Cheap prices and enough items to spend the whole day, only issue is the queue but it's due to pandemic.

Not bad. Good selection not like the other Winners. 1 star because the employees are not very friendly and borderline rude. The lady in the fitting rooms. No customer skills whatsoever. Love it here! They have a very large store with clothes, shoes, accessories, and a home section (plus other goodies!)
Located in the mall and can be accessed underground from peel metro, McGill metro, and Bonaventure metro.

Very bad experience lived with this store and his manager as well.
Actually I've been there few days ago, I was going to purchase a trimmer clipper and I asked the cashier by curiosity about the return policy, she answered that the trimmer could be returned in one cas if it doesn't function at all, I asked to speak with the manager about that, the manager's response was the same, he told me if you don't like the device after the purchasing you can't return it unless in one cas if it does't function, I was very surprised and anger, I asked him how come it's not mentioned on the sale receipt, only underwear, earring and gift cards are final sale according to the policy clarified on the receipt, he tried to support his pretext by saying that for health reasons the trimmers are not accepted for the return.which obviously and certainly completely unreasonable this pretext. I called their costumer service complaining about that, their response was very disappointing endorsing the same pretext.
Next step I will reach out to the government agency responsible for protecting the costumers.

Need to train your employees to deal with customers, specially the woman at the "entrance". We are not mind readers. Today I had an issue because "the exit" was blocked and there was no way to get out but the entrance. Put signs up to communicate the correct entry/exit.

Les vendeuses qui étaient en cabine nous on vraiment parlé comme des chiens, nous n’avions pas le droit de sortir de la cabine la vendeuse nous a demandé qu’on s’envoie des selfies, vu qu’on ne pouvait pas se montrer nos tenues. Dommage car nous aurions pu passer un bon moment shopping avec mon amies.

Do you feel like winning? Well Winner's isn't called 'Losers' but sometimes I walk out feeling like I'm lost. Sometimes that perfect piece of clothing is one size away in the wrong or right direction. It gives me motivation to eat more pasta in the winter and eat more celery in the summer. So maybe Winners is winning, not just with me.

Hate the fact that they have some employees who only speak in French. Not willing to help someone speaking in English. Besides that the store is awesome!

Lots choice but shy in haut de gamme. Low prestige stock low shoes stock. It maybe not there place Quebec and winners does not fit together.

Organized, tidy, the layout makes sense, the fitting room staff are efficient and the checkout line goes quickly because they always have as many registers open as possible.

The prices are not good always you have to be careful cause you think everything is cheap or reasonable but I bought several items which were much cheaper in the other stores or websites, and lots of stuffs are damaged or have some problem you have to be aware and double check all the goods

This was an ok experience. I don't usually shop at Winners, however I found two tops for 20$ and 24$. They have a good selection, if you posses the patience to go through all the clothes. It was not crowded, today being Monday.

If you have patience and know the prices of the product to compare this is your place, they have a lot, from clothes to house furniture, shoes some electronics and even some food, you can find unique items but check the price, not everything is cheap.

I like that Downtown Winners, it looks like they have more choices than the other Winners. It's always crowded so make sure you have time to spend because you might be there for a while!

Great location with some interesting finds. Visit often to see what's in store. Found some good shirts, work clothes, and discounted shoes. But, watch out for security tags. They are finicky, and go off randomly. And they are loud and annoying.

Used to come often but got treated very badly by one of their rude employee Maichi. They have great variety of stock, but really didn’t feel comfortable the way I got served today. She really doesn’t seem to want to work there.
