I was so relaxed during my pedicure with the massaging chair. Harman is so professional and discret, I had a great service.

Every time I go to West Spa one person from my group leaves unsatisfied. The quality of their services differs DRASTICALLY depending on who you get. Today I went for a "90 minute" facial that only lasted 60 minutes. Of course, they did not give me any discount or refund and I had to pay full price for 2/3 of the service. Complete scam.
I would rather go to another spa that is transparent about the time that their services will last, and will only charge me for 60 mins if the service only lasts 60 mins. If I would have gone to Aqua Spa Lyne Giroux up the street then I would have paid $90 for a 60 minute facial, instead of the $150 I spent on a falsely advertised 60 minute facial at West Spa.
Never going back, the quality and services are too hit or miss.

My wife celebrated her 40th birthday with her family and had an amazing spa day! The staff at westspa is great and they felt so comfortable! Amazing place with such great people. I highly recommend westspa.

I always have a great service at West Spa. Angie, the receptionist, is very nice, helpful, and always welcomes me with a smile. She even remembers my name.
Minou is just amazing! As a technician, she does wonderful work. She is very delicate, thorough, and extremely sweet.
I cannot forget Annick:)
All in all, West Spa is my first choice.

Today I took my daughter for the first time to get a wax under her armpit. And they didn't even explain the procedure to her, they didn't even call her name. They just laid her down and applied the wax and never mentioned what to do after or anything. They just did the wax as if it was anything. I don't recommend it for teenagers going for the first time. I will never go again. How sad that's how it was my daughter's first time.

I loved this place. Manuella did my manucure so perfectly. All ladies are very nice and welcoming! You can feel that there is a nice work enviroment. I will return there for sure!

Juliet is a great and informative message therapist, her skills and knowledge surpass any other spa that I have been to. Booked 2 other apt.and can't wait.

Been using their laser hair removal and electrolysis for years, very happy with their service.
