There was a girl. She don’t have manner to talk. Its was my worst experience with them.

Wow amazing service by Ashley. She is really incredible and very very nice. I thank her for her kindness and for the fact that she convinced me to by a watch that day. She also saved my little sister because she was going to put a watch in her mouth and since she is a careful watcher. She had the eyes of a lynx and snatched it with her. Anyways incredible service and everyone is nice there. Great job

Aujourd’hui très mauvais service l’employé une fille était tellement bête et négative j’ai rarement eu un aussi mauvais service, il ne restait plus du modèle que mon chum voulait acheter alors nous voulions acheter le démo et elle nous a dit qu’elle allait nous le vendre et de revenir à la fin de la journée 3 hrs plus tard afin d’y mettre les batteries, car il manquait de staff. Franchement ce n’est pas du service à la clientèle. Il me semble que tu t’occupes d’un client à la fois. En plus elle parlait espagnole et elle arrêtait pas de faire répéter mon chum en français qui lui s’exprime avec un accent mais couramment en français et moi je traduisais en espagnole. C’était une pure moquerie jusqu’à la fin où elle s’est enfin décidée de lui parler en espagnole. Elle ne faisait aucun effort et était condescendante. C’est vraiment inacceptable des employés qui font subir au client leur mauvaise journée. Finalement on a acheté une superbe montre ailleurs pour la fête des pères.
