Wendy's

First time at Wendy's in years and I was very satisfied with the food. Had a spicy chicken sandwich trio and I couldn't have asked for better. Just the right amount of heat, the fries were as good as any burger chain and I loved the variety of Coke flavors available.

Service was very good and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Really couldn't ask for better. I will definitely be returning soon!

It was suggested I try the baconator and to be careful because there is ALOT of bacon, thus the name. I would say there is a very normal amount of bacon, a total of 6 small slices on each paddy. The first burger was terrible, burnt bacon, the staff kindly made me a new one, it was fine. In general, the other burgers are great.

It went downhill from its opening. The chilli has barely any meat. The restaurant smells like a sewer. It no longer has a cozy vibe. Very disappointing

Charged me 2x my order, and refuse to refund the extra billing. They even called the owner, telling him " we billed this customer 2x and need to refund" and he straight refused. So now i need to contest one of the 2 charge with my bank, and 90 days wait period. I will also make a complaint to head office and "protection du consomateur". DO NOT EAT THERE. OWNER IS A thief POS

Très belle découverte, c’est délicieux! Il y a peu de Wendy’s à Montréal donc profites en si tu en vois un!

Si je commande 3 burgers avec Doordash, je m’attends à recevoir 3 burgers, chauds, et non 2, et froids… Recrutez mieux vos employés ou payez davantage ceux que vous avez déjà pour qu’ils aient envie de bien bosser! C’était la première et dernière fois que je commandais quelque chose chez Wendy’s.

Service très très très lent.
Et même pas reçu la Bonne commande il ont beaucoup de difficulté en s'enlever les doigts du nez

La Fontaine a soda est super, self-serve. Mais aucune chaise haute pour les jeunes enfants, aucune serviette disponible à moins de demander et un peu long pour recevoir notre nourriture. Beaucoup de client et nourriture chaude et bonne

Première fois donc première expérience surtout au niveau du goût. C'était vraiment bon et j'ai vraiment aimer!

Took over 20 minutes to get a Burger and Fries. After spending five minutes figuring out how the Drink Machine works, Most of the Drinks were not available. The Drink machine was Sticky and Dirty. All of the tables were sticky and dirty and the bathroom was disgusting.
My expectations were low, but the bar was so low it makes the McDonald's up the street feel like a five star Michelin restaurant.

Never a working drive through. Employees dont know anything about promotions and above and beyond the application never works

Commandé du poulet et reçu avec du boeuf dans les hamburgers! Le temps d'attente est assez long! Ce que je suis déçu le plus c'est qu'il y a beaucoup d'élèves secondaire, personne ne fait rien avec des cris à tue-tête malgré le restaurant est quand même abondant! Le manager n'a rien fait! Les jeunes ne sont pas éduqués pour déranger le public comme ça! Je n'ai pas aimé du tout ma visite! Déçu!

Worst one. There’s never any ketchup or mayonnaise in your order. Burger buns are falling apart (expired or very old) they never follow order instructions.

I went in at noon today. There were hardly any customers. Part of the seating area was cordoned off. When I ordered, they said there were no hamburgers - just chicken! Then the drink machine wasn't working either. I go here every 8 weeks when I have a medical appointment nearby. Honestly, I would not be surprised to find this place closed if I go back.

Just left after waiting 5mins just to be served while 5-6 employees/ managers were standing atound chatting. There were also 2 elderly ladies waiting for their orders, probably a lot longer than 5mins since they were there when i walked in and had 2 people behind them! Seriously, this Wendy's should just shut down! Service sucks, there's always something that they don't have (food and drink wise) went today and the drive thru wasn't working apparently. And its turned into morw of a teen hang out than anything!

Bon je parle français elle me répond en anglais oui je parle anglais mais elle devrait me répondre en français car g commander en français Le pain à déjeunée pas assez cuit la saucisse trop cuite presque brûlée pas juteux et dur juste voir la couleur de la saucisse j’ai pas le goût de manger j’habite a 2 minutes de là je vais le matin comme le soir le service est très mauvais et très très long mon conjoint a jetée son sandwich moi également même les patates sont froide. La seule chose qu’on a aimé c le café le reste c mauvais c pas la 1ere fois qu’on va manger a ce restaurant mais on y retourne plus jamais

Ordered a baconator. Received a burger with 3 burnt patties, cheese, abd bacon. (No sauce at all lmao) I mean really, look at this. Along with this was missing multiple sides. Needless to say I'm disappointed.

Personnel en bon nombre mais très long commander et recevoir son repas (25 min). Pour un "fastfood" c'est pas si rapide.

Retour en livraison encore chez Wendy's. C'est une honte pour cette chaîne d'avoir un gérant de cet acabit. Virez-moi ça quelqu'un! Aucun respect. M'intime de sortir alors que j'attends les commandes de 2 clients. Désolée pour vous mais commandez ailleurs s'il vous plaît vous n'êtes pas une priorité pour lui. Il donne ma commande à quelqu'un de présent alors que sa serveuse lui dit que c'est la mienne et que j'attends depuis plus longtemps. Bref 0 étoile si c'était possible.

Bande de sales incompétents, jamais vu un service a l'auto aussi lent, bande d'incapable. INCROYABLE. 30 minutes prendre une commande?

For a fast food joint, it's not really fast in serving/getting the food out. Staff look like they're in a bubble, kinda walking around in the kitchen. It's sad to say, but Mcdonalds has y'all beat in fast production. Food is alright at best. At least their frosty machine works. Drink fountain's really watered down - root beer had its smell, but flavourless.

Wouldn't recommend that much for a quick bite to eat, theres better options around.

THE YOUNG LADY DIDNT THINK IT WAS IMPORTANT TO NOTIFY ME THAT THERE WAS A 15MIN WAIT FOR THE CHICKEN BURGER AND WHEN I WENT INSIDE TO SEE What was the matter she CRUSED me under her breath but I heard it loud and clear I wont be stopping at this location anytime soon. I don't need the attitude.

Peut être modernisé la place et enlever le Tim qui est dans le même édifice, refaire les toilettes repensé l'entrée des fauteuils roulants porte automatique pas activer qui est du côté Tim Horton! Et peut être pensé pour une meilleur ambiance as installé une télévision avec le canal Wendys? Haa oui aussi mettre de l'affichage pour indiquer ou sont les poubelles!

We can't really tell you about our food or atmosphere because we haven't eaten at this Wendy's. However, we have gone to the Wendy's, LaSalle on Newman Blvd for a gift certificate late morning/early afternoon this Father's Day. What a headache trying to buy a gift certificate. There were 4 employees trying to figure out how to get us a 50$ gift certificate. This is our 3rd time at this very Wendy's that we tried buying gift certificates with 3 times walking out with nothing. It's too much time consuming and frustration. Something like buying gift certificates should be easy, not so complicated but I guess not. Perhaps it takes a Master degree. I don't want to sound rude, but please get your s.t in order.

I’m a year late, but I had one of the most fabulous experiences at this location. The manager Cindy was a darling and gave my intergalactic rain moon star (cousin) and I free frostys just for complimenting a drink she had made. Not only did she welcome me from Nova Scotia, but she really took the time to make sure our orders were up to par! I hope she still works there, next time I’m in town I will surely pass by and say hi:)

I heard about this a lot from my friends and I decided to try it out. The chicken burger is indeed delicious. I had their famous nuggets and cheesy fries. Their chocolate shakes are damn good! Must try.
