Decent Walmart branch with various products and friendly staff, yet their customer service is SOOOO SLOW! Must wait in line for a long time as they process the returns very slowly. I go shopping in the evenings and usually there’s a line and only one associate at the counter. Maybe better to revise your training methods.

Excellent, the entrance big and accessible, specially for handicapped, big parking lot and the items or merchandise, clothes, vegetables, articles electric, everything you need your founded here. I recommend 100 %.

Horrible customer service! Drove an hour to this location after it was confirmed by an associate that the item was in stock (apparently, they had several in stock), only to arrive and be told that they didn't have it.this was also after having spent 40 mins on the phone to get someone to pick up the actual phone Big waste of my time and gas!

Asian girl working at electronics doesn’t want to work here lol. Tells me the product im looking for is reserved for Black Friday. I double check w a manager just in case… she then tells me they dont have it. Thank you for wasting my time. Good times.

Waiting and waiting to be served at electronics counter while staff chat and go on their phones.

Barely any cashiers. Have to wait in a single line for like 20 minutes waiting for everyone to cash themselves out at self-serve. It's terrible. Bring back cashiers. I'd go to other locations if they're near by.

Good place to find on sale grocery. Got lucky the last visit. I'm able to grab butter/s for $4.69 (orig.price was $7.49)

these two walmart employees deserve a raise and a half while the denim jeans wearing know-it-all, no service-having manager needs to be demoted.

LET ME TELL U A STORY:

My newborn baby was like mad mad hungry. He growing. Doctors say he grow a LOT. And well, I had these Similac coupons that I tragically ripped in half (RIP). Well let me tell u how I asked the manager if she can honor the coupon and she was all, "AH HELL NAWWW U GONNA BUST UP THE MACHINE WIT YO STANK COUPON". Alright she didn't say exactly that but she kinda said that. Anyways she didn't even wanna try.

AND THEN.along comes Sachin and Marissa. Like a hero and his sidekick, they come and run the coupon thru the machine and saved the day. Thus my baby could eat again. And a happy baby is a happy wife. And a happy wife is a happy life.

TL;DR

Walmart manager didnt wanna even try to honor my coupon cuz she was afraid her precious machine would break. Two employees named Sachin and Marissa did it anyway and not only got my coupons to work but got me to buy more.

Terrible experience! I've been thier costumer over a decade. But recently they started to have a terrible costumer service. They don't honor thier own misleading prices on products. The new bakery overpriced everything, and putting misleading signs. Moreover, they saying they are not walmart, not coming back there anymore! I rather go to any other location but this one!

Bounty paper towel was advertised on sale this week. I hv been to the store twice & visited another store & none of them had any in stocks? I find this very strange as there was no display at the front of the store when items are on sale & the 6pk bounty for the same price as the 8pk can be seen, & no rain check is given out. I feel Walmart is misleading their customers with false advertised. It's impossible that no store will hv this product available at all.

Like to marinate and wonder what exactly you’re doing with your life? Join in on that style fun with this wal mart location. Sure, the prices are ok in this inflated market however if you want something, or have a query, then you’re up the river without a paddle. The self serve payment kiosks are this corps way of giving you that proverbial middle finger. Become religious, or aggressive, while waiting to pay in a line that rivals a theme parks ride line. Shop at your own risk.

They only left a few shopping baskets, so make sure to bring change for a cart. Used to have lots of them.

It used to be a better store. I go there often since jan, at first I found it very nice walmart with lots of good employees with good customer service. Some even go above and beyond. But since they employeed new people and promoted some employees as customer service manager, their service is so low. They rush their customers even the ones with huge grocery while the reason for line up is they close a couple of self checkout most times.so there is only few checkout lanes. They even keep interrupting with silly questions during self checkout, lack common sense and lack manners. A product was on sale and the manager was not sure of the price, so I requested if she can have someone check the right price and she kept arguing how she cant move from the checkout lane when she could have easily asked another employee on the floor to check the price for her. I had to go myself to check the price because she rather stand and play guessing games then check it quickly or have someone else check. Usually there are 1 or 2 employee gathering the cart and be in an out sincerely from outside but sometimes there are 5 to 6 people for the same amount of cart and they are taking their time, blocking people cars and just gossiping there. But yes, the floor employees who r restocking shelves specially cooler side they r very nice and helpful. Most of them are. Also the employees & managers that I have seen from Jan, they r very nice. I am a young person but I am saying the younger generation at this place r the worst.they r not professional at all. Some even if u call them for help, they will pretend they r not hearing you and suddenly turn and go like oh you are talking to me.they change shelves every month.so nothing is where it supposed to be.same stuff r in 3 different eisle which doesnt make sense at all.that i know is corporate fault so management needs to decide what goes to which shelf and make up their mind and stick to it.not every month "lets change the shelf and confuse customers". Also they need to update the delivery apps they are using, not everything posted online that says available at the store are there.

In and out every time convieniently with everything I need at low prices I recommend this place to everyone

The cashiers are mean and rude, the security has embarrassed us like we stoled a lot of items as we only forgot to scan two lipsticks out of three worth of 7 dollars. They could have communicated this problem much better than this.

The store itself is always clean and well-stocked. The women's bathrooms, on the other hand, are beyond disgusting. Any time I've been there, the stalls are dirty and not flushed. Toilet paper on the floors and smelly. Also, they don't refill. I've complained, but there is no change. They have to step up and check them more frequently.

I highly recommend Melika at OSL. I bought a cellphone and a Bell provider. I’m so satisfied with the service and Melika’s suggestions and help.

All self check out machins were out of order and 3 workers trying to help everyone but poor guys were overwhelmed by the red light blinking on top of all machines. A lot of people left their shopping and left walmart. If walmart cannot do a simple check out the purchases, it should close its door or yet hire people to ran cashiers.

Poor inventory control in the yarn department - fall is coming and lack of stock needs to be replenished - driving to other stores to stock up is not cost worthy. Needs to be REVIEWED.

Rude staff at the pharmacy, hang up on me when all I try to ask if if my medication is ready. No care to patient.

You have to pay to use a shopping cart? What a wonderful idea to have people want to shop less at your stores.
