Ordered for pick up. Although order was ready in time, when we got home and opened containers, instead of the konpao chicken, we got pepper chicken.and all the food was warm. This was the third time our order was messed up.
The first time was an app issue, the second time we were missing a main dish, the food was warm & not very good. We’ve had a great experience in the past so I decided to give them another shot. It’s my husband’s birthday so I decided to added a note with my order asking them to make sure my order was correct.
Food was terrible; spring rolls & egg rolls were dripping in oil, soggy noodles
…terrible. Really disappointed again.
