I recently had the pleasure of renting a suit from Waxman, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. From the moment I walked through their doors, it was obvious that this was a top-notch establishment.

Sans contredit un de mes endroits favoris à Montréal. Situé sur avenue du Parc à quelques pas du Mont-Royal, Waxman house est une institution en soi. On y loue ou on y achète des smokings savamment taillés et tous les accessoires pour briller. Symbole d’excellence et d’élégance en tous points avec un service client de première classe. S’y trouver pour un essayage est toujours présage d’une soirée chic et de bon goût. Les tailleurs sont attentionnés et efficaces. À chaque visite, j’ai toujours un peu l’impression de me retrouver dans un salon tout droit sorti d’un film classique des années 40 quelque part entre New York et Milan.

For my first experience, they had me on how my phone appointment was book. On that day, they served me beyond my expectations. My designer assistant was very helpful, polite, understanding and super friendly! I recommend this place for anybody that knows his/her worth!

This is the type of place where the "boss" has a nasty attitude and won't be shy to look down on you with grotesque honesty if you don't have the right affluent look. I took my business to Romanelli Couture instead.

I visited waxman for the first time, and i felt like i was at home! They were very welcoming and very easy to approach. Friendly environment and they’re very professional. The history they have, is fascinating.

Trust me, they can make you go 0 to 100 in a matter of couple of minutes. I rented a tux for a wedding, but will definitely pick up a suit for myself!

Rosario does a great job with his men’s haircuts at Waxman. Always prompt professional service, and always a lot of attention to detail. He never rushes through his cuts and always puts in a lot of care and attention to his clients. Furthermore, the location is very convenient and the overall ambience is very professional. Il est l’écoute de vos besoins, vous expliquera étape par étape le processus afin de réaliser la coupe de cheveux souhaitée. Cyril est vraiment quelqu’un de très professionnel et très sympa. I absolutely recommend Ross to get your haircut! I’ve had an amazing experience going from long hair to short hair. I was pretty anxious as it was a big change for me but he was very attentive to what I’ve wanted + he suggested his own ideas which made me feel in good hands! & he did a beautiful job

Très beau salon et déco rétro très originale! Cyril est vraiment excellent, vous pouvez lui confier vos cheveux les yeux fermés! Il sera de très bon conseil tout en prenant en compte vos envies. Ses produits vegan en provenance directe d’Italie sauront vous charmer et sublimerons vos cheveux. Toujours de bon conseil et super sympa, Cyril saura vous réconcilier avec vos cheveux et/ou vous faire oublier votre ancien coiffeur!
Je recommande chaudement.

What a beautiful place. You have the VIP service without paying the VIP price. Cyril does magic on hair and you will Exit the Salon feeling like a million bucks. 10/10

You won't find service like this anywhere else in Montreal. They make you feel like you're part of the family and will take the time to help you look the best. After having a complication with my tux, we ended up finding a work-around that had the tailor and two family members all working together to make sure everything worked out. After seeing the bill I walked out of there wondering if they had forgotten something. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I dont know how people can say their service is not top notch. You walk in there, the guys are there to help and make sure you dont make mistakes for your event, specially weddings. Everything is perfect, they dont take appointments because they want you to take your time and dont get rushed. The quality of their suit is very high, nothing that you can compare with a cheap suit
