I recently purchased a vanity and sinktop from Wetstyle and couldn't be happier with it and the entire process. It's such a beautiful piece of hand-crafted furniture, but it took me a long time to decide to buy because I couldn't see it in person. Gavin, Nancy and the entire team at Wetstyle were patient and kind in dealing with all my email questions and voicemails, and allayed my concerns at every step - even sending photos of the vanity in different light at different times of day. They were excellent with follow-up and follow-through, and because of my positive experience, I will likely be purchasing another vanity from Wetstyle for our second bathroom in the near future. Thank you all so much for everything! We love it.

Le premier comptoir-lavabo, livré avec la vanité après 4 mois plutôt que les 10 semaines annoncées, s’égratignait à vue d’oeil, petites et grosses égratignures. Ça a tout pris pour qu’ils prennent nos commentaires au sérieux. Après plusieurs semaines et de multiples communications de notre part, et sans même se déplacer pour constater sur place la situation, ils ont fini par nous proposer de venir repolir la surface, bien que nous étions convaincus, et nous leur avons laissé savoir, que cette mesure ne serait pas suffisante. Lorsqu’ils ont fini par se présenter, ils ont finalement tout de suite constaté et admis que le produit était défectueux: le simple fait de déplacer une bouteille sur celui-ci causait des égratignures. Ils ont livré un autre comptoir-lavabo en remplacement, mais nous avons dû nous battre pour ne pas avoir à payer les frais supplémentaires occasionnés par le remplacement du comptoir-lavabo par notre contracteur. Et surprise, ce nouveau comptoir-lavabo s’égratigne aussi à vue d’oeil, après seulement quelques jours d’utilisation! Il aura l’air de quoi ce comptoir dans une couple d’années? ! On courre encore après eux mais c’est silence radio…

Wetstyle, des produits haut-de-gamme? ! Sûrement pas, sauf si seul le prix compte, car ils ne sont pas donnés les produits Wetstyle! Au prix payé, la qualité devrait être IRRÉPROCHABLE. Et que dire de la livraison initiale qui a pris plus que deux fois le temps prévu! Et où est le service aux clients? Ils se mettent la tête dans le sable et évitent le plus possible de répondre à leurs clients.
Bref, vous l’aurez compris, on ne recommande pas du tout la compagnie et nous n’achèterons plus jamais leurs produits.

I ordered some bathroom furniture. The website advertises four weeks as an approximate delivery date. A month and a half after I placed the order, they are giving me an estimated delivery date four months after the date of the order. Now I have a bathroom half-finished and there is nothing I can do about it.

We received damaged shower bases over a year ago and if still has not been resolved. My emails are now ignored. Horrible customer service.

Produits de toute beauté, show room incroyable mais… incapable de produire et livrer! J’ai commandé un lavabo en janvier et j’attend toujours en fin mai. Ne commander pas d’eux si vous avez un échéancier! Et ils ont le culot d’inscrire « livraison en 4 semaines » sur leur site web. Wow! Compagnie avec beaucoup de potentiel mais il manque des engrenages!

Love the products! My husband and I purchased the BE tub with the shelf and we are absolutely in love with it. I had a concern with my purchase, but the customer service team resolved the issue and more. I trust this brand. So I placed a purchase for the C vanity and cannot wait to receive it!

Aucun retour de service alors qu’on me confirme sans arrêt qu’on va m’appeler. Mon lavabo craque et je souhaite savoir quoi faire.

Horrible customer service, waited over 8 weeks to receive a damaged sink, waited another 3 weeks to get a team to fix it on site with no luck. Now, I've been waiting another 3 weeks with no follow-ups, no help, no solution is provided and no one seems to care at Wet. Too bad that a local company from Quebec is not caring for its customers, designers and distributors more than that.

Wow, amazing new showroom in Saint Bruno is so beautiful with many different options, customizable and made by hand right here. If you want a luxury bath experience with quality product and attention to detail, this is the place to go

If you're looking for a streamlined design with an eco-friendly product, this company is for you. With truly unique custom products, their showroom is spectacular! What makes the product ever more "extra" besides the design, is they are custom-made, and finely finished by hand. It's no doubt the product is supreme, the entire team at Wetstyle take tremendous pride in their work and value their customers. I am eager to check out their new BEMMA line on Wayfair for my next bathroom remodel!

Can't give you my final review but not a great start - they screwed up the order - sent an oak instead of maple vanity - 4 weeks to get the right one - no sorry we'll make this a priority - the same 4 weeks as always - I'll let you know how much it costs me to get the contractor back to finish the job a month later

Wetstyle is a company you want to work for! Excellent management, great benefits and most of all reliable. I have joined an organisation that values each individual's potential and provides a platform of a white glove standard. Every one works especially the President! He is not afraid to bring forth his input and strives to improve efficiency at all time! Family oriented! What more can you ask for! I love Wetstyle.
