Montreal has many great florists. So, it is hard to pick a preferred one. But Westmount Florist is one of the best florists in town.

I was taken care of from A to Z by Mar (c?) / (k?) and another lovely woman (I didn't catch her name), both excellent yet Mar (c) / (k) radiated the store's excellence through his communication and calm/ composed demeanor. Not to mention he helped arrange the nicest bouquet ever. Mar (c) / (k) a is keeper for your business and deserves a raise. (I don't know this man yet the service was impactful and needs to be notices!)

This place is all about the people doing beautiful things with flowers. What I love the most is their ability to understand what I need. They do this consistently and for me it is always a fantastic experience. This photo is a special creation by Dave and the friendly team.

I ordered a bouquet in the store and paid the full amount. When I called to make some changes to my order (colour of the flowers etc.) the lady said if you come again you should pay for consultation! It doesn’t make sense to me to pay a consultation fee for flowers!

I don't mean to put 1 star only. I read great reviews and came from across the canal to check it. Just so you know, the shop is actually closed at 5PM on Saturday. Very disappointed.

Needed a quick bouquet for a dinner party, called at 5: 30 pm on a Tuesday and the Westmount Florist team had a snazzy bunch of flowers very nicely wrapped for me when I showed up 10 minutes after closing time at 6pm. Super friendly, outstanding service.

The flowers were delivered very promptly, much more so than I had expected, and apparently they were fresh and lovely - according to the recipient. However, the card contained an error - a word left out, fortunately not the name of the donor.

I also note that the message on your email contains a garbled sentence: "Flowers come FORM (sic) mother nature and BE (sic) fickle creatures. " Is this really intended? Perhaps someone is not re-reading what is written, or spell-checking?

I am dealing with Westmount Florists for more than 30 years and not once I was disappointed. Delivery was never late and feedback concerning beauty and quality of arrangements was positive. I sent flower arrangements around the world and always received the best of service. I highly recommend Westmount Florists.

The lady who received our flower arrangement phoned to say how thrilled she was with the colours and beauty of her gift. I had asked for a small arrangement that would last at least ten days. The salesperson was so attentive to my request and so understanding about an arrangement for someone recovering from serious surgery.

With these hard times of Covid-19 and our loved ones in the hospital, it was so nice to be able to send a plant and teddy bear to my second mom. She was so thrilled and was so impressed with both items.

LOVE these guys and have been ordering from them for years. They are thoroughly professional, they remember you and your tastes when you order more than once, and they will bend over backward to accommodate your wishes. At the end of his life my father really appreciate flowers, and Westmount Florist was extraordinary in providing him with bouquets and potted narcissus flowers, which were the last Spring flowers he saw before dying on a cold January day. I will always be thankful to them for organizing this. The range of flowers they hold is also extraordinary, and they make beautiful, memorable centrepieces for the holidays. A class act all the way.
