Walmart Supercentre

Just ran in for a quick couple things, barely 50% mask compliance among the customers, no staff enforcing mask rules and a good number of staff with their noses sticking out their masks, unacceptable

Employees might not show up to help you. Employees have strange/unwanted comments. Great prices, usually pretty clean store.

Good walmart overall. Helpful, and well layed out. Found it strange that the lady handing out masks for covid 19 protocols was not wearing one herself. But whatever right? Lol.

Its a Walmart, not too sure about supercentre, but its a Walmart. Found that in this area you have to shop around because the prices aren't always better

Was horrible, poor produce, limited shelves 90 of my list wasnt there and are regular items.waste of a drive from a town away should have just walked out and checked out no frills across the street

I am 89 years young and I was shopping for vitamins and other Pharmacy items and
the ladies went out of their way to get everything I needed. I was also at the Electronics department and I received the same type of service. I was so very pleased with my shopping experience. Thanks Melvin Wright

Not bad place. Pretty standard Walmart MOST people were being pretty refined. Only a few people who are confused about life.

1st time shopping at this store. Found it very easy to get around as it is well signed. Wide aisles and well stocked

Really likes walmart as you can find pretty much anything if you spend enough time in there. Plus the staff are really kind.

My son (s) went to return a xbox controller today (with receipt), that we purchased yesterday
My son changed his mind once home.
The customer service lady spoke with disrespect and questioned my boys (17 & 10) like hoodlums.

I teach my children to be independent and learn day to day skills.

Either of them needed to be spoken too the way she spoke to them.

Next time I am in I will have my boys point her out and make a formal complaint!

I like this WalMart. Its clean and the staff are nice. But there is an awful smell coming from one of last few isles in the grocery section, every time I'm there.

The staff are very well dressed. The service was excellent. For dessert I had the tiramisu with an espresso.
I suggest making reservations as it gets very busy and there is limited parking for the disabled.

Never any tills open forcing you to use self checkouts and after you have now processed your entire order without staff help, they want to check your receipt. This guy circled the date and time and then proceeded to look through my things. He didnt stop any of the other 10 people who walked past. What gives them the right to stop me and look through MY items? The anti theft scanner did NOT go off at all and I felt singled out big time. There was also a lady there who said she didnt work for Walmart but was the one looking at my recipet. She did not have any identification visible and evaded giving me a straight answer on who she was.
Wont be shopping here anymore.

The young gentleman named Chayce was very kind and polite to me when he was giving me my order.such a sweet young man.so good to see nowadays

I was just at Walmart in olds, on my exiting I was grabbed by the hood on my hoodie by an elderly greeter. Who then started to go through my purchases and in my opinion basically accused me of stealing. I'm angered enough that I'm going to call the district manager. There was also a younger woman who claimed she didn't work there and yet involved herself in what was happening.

Normally this Walmart has been good, with friendly cashiers and a clean well kept store. However on this visit we had a terrible cashier. He obviously did not want to be there. He was extremely slow to grab thing to scan and when scanned he would drop them in the bag. He took zero effort to handle products properly. We purchased flowers and he slid them across the scanner braking some flowers. I wish I remembered his name! If you dont like your job quit!

November 27,2019 11: 30am was approximately the time of my checkout.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am after shopping here today. There were no employees at the cash register's/tills. Everyone shopping here today HAD go to the self checkouts. There were workers there that were willing to help us that were friendly but my cart was very full & I did not appreciate having to go to those very small cash areas.
I feel if Walmart or any other store expect me to cash out myself, I would hope that I could at least get an employee discount of some sort.

The staff are really nice and helpful and friendly every time I go in. Nice to be in a store where the people are actually happy to be there

Slow, slow, slow. Only seen to ever have one real till open. But hey. At least the 12 self checkouts are available.

I avoid this location when I can and usually drive the extra 10 minutes to Red Deer. I find at least 1/4 of the items I need to purchase are usually out of stock, nearly every time, which is problematic for me as I live about 40 minutes out of town and come every couple of weeks to stock up. Typically a lot of empty shelves. Very frustrating.

Update: I came to discover that after 9pm they close down all of their tills, and customers are expected to use the self check out. I don't know if this is done in all Walmarts but I can say I wasn't terribly happy to have to bring my full cart to the self checkout, after just ending a very long day at work, only to have to do somebody else's job before a then 40 minute drive home late at night.

Good shopping experience noticed alot of changes since last time I was in there.super excited to see that they r finally carrying Dairyland milk again.got a wicked deal on shoes as well.couldn't be more happier

This store has really gone down hill in the last 2 years. Not a friendly atmosphere, always out of stock, poor selection in the boys section including baby and shoes. Constantly asking if I want a credit card is beyond annoying and the poor cashiers have no choice but to ask.
Garden center/live plants are absolutely pathetic. I gave two stars because it is my favorite store, but its disappointing anymore.

The service was very good. The selection on the items were great too, typical of a Walmart Supercenter! The staffs were very friendly and easy check out as well. The whole place was very well maintained and in a great location as well. The deals that were on, were pretty good as well. Overall a very good place to shop for pretty much everything you'll need for the house. Fun fact- you can even get the furnace filter here!

Beau grands magazin mais personnelles étrangent, beaucoup de personnelles au caisses libre service et pas assez au caisses avec services. J'ai été insulté honnêtement après 6 ans entant que client de me demander s'emballer ma commande moi même. Je dépense en moyenne 600$ par mois.

Have been going to the Olds Walmart location for years. Sadly, we will be making the switch to another supermarket now - after the last 3 bags of apples we purchased were already rotten when we brought them home. Imagine our displeasure this morning when we realized the brand new bag of apples we bought last night was completely inedible because all of them have massive brown, soft, rotten spots. We bought this bag to replace the other bag that was full of rotten apples. It’s absolutely disgusting reaching into a newly purchased bag of fruit to find it rotten and inedible. No Frills seems to have great quality, fresh produce so we will be taking our patronage there.

Worst Walmart I have been to. No checkout-lines ever open, forcing you to use self-checkout. When lanes are open, cashiers are slow, rough with fragile items, and not very friendly. Shelves are often empty. Really too bad that one of the few places to shop in Olds is run this way.

Great variety, good prices on articles on special. I only go for specials/ some items are overpriced

Well as far as Walmart’s go this place is one of the nicer ones. Seems fairly clean and most of the staff is knowledgeable, never had a problem in the electronics part which is where I spend most of the time.

Le magasin est très grand, avec les choix que l'on s'attens d'avoir dans un Walmart. La portion epicerie est vraiment bien, très bien disposer, bien placé. Quand j'y vais, je n'ai pas a me chercher sans fin dans les rayons.

Malheureusement il est rare de trouver quelqu'un qui connaît les produits. Que des vendeurs/vendeuses.

Quelques personnes souriantes, sans plus. Des femmes plus âgées et fatiguées qui sont debout toute la journée.paa beaucoup de choix secteur bijoux. Côté pharmacie, bon service.

Got insulted verbally by one of the employees call the costumer service and really not helpful. Told me they will follow up and never did
