J’ai acheté un JBL qui en moins de 3 semaines s’est brûlé la prise de charge. Au magasin on m’a dit que c’est de ma faute si le câble que j’ai utilisé est trop bon et puissante (pas de câble reçu à l’achat). Pas besoin être expert pour savoir que c’est le chargeur qui mets la puissance, et en passant le fabricant ne détermine pas lequel chargeur utiliser. Alors, conseil: achetez-vous quoique ce soit dans un bon magasin, des produits neufs, comme ça vous aurez vraiment une garantie.

Not someone that frequently reviews stuff, but I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the store return policy here.
First off, the staff was helpful and friendly, no problems there.
I bought a sampler after being told that the device was tested and in working condition. I plug it in and some lights flash, seems like things are good.
Some days pass, I am busy with other things. Now it's time to test the device. It turns out the device doesn't function at all without special software, which can only be downloaded after registering the product using the hardware serial number.
No problem, I try and register the product. Doesn't work because the previous owner has already registered it.
No problem, bring it back to the store. Staff at store says they can't reimburse me. Nor can they contact the previous owner. Nor can they show me the device working on the spot (they say it was tested somewhere else.). Best they can do is to give me store credit or an exchange. Now I'm ~$200 in the hole and can't shop around for what I need somewhere else.
I understand the idea behind the no refund policy, but it doesn't seem right that things are so rigid when the buyer has been mislead into believing they're buying a working device.
PS: Learn from my mistake, never buy Native Instruments hardware second hand without making sure the seller possesses and can transfer the software license. Many devices are useless without this.

Toujours vérifier la véritable valeur des jeux vidéo dans les pawn shops sur Pricecharting. Ses prix sont environ trois fois ce qu'ils devraient être. Je ne peux rien dire sur les prix qu'il fait en tant qu'acheteur, mais tenter de surévaluer le marché à ce point là, c'est de l'arnaque. Éviter en tant qu'acheteur.

Les conseillers sur place sont aimables, efficaces et donnent de bonne information! Les prix sont justes et proposent de « wrapper » les équipments plus fragiles.

Très bon prix et beau magasin. Les employés sont bien aimables et savent répondre à vos questions. Mon expérience fut bien meilleur qu'aux autres pawn shops que j'ai visité.

J'ai eu le plaisir de trouver un multi tool suisse chez eux, un objet rare sur le marché à Montréal.
L'article est en parfait état et à un prix raisonnable, et le service a été rapide et courtois, même en période de pandémie.
