Les guichets étaient vides, ils te font attendre longtemps pendant que les filles chuchotent à l'autre côté malgré le fait qu'on les voit à travers la fenêtre, personne répond et le pire qu'ils n'avaient pas de l'argent comptant

Worst place never succeeded to send the money the women on the counter is not helpful at all every time she Says that their system have problem. Try with money gram very good option never had problem.

only one lady work and she is sooo slow she was wasting her time with one costumer and we were 10 waiting
i was there at 7pm till 8: 10 and still waiting thers 3 person before me.its the last time i was there if it isn’t an emergency i would never never wait about 1: 40for a transaction that takes only 10min

Je donne 5 étoiles pour le professionnalisme, la courteoisie et l’efficacité de Ruth meme si elle était seule donc l’attente, un peu longue.

I was discriminated against, they did not want to give me the service of receiving money, clients before me could receive money just by cashing a check.but I wanted to withdraw an amount only $250 Cad. They did not want to give me the money.my service was not in their priority.they are super discriminatory!

On peux pas attendre de bonnes comantaires si ils ya pas de service. La seule fille est très professionnelle et jenti, mais pour 5 guichets vous aves 1? Manque de respect face à ces clients. Si ça prend plus que 1.5 heures pour commencer - ça fais pas de sence.

The only person working is nice and professional. But it take 2 hours to wait. Are you serious? 2 hours? Greedy owner or manager can't hire proper nu.ber of staff - try paying normal wages and maybe ratings will increase. When it's a single person behind the counter - this business doesnt deserve not even 1 star. NOT RECOMENDED TO ANYONE RESPECTING TIME OF THEIR LIFE - c'est ridicule!

They say its open until 9.00pm. I came at 8.40 and it was closed already. They didnt even answer the phone.

One day system is out, another day place is closed, another they don't have my data, Every time I went to this place it was a waste of my time.
