J’ai malheureusement eu un très mauvaise expérience chez ce concessionnaire. On m’a livré ma voiture usagée avec le Bluetooth défectueux, des pneus d’hivers secs et dangereux, et des disques rouillés à l’arrière. Lorsque je suis parti acheter la voiture, c’était encore indiqué “véhicule en préparation”, je crois donc que la voiture n'a pas été inspectée en "160 points", contrairement à ce qu’ils ont affirmés. C’était la dernière journée du mois et ils désiraient clairement faire une vente rapide. J'avais de la misère à avoir des retours d'appels aux ventes et également au service, si bien que j’ai finalement décidé de démonter la radio, noter le modèle exact, commander une radio usagée identique et de l’installer moi-même pour avoir le Bluetooth. Ils m’ont remboursés la radio, mais il aurait été honnête et professionnel de leur part de me donner un montant compensatoire additionnel pour les désagréments et pour avoir installé la radio moi-même. Un client de perdu.

We have been looking for used cars and in the process visited this location from Ottawa.

A huge shoutout to Nicholas who was simply amazing. He was professional, cordial and very respectful. Though we ended up opting for a new car (surprise surprise thanks to the financing rates) Nicholas remained calm and very cooperative.

He told us the pros and cons of the two cars we were considering, offered his assistance in getting a good deal and was not pushy at all! In fact he wished us the very best.

We visited another dealership before this one and the salesman became outright rude when we mentioned we would like to look for other options.

Not with Nicholas! He is a gem! Though we weren't able to get through a deal but I would wholeheartedly recommend dealing with him and I would definitely get a car from him in the future.

My Sienna 2014 AC was not working and I had this Toyota to checked and fixed. They charged me more than $1600 to replace a new compressor but nothing was fixed.
I was back to Toronto and it was fixed by my friend's gargage.
Actually that "new" compressor is a dead one. I need order another new one.
Don't trust them and avoid use this "dealer"

I sent an email expressing my interest in one* of their used car. It takes 5-6 email exchanges for the car salesman to answer 0 of my questions and for them to book me an appointment. Twice they asked me what day would work best for my appointment (I said Saturday twice) and twice he asked me for my phone number (I had to give my phone number two times.).

I arrive at the dealership after driving 1 hour to be told that the car was sold.

They didn't cancel the appointment by phone or by e-mail. And the appointment was confirmed at 5pm on Thursday for Saturday. I highly doubt that the car would be gone in 1 business day (Friday).

I actually emailed them on a new account with a new name to see if the car is still available and they responded that it is and they wanted me to confirm an appointment.

I am not sure what is going on over there, could be incompetence or profiling of customers maybe based on their names? I hope that a manager reads this review because it makes zero sense to schedule an appointment with a customer to tell them after seeing them that the car for which the appointment is about is sold (it is still available on their website though.

Excellent client support, Felipe was my advisor, took all the time to explain and show the car details and just until I get well informed we proceed to the sale process. All the stuff is well informed and warming. Thanks for your great service

Sales staff are really really nice, no complain about them at all. However, the service department is another story. Caught them couple of times telling lies to me. Months of waiting to get a part replacement and having to call them every time to check, because I have never been called to be notified a piece arrived. My tires were in bad shape because I forgot to tell them when the tires should be aligned. Aren't they supposed to be the experts to take car of my car? I was told the manager would call me to make an appointment and talk about this more than a year ago, still waiting.

I wanted to say thank you to Anthony and Giulia for their advice and guidance. They were so helpful and I really appreciated. Thanks to woodland Toyota for giving the good quality service to the customer.

I bought a used Toyota RAV4.and the expireance is terrible.never had such an experience in Montréal before.they only want to sell the vehicle.after they keep on calling, I went to pick the vehicle but what happened is they didn’t do the repair works that they promised to do.so I refuse to pick that time.then again it took 2more weeks to deliver the car.
And financing manager is so bad he has no value for his words he talking something today tomorrow will be different.once I thought to record the conversation so that he can’t change word.

I’ve gotten the best service here when ever my local dealership is too busy …I’ve been here with a Ford, a dodge.a rental car.been here with everything but a Toyota …regardless of what vehicle you own they accept you with open arms.the service team is exceptional to me these guys are my hidden gem in my back pocket

Overall very bad experience with them. They commit false promises and cheated me on the wrong inspection report which was having no date on it. They promise to deliver me the car Hyundai Ionic in 2 - 3 days with new inspection report (which I demanded from them). But later they told me there is an issue with the battery. And they will never call you, respond to your emails. You have to call them. Very unprofessional staff. I wasted my 1 week in dealing with them taking my work off but finally I decided to cancel the deal.

Very bad staff. Specially the bank employee staff who applies for finance.
I had never seen a person like him - he together with other staff doesn't care you as a client. My loan was passed but he didn't tell me by phone or email about the approval. I have called him after 2 days to know it. Other staff misleads me and I wasted my days in dealing with them.

C'etait ma première visite et même en cas d'aubaine je ne penses pas que je retournerai.

Ils ne sont vraiement pas organisés.
Ils ont oublié de me prélevé une partie du montant lors de l'achat
Plusieurs problèmes sur le vehicule et il sont rétissant a faire les réparations.
Le vendeur doit nous faire des suivis et oublis de nous rappeler.

On s'est rendu compte à la derniere minute qu'il n'y avait que 3 pneus d'hiver (ils avaient oublié de remettre le dernier dans la voiture)
Pas de cache baggage alors que s'est censé venir avec.

Les personnes avec qui nous avons parlé (Maria et Luis) ont tout de même été courtoise malgrés le manque d'organisation général

Great service by Maxim, JP, and the Woodland Toyota team at Verdun/Montreal in Quebec. As my first car purchase, first out-of-province purchase, and first "remote" purchase, I was inherently apprehensive. However, the team was fully professional, consultative, and made all accommodations to ensure questions were answered. They provided full maintenance records, conducted live video sessions, and made arrangements for a very reasonable delivery of the car to the front-door.

As I was buying out of province, they were also able to charge my province's tax, which made registration very, very easy in my home province. I initially tried to direct deposit to speed up the administration side of things (since deposits are instant), but it's recommended you stick with a traditional wire and budget around 24-36 hours for this for the banks to process.

I had some post-sale questions - and Maxim and Woodland were always available. Truly a "makes-it-happen" kind of gentleman and team.

I bought a new car. Since it was November and the car had summer tires, they said they could store my winter tires for free, so I didn't see my winter tires when I picked up the car. But in December, when I went to change my winter tires, I found that they had replaced me with an old set of winter tires. I approached the salesman and the manager, but all of them insisted that the old tires were brand new. It was a terrible experience

Je vous recommande fortement de faire affaires avec Woodland Toyota. Je suis client depuis de nombreuses années et je n'ai jamais été déçu du service offert. Cette fois-ci, pour ma nouvelle voiture, j'ai reçu l'aide d'Hugo qui a pris le temps de répondre à mes besoins malgré la période particulière que nous traversons. C'est moins agréable d'acheter une voiture en 2022 à cause de la pénurie mais Hugo a tenu compte de ma réalité pour me proposer des options intéressantes. Un grand merci.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Car Price is $20,000 and when they give you the documents, it says you owe the bank $35,000. It's unbelievable how they came up with those no's.

Bought a car from Felipe here last year, have not been able to get ahold of him since I drove it off the lot. Clearly this dealership has no interest in anything that happens after the transfer of money.

The best Toyota dealer. I have been a client for over 15 yrs, bought four cars myself. My friends and family also bought many Toyotas here, WE are very satisfied with the sales and service departments. They are very courteous and adept and most importantly very prompt.

Concessionnaire de voleur. Mon beau père âgée et qui n'a pas toute ses repaires est aller au toyota dans l'espoir de pouvoir retourner son rav4 2021 15 000km et prendre une voiture moins cher. Ils lui on échanger une subaru 2017 avec 80 000 kilomètre pour le même prix que sont rav4 de l'année. En plus son subaru lui revenait 60$ de plus au deux semaines. Quand j'ai pris la peine de regarder c'est papiers pour me rendre compte qu'il s'en était fait passer une vite, Je suis retourner 2 heures après la transactions avec lui pour avoir des explications et annuler. Nous avons été réfère à Nicolas Martinez pour nous aider. La seul aide que nous avons reçu de lui était de literalement faire rire de nous et nous faire dire que nous ne pouvons rien faire et de "decrissez avec le char"la transaction à été faite. Nous avons fait des pieds et des mains pour faire valoir nos droits de résiliation de contrat. Ma copine (sa fille) à du manquer 1 semaine de travaille à parler avec l'office de protection du consommateur, avocat, banque et j'en passe. Un vrai cauchemar. Le directeur Francis Desrosiers était extrement méprisant et non professionnel en nous disant que nous ne pourrions pas résilier car le près avais déjà passer et que nous ne pourrions pas faire de plaintes à l'opc ce qui n'était pas vrai et de decrisser du concessionnaire quil etait cher lui ici. (même si l'office de protection du consommateur nous disait le contraire). Au final 1 semaine après il nous ont redonner l'auto et repris la subaru après avoir reçu notre mise en demeure. N'envoyez pas vos parents vulnérables là-bas. J'ai rarement vue une personne mal intentionner comme le patron Francis desrosiers dans ma vie.

Nous sommes allé essayer un véhicule chez Woodland Toyota, sans ferme intention de l'acheter, mais sommes reparti avec une nouvelle voiture.
