I've had a an amazing experience with WHC.ca, their dashboards are simple to use, their support is top notch. BEST I've received from any other hosting company. I recently had a small issue and Philip helped me out and had it resolved in under 3 minutes. Their servers are fast and secure, my websites get good page speed scores without breaking my back doing speed optimization. Happy Customer.

I used the live chat for support and Alvin S is the person that helped me out, Alvin was able to figure out the problem quickly and provide a solution and be patient with me and walk me through the steps of fixing it. Support was wonderful and fast.

Philip answered immediately to my request for online assistance. He quickly understood my issue and rather than send me a link to sort matters out on my own, he offered to make the changes needed for me. Within 2-3 minutes my issue was solved. I hope this employee is valued and recognized for their dedication and hard word. Employees like this are hard to fiend and retain these days. Thanks Philip!

After years and years of using Bluehost, I decided to look for a Canadian Webhosting company since this is where I live. Well, I have found one and am extremely happy with it so far. I've even recommended them to friends who are looking for a webhost for their blogs and business websites. I had a little problem today and contacted their customer support for the first time, and Sheldon P.resolved my issue in record time. Seriously, the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. I am truly impressed. If this is what I have to look forward to, I'll be sticking with Web Hosting Canada for many many years!

This representative Sheldon P.knows how to read and to give proper information. It is hard these days to send a text because most people read only the first two lines and then assumes everything else and then they give their opinion. This does not happen at WHC.ca and this representative is another reason why WHC.ca is doing great.

I recently switched from HostPapa to WHC, and must say, it was the best decision I've ever made. The service was quick, easy, and the support is absolutely amazing. They stayed with me through the whole process and helped me with my question with detailed answers. Totally love this company.

I used to love this company but recently they have been getting worse and worse. Several websites went down without warning and they were unable to restore some of them. Those that were recoverable took days to weeks to fix. They all of a sudden started suspending domain names without warning affecting emails and websites. Furthermore, it takes them sometimes up to 3 days to fix high priority issues. You need to go through their low level support that don't know anything to finally get through to level 2 support but you can't speak directly to level 2 support so you have to play broken telephone through the same low level support that didn't understand the issue in the first place.

Je tiens à préciser que je fais partie des gens dont les données ont été perdues ou sont en cours de restauration (CLARK) et j'aimerais mentionner le manque d'aide de la part de WHC. J'ai annulé mon hébergement et mon SSL avec WHC depuis l'incident avec les serveurs et je leurs ai demandé de me rembourser la différence puisque j'ai payé jusqu'en 2022, et ils refusent de me donner mon argent et supprimant les billets envoyés via leur site web. Je suis extrêmement fâchée et j'ai l'impression de me faire voler mon argent en plus de mon temps puisque j'ai du refaire mon site au complet à cause de leur incident.

They crashed and I lost everything, mails, website etc. It's been 5 days and I'm still not able to even receive emails. Tried to contact them, impossible. They shut down telephone lines, live chat expected wait time was 1353 minutes. Finally chat with a Gale T.wich close the chat on his end being not able to answer me. This company is the worst web hosting company ever. Stay away, you've been warned.

I have always had a great experience with the customer service/tech support. Always with quick response and ready to happily help with anything. For example, Gale T.was the guy I was talking to last and he offered to go above and beyond of what I expected a tech support person to do. Highly recommend!

Always try to support Canadian companies bbut not worth the nickle and dime hassle to deal with! Price kept going up with little improvement to the service and site speed;. Billed for services that were cancelled months later and given the run around to get a refund. Look for something better don't recommend!

I recommend Web Hosting Canada for many reasons.

Reliability: 25 years of experiences in web development, WHC is by far the best hosting services that I have been with. As I remember in the last five years, there was only one small disruption in service due to a migration of their servers.

Support: I have been with at least 20 web hosting services and none of them have the support like WHC do. The indepth knowledge of the staff are unbelivable. I absolutely don't have to worry about not able to complete my development projects because I know they can help me troubleshoot all the networking problems. The fact that they understand your problems in the first ticket, it's priceless. The turnaround time is AMAZING. The ticket responses during the day are within the hour. If I submit a ticket before I go to bed, I will wake up with a solution in my email.

Costs: Honestly, services cost money. WHC is not cheap, but they have the best values for the premium quality services. I have had their VPS and Reseller packages, both have solid performance. VPS packages allow for perfect control of all aspect of your projects. The Reseller packages actually have more configurable items that other hosting service providers.

I am very satistified with WHC. They don't just provide outstanding services and support. They do care about their customers with tips and helpful information via their newsletter emails. I stayed with WHC all these years because of the peace of mind which no other hosting service providers can "provide" me with.

Complete loss of all site content and data, insufficient backup and redundancy, and little support for recovery.

We had suitable off-site backup so will survive, but will still need to commit labor hours to restore.

You can’t stay in business as a web hosting service if you let this happen.

TERRIBLE service! I have 3 websites on this hosting. They all just suddenly crashed from their side, and literally no one is willing to help. All my business is going through the websites and it just stopped! No one is answering my calls cause they switched off all the communication lines. I don't know what to do! It also would cost a looot of $ to develop everything from scratch. Someone should be responsible for this nightmare that many small businesses have to go through. First we had to deal with Covid, now THIS!

Le Choeur Ciné-Jazz, un OBNL, a trouvé un hébergeur à prix abordable, mais plus que compétent. Et en français. Le service à la clientèle est rapide, efficace, professionnel et sympathique. Et l'archivage des billets pour toutes les demandes faites avec leur statut est tout simplement parfait. Quelle bonne idée d'avoir changé d'hébergeur. Je mets 4 étoiles parce que je ne mets jamais 5, par principe, mais WHC les mérite amplement. Je les recommande sans hésiter.
