Très Mauvais service recu. La balise GPS a ete enlevée de mon camion après une visite sans que personne chez Ford ne m en parle. Je suis retourné pour la faire remettre la semaine d après. (j ai trouvé la balise collée a l extérieur du véhicule)
Voilà les photos de mon camion après le lavage intérieur extérieur que j'ai payé 59.95 plus taxes. Surtout a éviter. Un concessionnaire qui aime rire de ses clients.

Mon expérience avec le concessionaire West Island Ford a été excellente. De la prise de rendez-vous à la première rencontre avec mon conseiller pour choisir le véhicule qui me convenait, la rencontre subséquente avec le conseiller qui m'a offert des garanties additionnelles et finalement la livraison de mon nouveau Ford Escape tout à été parfait. Somme toute un service courtois et agréable du début à la fin.

Le personnel du département de service sont courtois et explique bien le travail effectué.

Cet événement a été nettement meilleur que la dernière fois que j'ai visité ce concessionnaire. Cela dit, même si vous choisissez d'attendre votre voiture à 7h15, il faut quand même plus de 90 minutes pour faire le travail… Et c'était pour installer quatre pneus. À mon avis, il pourrait y avoir un ajustement de la méthode utilisée pour l'entretien des véhicules, ce qui en ferait un service et une note cinq étoiles.

This event was significantly better than the last time that I visited this dealership. Having said that, even if you choose to wait for your car at 7: 15 AM, it still takes 90+ minutes to get the job done… And that was for installing four tires.in my opinion, there could be a adjustment to the method used for servicing vehicles, which would make it five star service and rating.

Ford Service Dollard Des Ormeaux always treat their clients with respect, courtesy and good quality work. This is my third car I purchased from Ford, overall I am satisfied with all my Ford cars. Ford Focus is the best, great car for me unfortunately they are discontinued.

my experience is that I had a problem with my ESCAPE 2014 it constantly stops in traffic or at stop signs with no check engine no warning lights, I went there with no appointment I met with Mathew Pesant at the customer service booth they were fully booked he said and that they cant work on it today but he promised to squeeze my car in and at least diagnose it and know what is the problem, Mathew had their chauffeur to drive me back home as I decided to leave my car, and before the end of the day he called me with the results it was an intake oxygen sensor or something like that, I got it fixed the next day and two days after he called again to make sure that the problem didn't come back and in case it ever happened again to call him and he will arrange a towing for me that was very nice but luckily it never happened and their diagnose was correct, he might be just being professional doing his job perfectly but I think he's more like a customer service who really cares about his clients.

Mathieu and the other staff at Ford were very friendly. There was a mistake made with my appointment (it was just for oil change + regular inspection + recall), so they offered me a luxe vehicle for the day. I highly recommend going to this location.

Came by last week for a service appointment on our Ford Expedition. The service charged us more hours than the car was in for, and they did not fix the recall that they had mentioned when we dropped it off. I also took two minutes to go talk to a salesman for some questions I had on the mustangs on display. Clearly stated at the beginning that I did not want to sit down for estimates since I did not intend on buying a car (I was just curious). Sebastiano spoke to me and seemed very shocked every time I would ask him about a specific feature. He asked me multiple times if I was sure I would like a manual car, and if I wanted the 5.0 instead of ecoboost etc. It seemed very much like a one-way conversation. In the end when he asked me my budget, he finished the conversation by saying “Its good to keep dreaming”. I am not sorry to say I have never felt so insulted before. Highly unprofessional. I drove away in the BMW I bought just two days before. So far, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Excellent sales staff. No hi-pressure sales, and they know the products well. The service department might get four stars instead of five (issues have been minor and quickly corrected, but non-zero), but the overall experience at the dealership is definitely top notch, thus my review remains at five stars. Highly recommended.

My experience with Lincoln West Island was very pleasant.
They went far beyond my expectation.
Their sales counselor almost took the whole process as personally and was so initiative updating me with all news, information and dates.
They showed a high level of professionalism, courtesy and they very well knew their tools and materials.
Even when that moment came and I received my new Lincoln Corsair, the sales counselor was so happy for my full satisfaction. I would really like to thank him, Finance Manager and thank all other Lincoln West Island team for everything.

Absolutely the worst service department I've come across. Do not expect them to call you with estimates, do not expect them to call you to let you know if your car will be ready before they close. Now Im stuck without a car with no warning.

I doubt that I have ever experienced more shoddy treatment at a car dealership in my life. Even after repeated calls, I never was able to get a price on a trade-in. One star is too many, by far!

I went to do a recall and week ago I had my oil changed but when they finished fixing my car the engine oil was black not sure why.

I want to make an official complaint about this dealer. I am buying a Ford Mach e for my daughter and sent her to sign the contract and make a deposit. I also bought a Mach e for my son. I took it in Ste-Agathe because one of their client upgraded to a higher trim so his became available. They both have the same model and options but West Island Ford was pricing the car 2000$ over MSRP. When I asked why they said they included a VIP option with lock nuts, Aquapel and courtesy cars when you go for service. I asked that they removed the option which I didn't need and they told me they would reimburse my deposit because they do not sell any cars without the VIP option. This is dishonest an just a way to sell cars over MSRP. I will buy elsewhere but could not let this practice go without posting it. And to add insult to injury, they wanted to do a financial check on me even if I am buying cash because they wanted to make sure I am not a "dishonest" reseller, buying cars to resell with a mark-up. Funny they would challenge my honesty with shady practices like theirs.
Update on April 14th. Upgraded to 3. I got a personal call from the owner which was a nice touch. He explained his position about the VIP option and listen to my complaint and constructive criticism. He strongly believes in the value of that 2000$ option but I ultimately believe the cost of it has to be clear which it wasn't and it has to be an option, not an obligation which he assures me it is. Could have been a mis-understanding in the end, I will let all of you be the judge by your own experience.

Came in to check out two different car models. I took one for a test drive. When I came back, I very politely informed the salesman that it wasn't to my liking. As soon as I started saying that I'd like further information on the other model, he got in the car and blurted out "see ya later" without further interaction. We just turned around and left. It's crazy to see how they're only sales driven and give no care once they see that they can't make their commission on the spot. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

You don't want to know what happened in April of this year. J. O.not impressed.

Amazing service. Everyone was very efficient, patient, and friendly. The service was provided on time. They cleared my doubts and patiently helped me understand the way my mach-e works.

We have been well served the past 5 years, both by the Escape we leased and the follow up services. This last simple visit to change tires for the winter on our new EcoSport was a disastrous. With a 2: 00 pm appointment, my wife and l patiently waited for the simple change 3 hours. In the past, tires, oil change, checking all levels required 2 hours (which is still a long wait).

Hopefully this unfortunate client complaint will remedy the situation for other customers.

Not really any service. Did everything we wanted to do, with very little guidance. Like any other dealer. Things start good and end expensive.especially when you just take their word for it. I have yet to find a dealership that will go above and beyond to help you.

Recently I had to go to my dealership to fix a window molding on my Ford Escape 2020. An adviser determined that only some glue is needed an it should take 1.5 hours. When I came for my scheduled appointment, I went to Mr. Jérémy Ouellet, technical adviser (whom I happened to know from my previous dealership). He reappraised my case, then determined it to be under warranty, so, after approval from Ford the whole window was replaced. Seems the problem was a bigger one and I would have not known the difference. I'm very happy with Mr. Ouellet's willingness to do his job right.

Since everybody is fast to complain, it seems pertinent to acknowledge excellent service of Mr. Ouellet, which is the one I'll make sure to go to.

The service is always part of the equation when I consider my next vehicle.

I had an appointment at 9am. Confirmed by Denyse via email. When I got there, they didn’t have the appointment on their calendar. Nevertheless, after showing the technician the email, all was good. I was just getting a wheel balancing and coolant check. I also wanted them to update the Microsoft Sync but they said, that takes at least 90 minutes to do so. And so, the car wouldn’t be ready until 11: 30am. Since I was waiting for it, I declined the Sync update because I didn’t want to wait that long.

I waited outside for over 2 hours. Then, noticing that my car wasn’t brought in yet, I went in and asked the technician if my car was ready. Turns out that the “Forman” forgot it! So, I waited over 2 hours for nothing. The technician offered to bring it in right away, but I just asked for my keys back. I wasted my morning and a day off work to do this. Very disappointed with their service. I will continue to go to 440 Ford where I originally bought the car. It’s further away, but at least they are more on the ball and provide good service there. Maybe the “Foreman was having a bad day, but I doubt that I will go back to service my car there

I've been to this dealership a few times. My sales rep is a super nice guy. For privacy reasons I will omit writing his name. He is young and charismatic and loves to sell cars! This is a small dealership compared to some of the other Ford locations I've seen, but sometimes that's just a better thing to have. Service is more personal, in my opinion. On the negative side, I can't be sure what happened. We were in the process of working out a deal and communication just ended abruptly. Messaged him a few times and no callback. So, I guess we call this a learning experience. As much as I would have loved to work something out, even though it was taking sometime, in the end, no car. I still recommend this dealership as this could have just been a one off.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough, Marc and Patrick took such good care of mine and my fiancée’s purchase, we walked away very happy customers! I can’t stress enough how incredible the service was, we had a small issue early on and Marc took over our file and was absolutely the best! Him and Patrick worked together to get us the exact car we needed and everything went as smoothly as possible. Within a week of our order, we got our beautiful new car delivered even though the car had to be brought in from another dealership. Very happy lifelong customers, loyalty earned!

Two stars less, the first one for, 15 minutes waiting at the reception. The second one is for giving back the car while the glove box door wasn’t closed properly after changing the cabin filter. I didn’t notice at the dealer. Driving back to the home found out bizarre noises and saw the glovebox door is crocked; I pulled over and opened the door. It was just loose; one of the pins wasn’t in place. I had to come back again for fixing. Not acceptable.

I didn't have the best of experiences. The staff immediately profiled me and I was passed on by at least three individuals before someone agreed to give me a test drive. I ended up buying my Ford from somewhere else instead.

Très mauvais service. Si vous aller pour acheter un gros pick up neuf vous allez être bien traité mais moi avec mon Ford 2010 on m'a presque rit au nez. Je suis aller pour un problème de démarrage sur le towing, il m'ont remis la voiture en disant que tout est correct, le lendemain elle partait pas encore. On m'a dit débrouille toi c'est pas notre problème. Ensuite, il voulait me vendre la pièce 1600$, je l'ai trouvé sur amazon à 200$. Finalement je me suis débrouillé tout seul. Merci Ford.

Having said that I was outside about to get into my car and someone ran out to me asking who gave me my keys and where my inovice is. My car was in for a recall and found the interaction very strange. As though I was stealing my own car. Didn't love that.

My wife and I have been shopping around for a car recently. Been to 5-6 dealerships so far. Ford West Island stands out by far as the classiest. I dealt with two of their sales people; both professional and competent. I also met the Sales Manager, who was a very pleasant person to deal with. They do all they can to acquire you as a customer, yet are very diligent not to feel pressured.

In the past and in different places, We have been dealing with pushy salespeople that only cared about $$$ or didn't care about whether or not their services met our needs. Things changed when we entered this dealership and met Ben who listened to our concerns and offered us professional and warm advice. Marc Guerin is the financial manager who went the extra mile to make sure our needs were respected. We highly recommend dealing with them and going to this dealership. I had an appointment to install my winter tires and was told I wasn't on the computer list. After expressing our disappointment, we had to go to our salesman, Pierre Alberqui (our saviour) who had to intervene with the service group. They finally got the job done, but the car was not washed. I was told that the employee who had supposedly taken my appointment last April was not working for the company anymore and that could have been the problem. Hats off to the service group who finally got the job done and the person who received us at the pick-up of our car who was fully helpful and polite. Not to worry, we'll be back in April!
