They have an older manager that works there (late 50's) he guided a trainee on my burger, I asked for no cheese, They still gave me cheese, and it looked like the was partially scrapped off. Doesn't he not know that some people are allergic to cheese and can kill them? !?

The best wendys in the west island the ones on blv desource are horrible, they always get the order wrong.

Food is good no complaints but the price is too high. The restaurant is way to expensive to go grab a bite.

24-Dec, 1pm, all the lights were on, employees were there, but the doors were locked. There was no indication that they were closing early. Poor service.

New owners.cold old fries. Returned them.they took along time to make fresh French fries.they were passing the old fries to the drive thru.not impressed.

IF ASKED TO WAIT BY THE DOOR. DONT DO IT. BEEN SITTING HERE FOR 20 MINS WAITING FOR MY DRIVETHRU ORDER. WATCHED 10 OR 11 CARS COME AND GO WHILE WAITING.no jokes if it's not out in the next 3 or 4 mins I'm leaving

Good service and have always gotten my order correct with good fast food so nothing to complain here

Unresponsive and dismissive staff when I came in this morning. I was the only customer and waited for 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. They knew I was waiting yet didn’t take the time to acknowledge me. After all that, the sandwiches were cold and no apology. Thanks.

The food is fine. Typical fast food however the staff needs to be told they are not at a party. Workers hollering to one another.

Horrible customer service. They close out the restaurant earlier than their closing time just because they don’t feel like working late. Ridiculous. I ask for the manager, and she’s they employee of the month that didn’t wanna serve me because they already “cleaned” the machine and didn’t want to work more.

Similar bad experience as below. I ordered 39$+ meal, (likely the same) cashier, she did not give me my receipt, when I got back home I found I missed a poutine and a sandwich in the bag.
Suggest you to ask for your receipt and check the foods in your bag before leaving!

The two girls with glasses working at the drive-through were stellar, and the food was great will defenetly come back here.

They now serve breakfast! Great fast food, lots of choice at the new drink machine but the indoor seating space is a bit small. They sometimes get the order wrong, so always double check

Extremely slow. Ordered a cheeseburger and a side Caesar salad (which is already premade) and took over 15 mins with no one else in line

Worst service ever. The cashier (girl with glasses working around 7pm February 12th) had the worst attitude. She waited until we fully ordered to tell us their credit/debit card machine is broken. Had to figure out how to pay in cash. Then they made us wait around 30 minutes for the order to get ready when there were almost no customer in the restaurant. When we finally received the food, fries were missing and other food items like the poutine were barely full. Went to tell the cashier and instead of offering us what was missing and excuse themselves she didn't believe me and made me double check. Never coming back.

This location is a joke. They always forget to add dipping sauces even after they charge you. Forget to add ordered and charged items. And ALWAYS give me (a diabetic) regular soda when I order diet.

Either get your act together or get out of this business.
