Great location
Room was good but fridge temp needs to adjusted to store any food which I thought odd for 5 star hotel
Housekeeping was disappointing. Had to continually ask for 3 towels as we had 3 people in the room and it was hit or miss on whether they would clean the room that day at all.

I stayed at this hotel from Friday, August 18th - Sunday, August 20th. I have stayed at several hotels in the area, but Warwick Le Crystal is the worst when it comes to customer service and professionalism. The employees there asked me if I was checking out even though I informed them on several different occasions that my checkout date was on August 20th. I was also forced to sleep on the couch because room service took 5 hours to change my bedding. Warwick Le Crystal is a horrible representation of Canadian hospitality.

I was so impressed with this hotel! I stayed in a superior king suite and it was huge! The bed was so comfortable! Great sitting area and I loved the kitchen, that included an espresso machine, microwave, hotplate, and mini fridge. Dishes, cutlery and wine glasses were also provided. The staff were all so helpful and the location is perfect! If spoiling yourself with luxury is your thing then this is the place for you! The Thai restaurant in the hotel is also excellent! I will be sure to return!

Clean, luxurious room. Loved the rainshower shower head! Rooftop hot tub was spectacular. Also enjoyed the dry heat sauna. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel, I stay here once a year and it's always a great room and great service.

Rude front desk employee wouldn't accept my government-issued ID. Slow wifi. Uncomfortable bed.

Exceptionnel! Tout était au top, s’il fallait trouvé une petit chose qui n’allait pas c’était qu’il manquait juste une bouteille d’eau d’accueil mais vraiment rien de grave. Le personnel était au top, le service incroyable, la chambre était très propre et spacieuse et manquait de rien. Je reviendrais c’est sure

Mamadou Afis Dieng (front desk assistant director) offered us the best customer service! We arrived late from a flight and he was the only person that accepted us that late and gave us a wonderful room. Thank you for your help and service!

Everything was perfect until I got a 300$ surcharge on my credit card for “cleaning services”. Beware for fraudulent charges on your credit card and unprofessional customer service. When i contacted the front desk to dispute the charges, I was completely disregarded and dismissed. Will NEVER be returning to this hotel. Its a shame, the rooms are nice and is at a great location.

We recently stayed at the hotel under new management for one night with our friends.
This time, the kids came with us to enjoy the visit.

The pool area was very quiet, and the kids (ages 6 and 7) had the best time using the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub.

Rooms were good.
The room service was fine.
Location can't be beat.
Service was great and helpful, and we felt it was overall great value for the cost.

Sparkles like its name!
This is such a pretty hotel. I feel so fancy when I'm here. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station with tons within walking distance.

The concierge team was amazing. So helpful! And left us a bottle of wine in the room as I was celebrating my 40th birthday. Even gave me a handwritten card!

The suite we had was enormous with a beautiful view. The rooftop pool is huge, and the hot tub was nice and relaxing.

The only cons: the shower wasn't very hot (but they did try hard to fix it), and the room service wasn't my favorite.
When in Montreal, this is our go-to spot.

Do not support this hotel! They allowed me to make a prepaid reservation and then shut down without notifying me that our reservation had been canceled. Nor have they refunded me for the room that had already been paid for. Now that they have reopened and they are refusing to honor the gift certificate for the hotel. They have literally ruined a previous vacation and have stolen hundreds of dollars from me. Read the reviews and sort by date. They have scammed many people and are using fake reviews to try and boost their ratings.
The hotel reached out to me to say that they are under new management and will not honor any previous purchases. The person who contacted me (general manager) is the same person who sold.signed and booked my stay. This person is responsible for NOT honoring or INFORMING me that the hotel was closing. At the very least, they have maintained a working relationship with a manager that could not be bothered to inform customers about the closure of their hotel nor work with clients to find a remedy to their mistakes. Do not support them. The management and company are dishonest!

I go for pedicures at this hotel, with Elements de Beauté. They are a wonderful team that pamper you. The hotel is in downtown Montreal. Elements is on the 12 th floor.

Is this hotel open? Is the apartments available for short term stays? We enjoyed our stay here years ago and the amenities.
