Served raw chicken to my sister, who would be responsible if something happens to her. Food authorities need to inspect them

I had never dared to try it before, fearing that it wouldn’t taste good. My boyfriend said it was delicious, so he tried it. This is the taste of McDonald’s in China! You can still have leftover cheese burger, this is the right size! A large cup of coffee costs less than $20 for two people and there is still leftover! Thumbs up!

Went in around 22: 00 and it was full, hang out place for college and high-school students. Ordered my food and while I waited I noticed alot of uncleanness, from the counter to the floor especially in the food handlers area. A young man came to return a burger that had hair and he continued to swallow what was in his mouth.
I lost my appetite.

We received the chicken wraps and sandwiches and the lettuce was one small cut the size of an adult thumb, I didn't know lettuce was were they cut corners.
We went through the food looking for faulty handling. The food wasn't enjoyable.
This is a restaurant I will ever recommend nor visit.

Repas correct mais service long quand on commande au comptoir. Si on veut un service rapide faut être chez soit et commander.

Après avoir passé notre commande, nous avons attendu 20 min pour récupérer celle-ci (les cuisines ne suivaient pas …) alors qu’il n’y avait que deux personnes devant nous. Les toilettes, les tables, le sol sont sales … la nourriture reste néanmoins bonne

Service was quick but the employe was a tad rude. The fries were hot and very tasty.sadly the "baconator" wasnt very generous with its bacon but was overall good taste wise.

I went to drive through (sept 18) and the drive through cashier is so rude, that he's raising his voice just because I couldn't hear the first cashier (girl) properly as she's really speaking low. I know its rush hour but they should still know how to do respect of the customer, I was asking politely because I couldn't really hear the first cashier.

Quite possibly the rudest, most disgruntled employee at any drive thru I've ever been to. Rushing thru the order taking, angry that he had to actually work. Rolling eyes and aggressive at the window and then throwing the bag at us. Disgusting

Pir service très long les commandes sont donner dans le désordre. Commande effacer de leur écran il oublie les clients au caisse et de faire et donner les commande 25 min pour un trio et j'étais seul et 6 personne a attendre de prendre leur commande pendent qu'il netoie la cuisine et passe le balais a 19h00 sérieux je savais pas qui avais plus pire que McDo

Pas d'option végétarienne, des tonnes de plastique même les couverts, le tee-shirt "jamais trop de bacon" des serveur (se) s en dit long. à quelle époque vit-on? En plus, les tables sont toujours sales. A éviter. Les Wendy's aux Etats-Unis sont bien plus "eco-friendly"

Didn't have vanilla frosty or bacon. Everyone looks miserable working and really dirty place.

Manager is so rude. He is rushing to finish our order, because he said the line is getting longer. Which is there is only 2 people behind us which is a couple. That's very rude attitude as a manager.

Vraiment dommage, quand je monte a un endroit et que je le peux je vais chez Wendy seulement pour leur chili.
Il n'étais malheureusement pas a la hauteur comme d'habitude. Très liquide et il était tiède.

They messed up my order, argued with me when I pointed it out. Get the order and the bread has mold on it. Disgusting.

Just ordered a Frosty. The machine was working (not surprised since this isn't McD) :)

My husband ordered combo #3 (3 combos) and was given a chicken sandwiches for all 3 combos. Good thing he checks the food before leaving. Went back. They gave him the right burgers. Got home both bags were soaked in oil and melted cheese. Opened the burgers and they looked like diarrhea mixed with throw up.
Do not eat there.

Pour ainsi dire, pas d'option végétarienne. Pas de burger (existe mais dans d'autres pays), les pommes de terre ne sont pas disponibles. La petite poutine est miniature. Résultats: j'ai dû me faire à manger en plus de la poutine.
Je n'y remettrai pas les pieds, de toute façon je ne peux pas tellement y manger.

Service was great but the bathrooms were unusable at 11am on a weekday. They obviously hadn’t been properly cleaned in a couple of days with the sanitary napkin containers overflowing with sanitary products and diapers.

This is the slowest Wendy's I ve been in. The food is not even hot after all you wait too. Waste of time

This is how they served me a wrap that I took home. I was overwhelmed with the quality! I swore I would never visit a wendy's again. Last time in my life!
Horrible chain. Tricking clients!

We moved to a new home today, which is about 25 minutes away from this place. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and came home to eat, only to realize that they had given us two hamburgers. We went back and told them their mistake (we don't eat red meat). They gave us new sandwiches. We checked the top one and came home. Guess what! The second sandwich was again a hamburger! Imagine being tired and hungry and have this happen TWICE. We just shared the chicken sandwich and called it a night.

C'est le pire des Wendy's que j'ai fréquenté dans la grande métropole
Le service est vraiment médiocre j'ai commander un trio double face et il on pas mis de fromage, je me suis dit bien pas grave mais une autre journée comme aujourd'hui, il se sont trompés de prix et le service est vraiment déplorable et même j'ai eux droit a un gars qu'il fumé du pot dans les salle de bain faque quand j'ai reporté le fait il avais l'aire dire qu'il s'en foutait, faque pour extra bacon dans poutine a 3$ et que j'ai juste 1 tranche dedans sa m'a vraiment décourager au point de écrire sur Google. Je suis désolé mais svp remettre de l'ordre et des règles.
