Got a baconator opened it up. Theres half a piece of dried bacon that looks 3 days old on it. What a joke. If you have no bacon day something. Dont give people this trash.

The manager of the resto her booty so big the entire dinning room area shakes when she walks

I have tried on three separate occasions to come to this "restaurant" to eat. On Three occasions I have been turned away because "we are closing and have limited food.

Fries? Burger? Or chilli?

"Uh, I don't know, Um eleven. (pm)
It's 10: 13 pm.

The other time was 9: 50pm.

Screw this place I'm going to the Harvey's that is open untill midnight

This location just to be one of the best
I know that after the pandemic everything change but that is not an excuse to give a bad service or forget about cleanliness and smile

UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE!
Electronic Menus didn't show half the prices of items, when I tried to ask the Counterman, he didn't speak English. Once I was finally able to convey what I wanted which included Nachos with cheese they tried to sell it to me without the cheese (they just put it in the bag) when I pulled it out and challenged them on it, they just shrugged and said they were out of cheese.

Ordered just before 10 or 22: 00, arrive at drive through only to find them closed HELLO maybe update the APP, next time you decide to close early as it clearly states open till 11 or 23: 00 for drive through! Also paid through three app, now how do I get my money back? Not to mention why did it even take a payment if you aren't even open?
Broke down tried again, LAST TIME! SLOWEST WENDY'S DRIVE THROUGH ***EVER***!

Do NOT order from here. I ordered 5 items- 3 items were never delivered and the other two items were incorrect.they are completely incompetent.

Whenever I order food at home it arrives incomplete or they send orders that do not correspond to what I requested, it has happened on 3 occasions, the customer service is extremely lousy inside the restaurant, the people who work there give a lot of excuses and do not like each other take responsibility for mistakes

Employees are so short staffed. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. They served with a smile but need help

They close earlier than what appears online so don't get your hopes up. I expressed to them that they need to update the online information and I was told that they cannot control what's online.

Slow, not overly busy, messed up my order (not the first time at this location) blamed eachother.

Perfectly delivered what I asked for; satisfy hunger and the craving of an amazing Wendy's burger in less than 10 mins!

Le service et l'ambiance est correct. La bouffe quoi que mangeable, tu sais la blague quand ce qui a d'afficher au menu ne ressemble pas du tout à ce que tu a commandé, et bien c'est tout à fais sa ici.

Honnêtement.des air bêtes unilingue anglaise.pas trop vite même sur les heures de pointes.

Its unfortunate that I can even leave one star for this location. Worst service at any Wendy's location I've ever been to in my entire life. I had been going there 2 to 3 times a week until i came across an emplyee (whom seems to be well known from the other one star reviews below). If she still works there. BEWARE. She would probably physically fight you if she could.

The last 5 time I went to the drive through they messed up my order.
The atmosphere is either crowed or cold due to the nature of the location.

Consistent service and the food is better at this one rather than the newly renovated one further up the street. You would think it would be the opposite.

6: 40pm Wednesday, we're the only people in line.
The wait to simply order was 7 minutes because most employees are chilling in the back. Wait for food, 10 minutes.
The restaurant itself is very dirty, from counter to walls to tables.

Surprisingly the food was good (as expected from Wendy's).

Slow, the staff seemed confused and the managers seemed annoyed. The food was good but the service was mediocre at best.

False advertising on their hours. Goggle even shows the business as having updated their own hours. Tried to go here at 9pm on a Friday and was told closed and could not be served. Was then trapped in the drive through for 30 minutes watching them serve a car that got here 30 seconds before me with no way to get out. Just dreadful

I have never seen a Wendy's that was this filthy. The counter at the register was completely sticky, and the staff didn't look like they had a manager on the floor they were completely lost. The tables in the restaurant were as filthy. How can you be proud of your restaurant if you accept this kind of work standard? This place is in desperate need of organization. To finish on a positive note, the food was still excellent.

Came to get food at 10: 20 pm on Dec 16th 2022 and was told that they were closed (no reason given). The opening hours say they are open until 11.

Pas vraiment aimé. Derrière comptoir très sale. Pas de papier dans la salle de bain. Comme inspecteur à l'ACIA, à la retraite ça m'a sauté aux yeux.

Tim hortons staff are absolutely horrible. Very rude to tourists should be ashamed of yourselves 5 dollar tip and barely even smiled.

The worst experience ever at Wendy's Dorval. Aside from the bad service, they didn't have a spoon for a Frosty ice cream. The location is extremely dirty with flies inside the store. Every single table needs severe, in-depth cleaning.

I don’t know how’s Wendy make their poutine but it is my first and worst experience with Wendy. They just put warm French fries and cold cheese on it and at last the sauce which was also warm that cannot even melt the cheese. Never try their poutine.

It's very slow and unorganised. Out of chicken salads almost every time I go here. Once I honestly waited in line for 20 minutes before placing an order and waiting another 15 minutes. When I ask why it's taking so long they said they had too many Uber orders. Anyhow, people in line and Uber orders shows a really big problem with your in house customers feeling your just another few dollars and no apology.but many excuses. It's quite sad and pathetic watching how they were talking to some of the customers asking why it's taking so long. No respect.

Talk about lack of sevice, all alone infront of their cash, bunch of employees, not one of them acknowledging my presence as a customer, no service at all, do everyone a favor.go elsewhere, one of the poorest customer experience I went thru

The service is okay, they take you orders fast but when you have your order, always make sure to double check.
I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich and what I got was the spicey chicken sandwich shoulda checked at the counter.and it was their supervisor who handled baging my order too
so I didn't think to check.

Very unreliable. Order a salad, half the time you get no dressing. Order a chili, half the time you get no hot sauce. Order a trio, half the time you get half a fry. Ridiculous.
Now off to enjoy my bone dry salad.

Horrible service. Most incompetent management I have ever seen. It took 25 minutes to get our food, everything was cold and soggy.

My daughter is disappointed that they don't have the vanilla frosty any more. Why was it discontinued?

Interac wasn't working. Tables were dirty and gross. Hole in the ceiling and water running to a bowl. Thankfully, food is always good at Wendy's:) But i'll keep going to the one in LaSalle instead.

Always very fast when I use the drive thru, nothing to complain. The app could use improvements, but nothing to do this place. No complain, good place to stop if you in a hurry.

Fast service with a drive through. The food is decent and the price is reasonable compared to what you get at other fast food restaurants. Clean looking place with a Tim Hortons sharing the building. You can order from Wendy's and Tim Hortons inside the restaurant building and sir down for either fast food places.

Always got a great service there, place is clean and fast. Staff is friendly and very professional, Event went it crowded thing goes smoothly. The dinning area space is shared with a Tim Hortons so you can all get what you want. It's ma favorite fast food if the area

Whent for a burger at 22h, got served by a fat black lady without a mask, I asked her were was her mask and she replied she was on a break. She still took my order, oddly. Food is good, but they have a bad service. Fyi I went inside instead of the drive through, cuz it's impossible to find it at a glance, very bad outdoor signage.

Fast service, but not very friendly staff. Asked for a Mr. Pibb to drink and the employee immediately switched it to a Frutopia without saying a word. When I asked why he changed it he said "Well we don't have that here like the other places do".
Could've at least mentioned it and asked me what I wanted instead of just replacing it with something completely different.

Please teach the person that served me five minutes ago the difference between a.chilli cheese fry, & a regular fry! Check your order while in line, & no bill in bag to double check, really, good thing I was hungry!

They are aware that it gets busy during lunch hours but still only 1 cash open. I will not return after waiting 40min in line.

This spot simply knows how to take care of their customers. Constantly with a kind attitude. The food is fairly priced, regularly fresh and neat.

I cant lie I didn't enjoy my experience that much. The food is exactly what I'd expect from Wendy's it was good. Just it was slow which I don't really expect or want if I do decide to eat fast food!

Really good service at this Wendy’s. I was at the drive through the other day and the service was very fast and staff are kind.

I always go to this Wendy. The service is great with courteous staff. Goods are fresh and well prepared.

Friendly staff. If you go on lunch parking can sometimes be difficult. There is a drive thru at this location. This Wendy's also has a Tim Hortons inside, convenient if people want different things. There is also a TV inside.

Food good. Service was awful today. Some customers were complaining about wrong orders. Many wrong orders were being returned.

Good service, but the frosty they gave me was not frozen, more like soup texture. Overall not great.

It’s a good Wendy’s has a drive through with a Tim Horton next to it. Only complaint would be that it is almost to get into and even harder to get out during morning or evening traffic.

Love Wendy's but last time I went the cheese fries was so thrown together it looked so bad I didn't eat it.

Shares the space with a Tom Horton's. Bright interior. Plenty of seating. Lots of parking and drive thru available. 3 star rating but not in a bad way. Its just your typical fast food joint.

The food is really good. The service is also good. But they will mess up your order. Order the food inside and double check your order.
