This place dont look like nothing from outside. All their magic is in the food. Looking for a good asian restaurent in D-town that is not overcrowd and you can sit and talk? This is the place. And their menu is so big, you'll have a hard time choosing what you wanna eat. I suggest you go in a group, take a few plates and share! The owners are really kind, the service is fast (but keep in mind its not a fastfood!)

Cet endroit n'a l'air de rien de l'extérieur mais toute la magie se trouve dans leur plat! Si vous chercher un petit resto asiatique avec pas trop de monde ou on peux s'entendre parler, ne chercher pas plus loin. Leur menu est si varier que vous aurez de la misère a choisir! Les propriétaires sont très gentil et le service est rapide (garder en tête ce n'est tout de même pas un fastfood)

Portions are huge, Singapore noodles were incredibly good (but not very spicy), I thought the BBQ pork was quite dry, and the general tso chicken was okay, probably would be better fresh in the restaurant so it’s crispy instead of delivered!

It's so delicious, WOK's signature dish "Beef Brisket Rice". It's sweet, the beef brisket melts in your mouth, not bad at all, the proportion of brisket is just right, not greasy at all, but silky and full of mellow flavor. The so-called "bone ribs" part is especially delicious. With a bit of toughness, it melts in your mouth just like the pork belly. It is not at all the preconception that "the ribs are difficult to bite". I had beef brisket rice for the first time in this restaurant more than ten years ago, and I fell in love with it right away. Later, I ordered it every time I went there. By the way, I don't want to go out recently, so I ordered takeout and it was delivered without any extra charge. The price is the same as eating in. The female clerk in the store is beautiful and very nice. Awesome. Will continue the beef brisket rice tomorrow.

Great place! The ambiance is superb, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to Yingjing who was super fast and kind and above all soooo professional! I would really come back because of that great lady!

The chicken was good and the portion was huge for the price. They serve the food really quickly but that’s because they have lots of chicken pre-fried and ready to be tossed in sauce and served. The dumplings were tasteless and not recommended. Also, the place has really bad ventilation. It’s not a pleasant experience to dine in. They give you fortune cookies when you’re done so that’s nice.

Had a dinner here with some friends. Food was delicious and came fast! Good prices as well. Getting a lot for your buck.

The owner Michael cool guy and even though he has increased his price like everyone else his prices are still lower than everywhere else. His food is still the same quality as it was 10 years ago. Great portions. Recommend the Cantonese chow mein, signopore noodles, duck soup and chicken/beef with black bean sauce never a disappointment. Again people that say his quality went down that is not true what so ever still exactly the same as years ago.

A ÉVITER A ÉVITER, le service est catastrophique, la serveuse n’est pas poli, elle a fait le scandale avec mon mari a cause du tips! Elle nous a mis mal à l’aise, pas d’hygiène surtout de la serveuse a éviter à éviter! Restaurant non rénové!

The food is decent for the price. We ordered spicy and mild for different dishes but they all were mild.
However, the chicken dumpling was amazing.

Basic interior. Good food. Good prices. I wish they would specify if items are vegetarian or not.

Mes camarades les aiment, ils disent <<délicieuses >>. Oui, c’est vrai! Je suis chinoise, je les aime aussi! Puis, 2 et 3, ce sont populaires aussi en Chine.

I ordered Meat Stir Fry with vegtables on Doordash and went directly to the garbage. I've lost my appetite since that day. The terrible smell of this dish is still stuck in my nose.

10/10/10 delicious! I’m an American and I have been trying Chinese food all over this place looking for something like what I had back home. I don’t know if I’m just unlucky but I have had so much expensive and bad Chinese food in this city and had almost given up. So happy to finally find some tasty food! Chicken fried rice, spring rolls, general Tao chicken all great, good flavor and spice, nothing was dry/stringy/stale/gross like many other places. If you’re also an American missing city Chinese takeout (delicious, affordable, big portions), this is IT. Can’t wait to try more dishes, will always go out of my way to come here now

This restaurant privately added a tip during the checkout without telling me. Let me pay a double tip. I paid again without knowing it. Although only one dollar was added, it was also an act of deceiving consumers.

The staff was very nice, food is affordable and the service is really fast.
There is also a great vegan friendly selection. I highly recommend the Tofu General Tao.

The cashiers are super nice! Going there often with a friend after work to end the day well and it's cherry on top. Tried multiple dishes and the portions are really good, and so is the food.

Found this gem last night. We ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Pad Thai, Thai Style Seafood Fried Rice and Szechuan Chicken. It did not disappoint. Great quantity, one dish can easily be shared by two, amazing taste, and a cozy environment. The service was quick and good. This is definitely my new go-to place for a quick lip-smacking Asian meal.

I used to order from wok cafe from DoorDash 1-3times a week. But this really disappoints me, there is a giant hair inside of the food…. Disgusted! Let’s hope I am not getting food poisoning.

En plus ils glissent illégalement le pourboire dans la facture 15%. Même si on était très mal servi (pas de verre d’eau, on a commandé des cokes jamais servi, pas de sauce avec les dumpling, pas de baguette… j’ai dû aller me servir par moi même pour toute ces choses… et quand on s’y est opposé. La Mme nous a insultée.et a commencé a crier devant tout le monde elle nous a intimidé. Limite une crise de nerfs aigüe!

The service was less than stellar, they bring your meal.and then they vanish.to play on their phones, which must be more important. I was not impressed, nor will I return.ciao baby!

Prices advertised and charged are different. Also the women servers are very rude, lying about the closing time and asking us to do a take out instead of dine-in, even after verifying our vaccine passports. This place is best avoided.

The food taste great and the portion is good relatively for the price.

However, I'm giving a 1 star because I felt that we got duped on the payment-we were not told that tip was already included in the receipt, which we weren't given, so we ended up tipping twice.

Always make sure you ask for the receipt, and review your receipt before paying by debit or visa. They don't tell you that they already added your "tip" to the total amount they tell you and the amount they entered on the machine. Then the machine asks you for tip again. If you ask for a receipt (not the debit machine receipt), they take so long to give it to you. Don't take with blind trust the amount they tell you. Always ask and review your receipt!

The cashiers are really nice, the foods are greatly delicious, try beef stew and rice everybody!

You either really like the restaurant or you don't. The place is well located, very near to st Catherine street and they are open until very late at night. Attention is good, they prepare your food fast and you can see what they make in the kitchen, since it is open kitchen concept. The plate I ordered was sesame beef and honestly it was disappointing because from other sesame beefs i've had, the preparation is very different, the one I had here was more like a General Tao beef (lots of red sauce and a huge amount of garlic). I would go there again to try out more dishes but this first experience was not great.

100% RECCOMMEND! I don't know why this restaurant has only 3.9 but the food was delicious and priced really good for the amount you get. Service was great as well. Would return if I ever came back to Quebec!

Nice place to eat. The chefs are good and the service is good also. I agree with an earlier review that the stars should be a little bit better. But you could see they were very heavy on take outs

Apologies as I started eating before the shots. The food is also over portioned. Two people could easily share a plate and feel satisfied.

Overall, it was decent.

I ordered on Doordash and there was a piece of metal in my food, a nice 4cm piece. Looks blackened but you can see the metal through.

I came with my family and friends on a trip to Montreal. We are new to this area so tried this restaurant with no idea how it is.

It was an amazing restaurant. The food was amazing and was served streaming hot which I appreciate. The service was exceptional. They were attentive, very welcoming. They served our dishes hot and quickly. I recommend this place for anyone who are in the downtown Montreal area!

Went here for the first time today and the general tao is so good! They have a lot on the menu and the staff was really nice:)

J’ai adoré mon plat de chow mein aux fruits de mer! Servi avec du crabe, des calmars et des crevettes qui étaient tous très frais! Il est rare de trouver une aussi grosse assiste pour 14$ incluant taxes et pourboire, c’est certain que je vais y retourner. Bon service également et énormément de choix au menu
