If I could give a zero star I would.

You either have so many people standing around staring at you talking in some language, or you can't find anyone to help you. Was looking for an item, made it clear I was looking for an item and had 4 PEOPLE stand there STARING at me. When I finally found what I wanted, the sales guy just stood there staring at my husband and I instead of offering help or knowledge.

When I do ask someone for help, they can never understand me, and or they don't know where products are.

Walmart has really gone down hill absolutely ridiculous.

Every single time I go in here in the last year they are constantly out of literally everything. They barely ever have produce and on top of that it's way overpriced. I'm just gonna start stealing. Thanks Walmart:)

Low prices. The dollar for quality here can vary compared to other stores in the area. Great staff who are always helpful. Seem to run into old friends/family here sometimes which is a trip.

In person they’re always very sweet and helpful but when i try to call for anything they never answer.

Top 2 Issues:
1) Their online ordering is awful. They regularly don't pick the items and make substitutions to wildly different items despite the originally requested item being easily found on the store shelf.
2) Poor customer service and they don't honour pricing found online at their location.i. E.they sent an eMail saying an order was ready with nothing missing from it. I was charged the full amount and then given 1/4 of the product the order said I was going to receive. Their manager's suggested solution was to ask for a refund and place the order online again instead of simply getting what was ordered and marked as picked and packed. Luckily I know to check over all pickup orders carefully as it's typically poor.

This store does a terrible job at advocating for or serving those with disabilities. The bus stop with insufficient seating and severe lack of lighting is at the BACK of the parking lot. If you can’t walk that distance into the store you have to take an Uber from the bus stop to the front door as the store will not shuttle you up.

Everytime I order groceries they tell me to bring my own reusable bags, only for them to pack them in poor quality paper bags that break while trying to take my groceries into my home. If you're going to use paper bags, at least pack them smartly so that they don't break! Or even better! Just use the bags you tell me to bring. Also, I've had to request refunds for moldy produce multiple times latley.

Non responsive for uber orders long wait no one appeared. I waited for mire than 15 minutes and no answered phone call. WORST EXPERIENCE!

If you arrive in the evening, the shelves will be empty, and won't be restocked until the morning (night shift).

I went to Walmart in sarnia to find a sun hat and after searching the store I finally found one that was perfect.i took it to the cashier and she went to ring it in and all of a sudden says she has to talk to her manger.the manager comes and tells me he can't sell me the hat.he does not give me a reason and takes the hat from me and walks away.forgive me but isn't this how retail works.i have never experienced something so stupid in my life, I am arguing with management to purchase an item they have for sale. To make things worse I have only 25 percent lung capacity and just walikg in from the parking lot and around the store is like running a marathon to the average person.never again walmart.

Went to Walmart today and went to the self checkout and the lady there was so rude and wasn't listening to what I was saying.

There was 2 cashiers at the checkout, the one working the till said I wasn’t able to use my status card because it was expired, I was fine with paying the taxes. She asked if I wanted bags so I told yes the cheapest ones. The cashier started giving me attitude saying I was being rude so I told her to keep everything I was going to buy and that I didn’t want it no more. The other cashier started at me saying that I was being rude and there was no need for name calling. I DID NOT call either of them a name UNTIL the second cashier said I did. That’s when they began telling another employee I started it all but all I was doing was defending myself from two cashiers that were being rude to me first.
Ganging up on a customer that is of different race than them NOT COOL!
Walmart is the only store that denies Natives use of their status card if expired. Plus the prices there are more expensive than the expensive grocery store I go to that does still take my status card
