Leaky a/c, who needs a sauna when it's 40 degrees centigrade, in the gym, broken machines outside shoes in sauna. Definitely not inclusive vibe after completion of contract definitely will go to another gym

For new patrons please use a weekly pass so you don't get locked into a contract and have to stay for the duration that's how they get you!

Je me rends 4-5 fois par semaine dans cette salle de sport. Mais les points négatifs sont nombreux. Les fuites d’eau à répétition du plafond, les toilettes, douches toujours sales, la quantité de machine impraticables, l’affluence colossale à 17H pour le peu d’espace qu’offre la salle.
Seulement 7 bancs….
Malgré tout les réceptionnistes de nuits sont toujours très très très gentil et les conversations avec ces derniers sont appréciables.

The changing rooms are disgusting, and trust me, I've been there day and night. I think at least 30% of the lockers are broken, if not more. People at the reception spend their time staring at their photos (not all, but the vast majority). There's no hello, no goodbye. Anyway, the only reason I still go is that they have no competition in Griffintown, which is clearly a shame! I hope they'll improve their customer service, which is close to 0/10.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM ITS SO BAD!

Never written a comment before, but I think this gym have a big issue in costumer service. I canceled my membership 2 month ago because personal reasons, but they are still taking 500+ dollars from my bank account with no reason. I called them and went to the gym front desk the manager never solve the problems.

Even tho the front desk told me that the manager is here for the next day, when I come to the gym the reception told me that manager is not working that day.

I just want to get my refund and they’re wasting my time.

The air conditioning has been broken for over a year and there is no plan to fix it either. It’s extremely hot and humid and it smells horrible. Breaking the contract is another challenge of itself. Literally the worst gym I’ve ever been to.

Management won’t fix it even though lots of members been asking for weeks now.
It is packed to the brim at rush hour, and you can smell the humidity and stinkness the second you step foot inside.

Pire gym jamais vu. Si on pouvais mettre zéro je le ferais.
Impossible d’avoir du stationnement autour en raison de la construction.
J’y vais très tôt le matin pour éviter les heures d’achalandage et malgré tout c’est presque impossible de s’entraîner. Il manque gravement d’équipement pour le nombre de personnes dans le gym. C’est beaucoup trop achalandé depuis la COVID. J’ai voulu me désabonner en expliquant la situation mais on me chargeais le prix complet de ce qui restait de mon abonnement (6 mois) pour couper mon accès. Les réponses aux courriels prennent plusieurs jours / semaines.
Le service à la clientèle est épouvantable et une bonne partie du personnel à l’accueil de parle et ne comprend pas le français.
L’équipement est bon mais souvent brisé ou on ne peut pas l’utiliser parce qu’il y a trop de monde.
Ne perdez pas votre argent et votre temps!

Did not enjoy this gym at all, really small but it was unclean and worst was there were not enough plates to use. I understand there may not be people who workout for strength but how can you not have enough plates for everyone to have a workout. Would not recommend.

Lol I don’t have electricity, and I was thinking to go and shower at the gym today. It’s open? Should I bring my soap?

Kim was so friendly with us! I hope she never leaves this gym she makes coming to train so much more enjoyable!

Encore un lieu fantastique j'ai vraiment aimé la diversité de toutes les exercices que l'on peut effectuer à cette places. Le personnel est gentil et l'endroit est très propre j'adore merci à toute la gagne on vous aime!

Spent >3 000 $ in private group sessions plus the gym monthly fee - yes I was either the strongest or fittest in most sessions but ended up spending extra money elsewhere for doctor, nurse, physio, massages, home stretching equipment and so forth to manage many injuries and pain.

Trainers are unable to watch everyone to check for proper movements each session because of all the people in the group so injuries happen. Their focus is finishing the 45 minutes training and they're done. CrossFit around the corner would've done the same job for a lot cheaper price with better warm-up warm-down routines and much less injuries.

Nutrition is basically a two minute discussion when you sign up and towards the end if you are lucky. Worse part is they often double book the training room so you end up packed in a full room so both two trainer$ can meet their quota$ but everybody is climbing over each other and fussing over weights available. Trainer is excellent, but the set up with big semi-private groups is not ideal and for the price I paid, I would've gone elsewhere.

Coach Nadal was sick but still managed to give our spinning class tonight! What a dedicated coach! Coach Jacky is my fav!

Gros point fort c'est mon entraîneur Daniel qui est toujours à l'écoute et tes professionnel ce qui est très rare dans nos jours. Very happy with my membership with Daniel

24hr entry cost is on the expensive side. Especially given the fact that the gym is very busy, equipment is in rough shape, cleanliness is subpar and showers are either scolding hot or freezing cold with nothing in between. Lockers with integrated locks were a nice touch.

Will do the trick for a workout in a bind but not a place I would go back to unless there are some changes unfortunately. A shame since it's in a great location!

In terms of the availability of equipment, I liked the place, but the bathrooms and saunas are very dirty. The staff at the reception and the service are very bad to the point of rudeness.

Il y a souvent du monde par rapport au nombre de machines et poids disponibles, il vaut mieux adapter ses horaires pour s'entraîner confortablement. Le matériel est OK et j'ai toujours de bonnes interactions avec le personnel qui est réactif et souriant.
Les salles annexes et les équipements comme le sauna sont un +.

Le coaching avec Daniel est excellent, le suivi et les plans sont pratiques, les cours sont des challenges à chaque fois. Une très bonne expérience de mon côté.

The best gym in griffintown hands down! They have all the equipment you need to workout. Gym is kept clean, locker room always clean. Employees are very helpful and always greet you with a smile.

The best gym experience I have ever had. The gym is consistently cleaned. Every machine you need to workout is available and the front desk workers are very nice and helpful.
And if you have specific fitness goals or just want to easy your way into working out, pay a visit to Coach Daniel. He is very experienced loves training and he’ll make sure you love too while reaching all your fitness goals.

Overcrowded; way too hot and humid (and it's only May). I think the pool and sauna are the cause. I went at 7 p.m. And was waiting upwards of ten minutes per machine, adding a good 30 minutes to my workout.
Will try going at noon or after 8 p.m. To see if it's less crammed and less hot in consequence.
Otherwise, gym is fairly well equipped, although it could use another set of cable machines set widely apart; I really don't enjoy the very narrow fly machine, I like the cables nicely spaced apart for my standing flys.
Update: The cable from the cable-fly machine snapped and hit me in the groin. Funny, but the worst gym injury I've ever had. Lots of the clips in the gym are lose, making squatting or benching super sketchy. Maintain your equipment!

I've been working out here for 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the gym, amenities and staff. The space is super clean, team is friendly and the price cannot be beat for the area.

Great gym in the area, clean and good vibes. Sometimes little crowded but that’s every gym

The gym has been great for the past year, but there has been no Ac for the past few weeks and it’s intolerable specially in the Athletic classes!

Overall a good gym, however the customer service needs to be worked on! As someone who has worked in a gym before and in customer service my whole life I know how much of difference it can make.

Not much equipment, always long waiting time to complete your set.
Treadmills obly half working properly.

I have emailed the gym three times in the past two months to cancel my membership, and they have not only not even replied but continued to charge me for another year’s membership. Would recommend any other gym to anyone in the area over this one or any other world gym.

This gym is stealing money and ignores its members, the phone number on their website isnt in service to the actual gym and emails are ignored.
