I purchased the ELLIPSE - Mango Sideboard a week ago. I noticed there was a 300$ price drop so I called Wazo to inquire and they offered a price match. I'm very pleased with the customer service.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle.j'ai rarement vu un aussi mauvais service.je reçois un texto pour ma livraison et je prends congé pour être à la maison.personne ne vient.personne ne m'appelle ou me donne des nouvelles, je dois appeler moi même pour faite un suivi, plusieurs autres journées plus tard je reçois un autre texto, je dois être à la maison encore une fois et j'ai finalement ma livraison mais le livreur me dit que je n'ai pas payé le service d'installation.je dois m'obstiner avec lui et lui montrer ma facture. Il dit qu'il n'a pas le temps et repart.j'ai donc maintenant d'immenses boites dans ma chambre à coucher.je suis incapable de circuler et je n'ai aucun retour de la compagnie. J'ai payé le service de 150$ + taxes et ils ne sont jamais retourné chez moi. C'est du vol. Je ne commanderai plus jamais la. Je vous averti faite attention.

Nous venons d'apprendre que des frais de 100$ pour la sélection de pièce est facturable.il est inscrit nulle part sur leur site web.c'est seulement une fois en ligne avec leur employer que la surprise est connu.
Nous avons annuler notre commande. Nous ne désirons pas des surprises!

Wazo furniture is a good company love there furniture and items i would definitely keep buying from them only thing i didnt like was the delivery service was horrible communication level -0 but besides that in my top 5 for sure

I have the experience of buying from this store. When you need to receive your purchase as soon as possible, they will do their best to fulfill your request. The staff is very kind and besides, the customer service is very persistent, kind and reliable.

Horrible experience! They have a very enthusiastic sales team that will message, call and answer questions rapidly in the beginning but then don’t respond when your purchase starts to fall apart a few weeks after delivery. Our couch started falling apart 3-4 weeks after we received it, and when we finally got a hold of customer service after hours on the phone and many promises of a call back, they responded only via email, we were told that our brand new purchase was falling apart due to ‘wear and tear’ and they only have a 14 day guarantee. Beware, be carful and I recommend spending your well earned money elsewhere. WAZO FUNITURE is a SCAM!

I have to give the classic ``One star is too much`` kind of review. This team of scammers has an amazing sales team and an amazing marketing team, all of which do a great job. The problem is, their products are not up to par and they have ZERO after sales service. There is ZERO quality in any of their offerings and buyers should beware, they will not help you. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. Wazo will take your money and send you JUNK!

@wazo, please do not respond with your favorite ``Here at Wazo we take customer feedback very seriously`` because you don`t!

STAY AWAY. Worst customer service in all of furniture sales.

They intentionally make it difficult for us to return items. I called in to start the return, and they force you to first take a photo of the item in original packaging and sending the image by email to them before issuing an RMA. I already informed them I was going to return the item to the store, making this absolutely a moot point; the store employees can inspect the return. I put my foot down and finally they said they would issue an RMA without the extraneous step. Then, the “customer service” rep hung up on me while I was speaking. I still haven’t received the RMA.

Before he hung up, he said refunds would take 15-30 days, which is absolutely absurd. To top it all off, my order arrived 2 months delayed.

I have many friends who have cracks in the wooden tables they’ve purchased from Wazo as well. Wazo refused to take responsibility.

The process, from being accompanied through the showing room to select furnitures to the customer service, was done in extreme professionnalism and perfect customer service. I had issues with the moving company and the white glove service that was subbed by WAZO to MoveMate, but Rose from WAZO customer service was quick to take everything in charge and find solutions.
I get compliments on all the furnitures that I ordered. Good quality and good price. Very pleased all in all.

Bonjour.

Avant tout, nous sommes déjà clients de chez Wazo depuis plusieurs années et n'avons jamais eu de problème avant la semaine dernière.

Il y a eu un problème avec notre commande, un lit king.

Cependant, Mme Christine nous a contacté pour régler le tout. Ils ont bien voulu venir chercher le lit, malgré que nous n'étions plus à Montréal et nous ont offert un dédommagement tout à fait acceptable!

J'ai déjà hâte de magasiner pour mes chaises de salle à manger, leur mobilier est tout à fait unique!

Despicable customer support after mismatched bedoroom set

We recently ordered the Madrid bedroom set (queen bed + 2 nightstands) and the bed doesn't match at all with the nightstands. Bed looks almost black, a stark contrast to the walnut of the nightstands. I get that wood shades can vary and it's what makes it beautiful but here it looks totally mismatched.

We reached out to Wazo and sent pictures, asking for a solution (refund or new bed) but they only offered a 120$ refund, which doesn't even begin to cover anything we bought. We also got the Mason sofa with this order, so you could call us pretty good customers. We refused the 120$ compensation and asked for another solution. They basically told us to F off.

We are absolutely gutted by the look of our bedroom, and outraged by the lack of help/courtesy of Wazo's customer support. Never had any issue with Ikea, Article or Wayfair. Will never buy there again nor recommend to anyone unless they come around and offer a decent solution.

Terrible customer service.they forgot my order and had to keep asking them when it will be ready.finally write me back 4 days later and they inform me that the chairs are ready for pick up at the warehouse on a Saturday from 10am to 2pm, went to the warehouse at 10am and the doors where closes. Rang the doorbell and knocked on the door, tried to open the door and no luck. Finally they opened the door at 10: 47am.

Souvent on reconnaît le vrai service après vente lorsqu’il arrive un soucie. Nous avons pris le temps de communiquer avec eux au départ et la prise en charge jusqu’au règlements du souci fut 10/10. C’est important d’écrire quand c’est positif et c’est l’objectif de cet avis.

They have beautiful and unique furniture, the Montreal warehouse is nice and you can see better som items. Unfortunately, once you buy you can't choose your delivery date and even though they say 3 to 5 dyas it can take up to a month. So ask well the range in case you're moving out or want your item fast.

They let you know by text the day before.

I tried to call and no answer. The store in Montreal doesn't have all the items.

I had a little issue with my delivery and called the CS, they go back to me kindly with a solution, I gave 3 stars bc they answered me 3 weeks later. It would be nice to have a sooner response, but it seems they're working to improve Customer experience
