named Sagar. Very professional approach to the customer, also good knowledge of the assortment. Strongly recommend this store.

Some staff are cool but a ton of them don’t like kids or aren’t nice in general. Really mean and assume that your not there to buy things.

The shopping carts are often in bad shape, or not available at all. They used to have hand carts, but no more.

The store has just finished up some renovations, improving the access to groceries. Frozen foods though are now far in the back.

It's pretty confusing to find what you want.

Self checkout often has a line.

I'm store McDonald's, but it's not a good one. No refill station and limited seating.

I just want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Rovelyn, the Walmart Associate who assisted me during my recent shopping experience. Her exceptional service and helpfulness made a significant impact on my overall satisfaction.

During my interactions with Rovelyn, I noticed her attentiveness not just to me but with other customers as well. She efficiently assisted multiple people simultaneously and managed to maintain a positive and patient attitude throughout. Although the store is unorganized because of the renovation, her dedication to excellent customer service was evident in every interaction.

What impressed me most was her willingness to go the extra mile. I couldn't find the Lemon Juice I needed, and Rovelyn took the initiative to check the inventory and then personally guided me to the correct aisle to locate the product. Her commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction was truly outstanding.

Overall, I left the Walmart store with a positive impression primarily because of the exceptional service provided by her. Rovelyn's professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to assist beyond expectations truly set her apart. She exemplify the values of Walmart and contribute to the overall success of the store.

One of the worst Walmarts I’ve been too! It looks like a bomb went off and no one cares! Stuff everywhere not in the right places! And when you go to the section they have nothing on the shelves! I came in for a baby crib! It seems like they just had car seats and it’s only the displays.

Horrible store have bought meat and had to throw out 3times never again will I buy meat from Walmart
