I would give 0 stars if I could. I came here to grocery on December 30th with my mom (who has a broken ankle which is why she is slower), as we were walking in one of the aisles, this weird young man comes up to us and harasses us and calls us names for no absolute reason and told my mother to move. I shouted back and he ran away. I turned around and saw that twoemployees told me he comes there everyday and harasses customers and I asked why security doesn’t do anything about it. Later we went to customer service and informed what he did and looked like and the security guards at the exit who COMPLETELY dismissed what we said. There were 4 people standing there and not yet one considered checking the security camera at the exit or writing down his description. That man was clearly not right in the end and considering the fact he comes everyday is not a good indication and could lead to something more severe and dangerous. This Walmart continues to disappoint me with their lack of customer service and empathy.

Don't come here if you want a hair cut. I just got a hair cut and my confidence is fully gone. Please don't come here

I gave this store a 1 star rating. Customer service staff in store need to be retrained. My recent encounter with Walmart's in-store customer service left much to be desired. The staff appeared disorganized and proved unhelpful when I sought assistance in canceling a product. A more efficient and customer-centric approach is essential for a smoother shopping experience.

This Walmart has the BEST produce section! Everything is fresh & top quality, and abundantly stocked!

This Walmart also has an amazing Hot Takeout Food counter: Jerk Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Spicy Spring Rolls, Samosas, Goat Curry, Chicken Curry, and so much more!

My whole family loves grocery shopping at this Walmart!

Their website mentions that items can be returned without receipt (to the same card through which payment was made). However, when I went to return items, associate named Anjanee very rudely refused to process the return. Either their website is wrong or this associate is unnecessarily harassing customers.

bought something on line. The store had in stock, so we bought it in the store. Asked the online to cancel my order the day after I ordered. The excavation team is on it I was told. It's in transit they have to cancel with the store. THEY CANT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE STORE PHONE! The store can't find it says it's "in transit" the online customer service says the computer says its in the store. After 2 hrs of this still can't find it. Storeclerk hangs up phone on online customer service rep so she has to call my phone. Wait some more (been 2 weeks) someone from our team is on it. REALLY MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I CANCELLED AND NEVER RECEIVED. Please if there is any sense in you stay far far away from this store. They're unorganized and the store needs proper management. Walmart Survey -10.

This Walmart is disgusting, washroom is so dirty. I don't even want to give it a 1 star. Washroom doors are closed all the time for renovation or something. I cannot believe in Canada we can afford not to clean these areas when all cleaning stuff are readily available in the store. What is happening in Brampton stores.

They told me if I get credit card from walmart it will be only soft check and there will be no impact on my score. It was supposed soft check as per them but I ended up losing points on my credit report. It's shamefull to lie to customers.

Ariff is a terrible person working there. He physically kicked my feet, and was complaining OUT LOUD when I entered the store at 10: 55 (mind you they close at 11 and if they were not looking for customers they could have closed doors early). Then as I was shopping he puts me on a 2 minute time limit which is insane because I have never heard someone tell me such words like that. As I was leaving I questioned why he had an issue with me and asked for his name. He threatened to call the police after coming within centimetres to me and kicking my feet. He then tried to call security when I wasn’t committing a felony and continued to tell me to “not be an idiot” and yelled “leave the store” MULTIPLE TIMES. I will definitely be filing a complaint with Walmart because they are hiring terrible associates. I better get an apology for this terrible incident. Never coming back here, don’t recommend it either.

This is absolutely the worst Walmart in Brampton or a very close second to the one on resolution Dr. The shelves are always empty and the staff is the rudest in the GTA

45 min wait to pick up an online order which is ready on the website but not ready at the store. This place is an absolute disaster

Pharmacy guy was on phone without helping customers. I stood there for a minute asking him help but ignored me.

Today i bought a TV from this walmart, but the male employee (OSL) who helped me there was so arrogant. He told me to wait for 2 minutes so he will send someone to help me taking TV out to my car. But even after waiting 15 minutes of waiting, no one came to help. And on top of that this guy was showing me attitude for no reason. Worst experience i ever had. It was not even busy there I was the only one there buying TV.
I wish i could give zero stars. They should change their staff who can atleast treat customers properly.

A women here BHARTI (customer service Manager) she was so rude to us however she gave 10% discount on a double discount day day instead of admitting her mistake she was behaving rude, showing her ego moreover she was very rude to her fellow cashier RIYA

Hi there. I just went to wallmart and was cashing my order out but suddenly their customer service manager named Bharti came and asks us to be fast. If the cashier is cashing out slow than that's not our fault. She was literally so so rude and don't know how to behave with the customers. I don't think this is the way a customer should be treated. Never ever visit this wallmart.

Not any customer service at all, even though the person Inchage at the vision centre is a nice and helpful, the other regular staff at the walmart is not helping him with payments.

We had to wait 20+ minutes just to make our payment.
He asked and announced 5-6 times to other staff for the payment, but they NEVER came to help him.

There's no organization at all at this walmart centre. Big dislike for all staff

Management is power hungry and ill mannered, won't spare a second when it comes to closeing time or alcohol sales.

Went in with a friend that drank 4x more than myself, went to the self checkout and standing 10 feet away from me 3 of them huddled together laughing then a older asian woman with a yellow vest yelled "NO" and said i smelt like alcohol. (yet shes at a register 30 plus feet away) so i go to customer service and ask the lady there to call the store manager and he says i smell like alcohol so they can sell it to my friend but not me. Glad i still got my beers but the process was extremely unnecessary.

Horrible curbside pick up. Only 4 spots but full. I had to wait 20 minutes for my pick up order. Couldn’t sign in because I wasn’t in a designated spot. Had to request for things to be brought to where I was 3 spots past the curbside spots.

Curbside pick up is designed to be quick and efficient but this took longer than it would have taken me if I went into the store and shopped myself. Won’t be using this feature again.

Lineups for check-out are very long. Extremely dirty store. Garbage everywhere. Not one shopping cart what isn't damaged or broken.

Very dirty washrooms, the disabled washroom has been closed for over a month

I have read so many reviews for this walmart, but my experience my was totally different. I went to exchange my garments, that first lady denied on my mouth, that its under 24 hrs policy, where there is nothing mentioned like this in store before, also, there was no trial room opened on my purchase day. Whatever, so i went to get it exchanged, i asked the lady on billing her name was simarnjit, first of all, she was so polite, so nice, she listened to me and advised me to talk to the manager, as she can understand my situation. I followed her advise but before talking to manager, other lady in customer services was able to help me. Overall, walmart needs more person like simran to improve its rating

WHY YOU SHOULD USE WALMART GROCERY PICKUP OR DELIVERY:

1. If you like pulling up when the app says your order is ready and then waiting 1.5 hours for an associate to come out with your stuff.

2. If you like calling grocery pickup and having no one EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Bonus: If you like calling the grocery pickup number and someone does answer and then hangs up immediately.

3. If you like receiving the wrong items. I'm not talking about substitutes. I'm talking about the products just being wrong.

4. If you like being told, "You consented to substitutes so, you must accept these completely ridiculous substitutes that don't make sense. "

5. If you like having half of your order missing.

6. If you like escalating your concerns all the way up to the assistant manager, who then kicks it back down to lower management. Resulting in no resolutions.

7. If you like the grocery picking manager promising returns but then never processing them. And when you call corporate, they say, "It's been past 10 days, we can no longer give you a refund. "

8. If you like being told, "You need to come into the store for these other refunds (because we don't believe you, our service is great!). "

9. If you like terrible customer service and headaches, this Walmart is for you!

BONUS: Come here if you like the feeling that everyday is Christmas. Lines are so long, they are going down the clothing and housewares aisles. Halfway to the back of the store. You can't move because it's so crowded. Products are just strewn about. The washrooms are disgusting. It takes forever to cash out. So much to enjoy at this location! I just can't list it all!
