Very pleased with our new sectional. Was in the returned section so was able to have it picked up and delivered the next day. Thank you to the very helpful and gracious staff esp. Jad and Michel for making it happen, highly recommend them!

Beau style, et je commanderais assurément des articles en ligne, mais l'entreprise a fait le choix paresseux de ne pas rendre son site accessible au Québec. Anthropologie a tout son site en français, je commande en ligne régulièrement et vais en boutique parfois. Dommage pour West Elm, mais je n'irai pas en boutique!

Beautiful product but terrible service. Ordering online is blocked in Quebec.so I decided to go and buy at the store. Item was not available at the store and to order it you need to add an extra for a delivery. Delivery and pickup at the store is not available. Sellers say that delivery is mandatory for an item they don't have in store, like a small table that you can put in your vehicle.

Worse service I have ever experienced.
I placed an order back in Nov 2021 for several things. They gave me dates for each item and some are already 4 months late but they have charged me and invoiced me 100%. Go anywhere but to West Elm. In addition, one of the things that did arrive (night stand) was broken and I had to take it back to the store. No matter what you do, I strongly recommend finding other options and be careful because they are part of Williams - Sonoma Group.

Absolutely brutal online ordering. I’ve ordered from literally other countries in different languages and it’s easier. I ordered a bedding set of sheets and duvet for 1000$ six weeks ago and still don’t have it all. Instead of sending it out as one package it’s came pretty much all individually, and charges the 15$ shipping fee for each package instead of holding it together and sending it as one package. So to add insult to injury I’ve already paid 60$ in shipping for 1000$ sheet set, It’s a joke. Worst part is my phone randomly is blowing up at 2am, 4am.multiple nights and weeks apart with random charges to my PayPal from ‘Williams Sonoma’ their parent company, and multiple ongoing emails of separate tax invoices.it’s the most inefficient backwards system and is impossible to track, follow or understand. Now, I have to wait god knows how much longer to receive my final piece before I can return it and then once I do ‘wait 10 business days’ to be refunded (minus the 75$ in shipping fees) All in all I just wanted nice bed sheets and instead have been caught up in a two month debacle and honestly should have made a salary for all the work I’ve done in following, tracking, receiving and returning my order. Bye West Elm, BYE. You don’t deserve 1 star.

Received stained curtains. Replacement never arrived. I feel robbed and no one seems to care. Might have to explore legal action at this point.

Nice showroom. Lots of products are on the floor. Quality of the furniture doesnt seem really good. Accessories are nice.

Dont buy as the company lies to you! When you want to buy they tell you 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, but in reality its 3-4 month.

They have pushed my delivery already 3 month and i still didnot get my item.

Nice furnitures but the shipping options sucks. I had to buy the night tables separately for cheaper shipping fee (30$) and cheaper at the end by a little bit.if not, buying the set would be cheaper but the shipping fee is 329$. Doesn't make very much sense.

Le pire service à la clientèle jamais rencontré, vendeurs désagréables nonchalants, ne savent rien de leurs produits. Nous avons eu affaire à la gérante qui était encore pire que ses employés… une honte pour produits dans cette catégorie de prix …

J'ai acheté un sectionnel extérieur il y a 2 ans et j'ai payé 2500$. Quand je l'ai reçu je n'ai pas remarqué que les coussins qu'on m'avait envoyé n'était pas de la même couleur pour le coin du divan et le restant du mobilier vu qu'il est séparé en deux morceaux et que la différence était minime. Ils ont dû par erreur inverser les couleurs et j'ai reçu 3 coussins sur les 6 qui allaient avec l'ensemble de patio gris au lieu du brun comme le mien. Si ça avait été le cas pour tous mes coussins je n'aurais pas remarqué la différence, mais avec l'usure la différence de couleur entre les deux s'intensifie et ce n'est vraiment pas beau.

J'ai contacté la compagnie l'an passé pour leur faire part du problème et ils ont échangé les coussins qui allaient avec le coin du sectionnel, mais la différence de couleur était encore visible, car c'était le gros coussin qui n'était pas de la bonne couleur finalement.

On m'a alors dit qu'il n'y avait plus de gros coussin en inventaire et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire de plus et on ne m'a pas offert un rabais. C'est très décevant quand on fait le choix de payer plus cher pour s'offrir un produit de qualité qui finalement n'en est pas un.

Mauvais qualité malgré la belle apparence. Le duvet en lyocell dispersait des particules blancs dans l'air tout le temps et le sofa est devenu croche au bout d'un an.
Bad quality despite nice look. My bedroom floor was covered with plenty of tiny white lyocell particules from the duvet every morning. My sectional sofa's structure became crooked after one year.

So far, not impressed. We bought four items in early November. Got two in the following 6 weeks. Were told before buying that there was a backorder of two months (leading up to Jan) for the last two items. We are entering April, just recieved the 3rd one and its broken upon delivery. Dont know when we'll get it back. No words of when the last one is coming. I believe the MTL store staff are genuinely doing what they can, but the service overall is subpar considering the price tag.

Excellent staff. Currently under renovation but if you contact the store they may give you a chance to see specific items in store (if available). Beautiful, well made furniture.

West Elm is one of the better premium furniture stores in Montreal. The staff at the store are very polite, helpful and efficient. They have helped me find different products and help me with styling decisions on numerous occasions. The manager, to note, is especially helpful.
The furniture items and other home accessories are all very well designed and built to last a long time, I’ve purchased various different items over the years from the store and always had a very good experience- whether I had to return/exchange certain items (good customer service) or I kept certain items that have lasted very well.
I would highly recommend west elm for quality furniture and home accessories.

J'adore ce magasin pour la décoration et literies. Très beaux choix de produits pour la maison.

Bon service, beaux produits, bons prix. Par contre je reste sur ma faim pour la qualité de certains produits.

Matériaux de mauvaise qualité genre Ikea/Structube, mais 3 fois plus cher. Beaucoup d'articles en rupture de stock en boutique, certains modèles d'exposition sont tellement abimés c'en est gênant. De plus leur site internet est inaccessible au Québec car cette compagnie refuse de le traduire en français. Bref, à éviter.

Il y a de belles choses, mais les prix sont beaucoup trop chers. On peut trouver la même chose chez Structube ou Homesense à un prix normal. C'est rire du monde, honnêtement.

Buy anything big that needs delivery and you be shocked by how terrible the West Elm customer service is.

Oui, les prix sont un peu élevés, mais les articles sont originaux. J'adore surtout leur service en magasin (excellents conseils) et le service après vente est aussi excellent. Difficile d'y aller sans rien acheter.

Unfortunately I think they offer the wrost costumer service. I've been a regular shopper at westelm In Toronto. But the shop in mtl is not up to the standard they offer in Toronto. Multiple time I've tried to order or get my hands on some products available in Ontario but nothing could be done. They have lost a fair amount of money over the past year for only one costumer. I lately called for a duvet cover and 2 pillow casses over 35 min on the phone. And the sale associate have put me on hold 3 different times. Very very disappointing

Cette boutique est parfaite. Une envie irrésistible d’acheter tout ce qui se trouve en magasin. Les prix sont raisonnables et les rabais alléchants. Le service est courtois, toutefois certains vendeurs ne parlent pas français ce qui peut être inconvénient pour certains clients. Toutefois le vendeur était courtois, patient et n’hésitait pas à répondre à nos questions. Très bon service et surtout très satisfaite de mon achat.

Very welcoming people over there. Everyone is nice and friendly. However the things there are little pricy. But if you keep your eyes on that, they have some big sales once or twice a year. Price is reasonable. By the way, the warehouse is close, just right next to the shop

Bel endroit et avec de belles choses sauf que tout est 40% trop cher! Nous avons acheté deux coussins de taille normale qui serait vendus 50$ max chacun à d'autres endroits mais chez eux c'est 80$ chacun.
Cependant les coussins étaient beaux et nous les avons vu nul part ailleurs. Alors à vous de juger et de payer ou pas!

Nous sommes restés 20 minutes à attendre que quelqu’un nous serve pour l’achat d’un canapé. Nous avons demandé à 2 employés qui n’avaient pas de disponibilité. Franchement c’est ma limite pour avoir un peu de service. Il y avait au moins 5 employés occupés à poser des lustres, faire du café et etc.nous sommes partis!

Friendly sales people and helpful. Our sofa for the terrace arrived faster than quoted, we love it. I would recommend this place for customer service.

Overpriced, and I was buying a wooden jewelry box that was on display and noticed some scratches on it. The response I got was that it's normal for wood to be scratched.

Love this place for modern and nice furnitures. Although the price is a little on the expensive side, there's always promotions during the year so if you don't mind waiting, it is worth it. The downside of this place is that finding a parking is so difficult and it can get confusing to get there from the highway. Wish they could move to a bigger and more accessible place with parking.

Il y a ici de jolis meubles et beaucoup d'articles de décoration pour la maison. Style urbain, prix un peu plus élevé qu'un même genre de magasin. Vaisselles interressantes, literies dans des matières naturelles: lin, coton.

On aime West Elm pour ses meubles et accessoires. Le magasin n’est pas aussi gros que ses frères aux usa mais il y a tout de meme un bon choix d’items et de quoi s’inspirer pour nos décors a la maison. Ce qui est dommage c’est qu’on ne peut pas commander en ligne pour le Quebec.
