Bria is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for waxing. She takes her time and is super gentle. The booking process is also extremely easy and efficient. The BEST experience.

Arrived early without an app.took 20 min acknowledge me then stated it wont be long! Tell me after this client.passed someone else instead and was extremly slow to cut clients hair.dont tell me youll take me if your just going to not take a new client.dont recommend this place.

Been going to the store for a couple months now, always get what I ordered. They’re very good at communicating to make sure you will be pleased with the cut. Amazing cuts everytime and shoutout to Ray et Jeric, both chill and great at what they do

Honestly, this is the BEST place to get a Wax. Service is! The staff is super friendly! If you have any questions they are always ready to answer them. You will not regret it! Book your appointment!

The hard wax is the only way to go for bikini. Bria was efficient yet gentle. Would recommend

The worst and most immature costumer service I have ever received. I wish I wrote this review sooner.
I used to see Bria at whatyulove and the costumer service was amazing. She was so nice and did a great job. After being away, I had to see her coworker Melanie.
Basically, I wasn’t happy with the results. My friend and I were both going to melanie and we found out she told one of our mutual friends that we shaved between appointments and just wanted free waxing, hence why we both complained. She also told her we were rude and late to our appointments (which wasn’t true). To talk bad about your clients to other clients, to then find out what ur esthetician was saying about you, as we were mutual friends with that girl, is extremely disrespectful.
I called melanie to speak with her after this incident. She denied everything and was incredibly rude. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t take me for appointments anymore. Probably because she was too embarrassed after being called out. Would 100% recommend Bria, but definitely not Melanie.
