Have used this florist for many years now, both in person and remotely from Ontario. Many sad and happy moments shared via this hands-on personalized service. They’ve always come through with beautiful customized arrangements delivered with a very personal touch. I am very very happy we have small businesses who still care.

I’ve been going to the Pointe-Claire location for years, it’s in a great building and the flowers are quite lovely. The staff makes me feel valued and it's an overall a great experience.

I have only ever had one negative experience (everyone is allowed an off day) but I was truly taken aback when the owner contacted me to make it right. This local business values their customers more than any other business I know and I will remain a loyal customer for many many years!

My second time purchasing from them. This time I initiated contact via the online form in the evening and was contacted first thing the next morning by Brent. I spotted the “Claremont” hand-tied bouquet on their website but it was a little out of my budget and he did not hesitate to adjust the size of the bouquet to meet my budget. Over the phone these guys are so awesome. Delivery man was fantastic, he maintained physical distance from my mom as much as possible and was very polite. I uploaded the pictures of the bouquet and it’s now three days later and mom reported back that they’re still looking as fresh as day one!

They have a vast variety of flowers to choose from and all of them look well maintained. The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. They took the time and care to explain everything to a flower beginner like myself and gave me incredible recommendations. They even wrapped the flowers nicely so that I could carry them in the snow.

Great service overall. Went to the store at the last minute to have an arrangement done and was blown away by the quality and thoughtful touches made. Thank you very much for the outstanding service!

Tried to order an arrangement of flowers and they sent cut flowers Dan said it was an inexperienced worker that took the order He offered to send a vase or give me a discount. Said I could not get an arrangement for the price I suggested but I would have paid more if the girl had told me that. So, I had to pay for a mistake that the employee made. We have dealt with Westmount Florist for thirty years but no more Will deal with Beaconsfield Florist from now on.

Some of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever had done. The timeliness and remarkable customer service makes me want to have flowers delivered every day.

Westmount location is top notch. They take care of their plants and their staff is very friendly. West Island location is not quite the same.

I paid top dollar for a plant that ended up being infested with gnats, I noticed them flying around the pot and in the soil the very next day. I repotted it twice. I opted to pay more (this plant is available at ikea for half the price) I figured a high end florist would do their best to take care of their plants and avoid this issue. Just a word of caution to customers - If you choose to buy a plant there, be sure to move the soil around, make sure it’s not infested - better yet, go to their Westmount store. Especially since you are paying so much! While I understand these things happen, They won’t refund me.

Delivery was timely but the flowers looked nothing like the picture they had advertised. I wanted to send really nice flowers to my daughter but I was very disappointed when my daughter sent me the picture of her flowers because they looked nothing like the flowers I had selected and paid for on the website.

Very welcoming staff and their service will not disappoint. Prices slightly more expensive but their flowers and arrangements are beautiful and worth it.
