Wendy's

The entire restaurant is very dirty. I hope the manager understands they need to clean and paint. Even the cash register screen was dirty.

They’re incapable of understanding an order through their drive-through in English or in French repeated clearly multiple times to appoint I won’t even bother to go to this location anymore

Petite portion du Baconator avec un service rapide. Les tables sont gluante par contre. Un peu de déchets sur les tables.

Once that was a place that the food was great but.lately.
The burger is so thin you think it's almost the same size as their cheese slice and the bacon was burned, like coal! That place used to have good food that people want to come back, not the opposite.
Unfortunately no good change.

They need to clean up Montreal's Wendy's and Tim Hortons. To the 3 that FYI is more dirty The restaurant area

Better go there to order yourself don't use their mobile app they will not see it in their system. Also check to make sure you got what you ordered. They easily messup orders

Burger was undercooked,
Place is too busy mainly with take out orders for delivery.definitely food quality is not the same! (eventhough is fastfood)

Pretty juicy and tasty double burger combo. Not bad for the price. BUT Waited soooo long to give my order although there were no line, just the cashier was busy in the kitchen. They need more staff i guess.

Really slow service. Just two people serving both the drive through and the line in person. Not good.

Good little stop if you want a quick bite coming off the decarie and have been stuck in traffic. Easy access in and out and good parking

Yesterday's in-person experience at approx 5 PM: 1. While we were in line, the Skip the Dishes delivery guy presented himself to the shift manager with his mask on his chin and the shift manager communicated with him as if he had his mask on. The Skip the Dishes guy touches his mask once pretending he was going to apply it higher but didn't and walked out of the establishment like that. 2. The bacon was not included in the "double JBF" x 4; thankfully, we observed the ingredients just outside the restaurant. Upon discussion, the staff quickly made the correction. 3. A long bright-coloured thin hair in my partner's last bite of the last double JBF, a long hair that was not from me or my spouse; what an awful way to conclude a meal! 4. No napkins in the take out bag. Some customers get a runny nose towards the end of their meal, and sometimes the burger wrapping paper is greasy and the mayo mixed with water (I hope because of the tomato) just doesn't stay in the burger and goes everywhere else. We only went to this location because the location down the street near Snowdon metro was too busy and we were already running errands between the two Wendy's.

La nourriture est bonne, rien a signaler. L'emplacement et l'intérieur un peux glauque, éclairage très blanc. Le personnel très agréable.

Lors de mon passage 18 Août 11h50 service au comptoir excessivement lent les toilettes étais des plus dégueulasse que j'ai vue pourtant ont est au Québec
P. S.j'ai eux ma commande a 12h20 oui oui 30min d'attente pour un Burger frite et boisson et un frosty JE LE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT

Service lent et erreur dans les commandes.
Sinon c'était bon pour ma 2e visite dans un Wendy's

I was there last night and went through the drive through. It took very long, I had enough time to get out the car, use the restaurant bathroom and return to my vehicle before the line even moved.
Once I got home I realized the order was wrong and they were now closed! They put bacon in two of the burgers so I couldn't eat them cuz I'm Muslim and they didn't put in the double burger I ordered. So basically they only got 3 outta 6 burgers right and I payed for 3 burgers I couldn't eat.

J'ai été là il y a longtemps avec mon amie et on a apprécié notre visite. Il y avait 1 murale à proximité et je ne sais pas si elle est encore là.

Bon service, bon Burgers. Trop populaire! Grosse file au drive-in mais service rapide a l'intérieur. Ça vaut la peine de faire la petite file:)

Worst Wendy's in mtl, my friends say the same as well. 3 times my chicken burgers we're cold. And i mean not warm. Plain room temperature and dry. I know 3 times I was fooled shame on me.

Les clients qui se rendent en personne ne sont pas bien servi. Toutes les commandes uber skippe passent avant. J'ai attendu 20 minutes pour que ma commande soit prise, il y avait seulement 1 clients en ligne avant moi. Toutefois les commandes sont exactes et la nourriture chaude

Our bugers were hot and proper.big improvement. Staff needs a raise. Rare i even do this but last time o was at a Wendy's it was horrible. This one rectified that. 4 stars cause i didnt go in.

You never get a warm or cold burger at this location; service is fast, staff is nice.but like every other fast food restaurant or donut shop you have to check your take out orders before you leave.

Toujours des problèmes et mauvais service, je ne vient pas souvent, je préfère aller plus loin, les standards de qualité et service au client sont pas les priorités de cet endroit, en passant le gérant en service ne parle pas français, impossible a régler les problèmes de ma commande.

Pire restaurant à Montréal! Personnel désagréable que ce soit envers les clients ou les livreurs, nourriture sèches sans aucun goût, saleté partout, 0 hygiène, je vous déconseille d’aller à leur toilette vous risquez d’être choqué de la saleté et de l’odeur

Le personnel ne parle pas français, il n'avait pas ce que je demandais dans mon trio donc je dois payer a la pièce les products 2 petits hamburgers pour 13,00$

Il me semble que si tu acceptes de vendre de la nourriture au comptoir tu dois aussi accepter que ton client puisse se laver les mains, or, je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'une directive locale ou nationale, mais cet établissement me l'a refusé. Et ce même en ces temps pandémiques.comme dirait l'autre: pas fort mon Gérard

Excellent hamburgers comme toujours, notre commande exacte. Dommage que ces restaurants sont si rare au Québec

I've been there twice and the last time they got my order wrong. Other than that the food is alright, but still kinda meh.

The triple dave was on point. However the spicy chiken was trash. And please put napking we have to eat in our cars

Came in for a takeout the staff refused to serve me saying they are closed. But it’s says closed midnight?

I tried Wendy's for the first time and it was a horrible experience, The chicken patty and the nuggets had coppery taste, I had to discard it in the garbage. Moreover The fries were not salted and the wait in line was nearly half an hour, even though their were 5 people in the staff, I don't think I'll be visiting this branch anytime soon.

I go to this restaurant many times a year! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this place frequently. The meals are excellent, the staff members are polite and the rates are reasonable. I like eating in this spot to have a tasty supper.

It's Wendy's but the staff moves like it's Jupiter - wow major attitude to a Uber driver today I didn't want someone that mad handling my food so I bailed the line. Anyways after 5 minutes they hadn't advanced so I probably saved an hour.

Depend who is preparing the order because often get lots of mistakes often! Service and food are good don't get me wrong is just at drive thru.

2nd time going and not getting quite what I ordered.
The first time I had ordered a single burger and regular sized fries and was charged for a trio.
This time I was asked twice by the same employee if I wanted anything for my fries, both times I asked for salt packets and didn't get any.

If you love greasy fatty colon clogging food (and who doesn't) this is the place for you! This Wendy's has awesome waitstaff who are bilingual, friendly, and helpful. They ought to be paid more.

We went there yesterday with a friend, we both got food poisoning! The burgers tasted good, but 2h later we were fighting to avoid puking in our beds. A hygiene check would be nice. Please be careful!

Particularly that place has being shared between Wendy's and Tim Horton - to good snack (offers salade also) from Wendy's you can add hot beverages with sweet pastry from Timy.

The service is acceptable, but the hygiene could use some looking in to.
Not bad for a fast food establishment, but definitely needs more adult presence and supervision

Very fast service and very nice staff. Food was tasty and hot. If yougave a desire for sweets after the meal, the donuts place is just beside! Conveniently located close to the highway and not too far from metro station.
