Yaoooo Pizza Pub

Fifty bucks for a simple pizza that didn't have cheese on half of it.not sure if they were just rushing or if the restaurant is seriously heaping out, but for the money they charge half the pizza shouldn't be bare crust.

Be weary as an American tourist. We researched the entire Tremblant pedestrian village prior to arrival and (aside from this place) were told that USD was gladly accepted, credit cards accepted, and Canadian dollar change given to USD paying customers.

We have found this true across the entire mountain and village except this place. We were told cash only upon entering. No problem. The pizza we ordered came out incorrect, right at closing time, but we we just travelled all day to get here and starving so we ate it. No problem.

The major issue came at paying. The no credit card rule was one thing, but what they don’t tell you until you’ve spent is that if you do pay in USD that they don’t honor the exchange rate so you pay in USD what the CAD price is, so with the USD well above the CAD we were essentially charged a 32+% premium. On top of that, we were not informed a service charge was baked into the bill so we unknowingly left a proper 20% gratuity on top of the auto-grat.

We’re here for a week and loved the food and staff but for the above reasons will be staying away from Yaoooo Pizza Pub during our stay.

**side note - we have found it’s illegal in Quebec to not honor the exchange rate and do plan to bring that up as we paid a LOT for some highly priced incorrect food and quite a few deceptive practices.

My second time here definitely because of the good pizza. Had ordered fries and a vegetarian pizza. The person was really kind to split the pizza into half and serve as we had mentioned that we are sharing.
Fries was amazing - perfect crisp outer and soft inside. Tempered with some salt and pepper.
The pizza was also perfectly baked and topped with a good medley of veggies and cheese.

It was kinda late at night me and my friend wanted to take out some food, the server was really kind! And she recommended a place for tomorrow’s brunch! The pizza was REALLY DELICIOUS! (It was that good that me and my friends ate all of it and realized we didn’t took a picture)

Great Food but horrible service! I travelled from ontario to mont tremblant to eat pizza from my fav place and I was turned down service because the waitress was in training and she was like i can’t serve you because you didn't call before coming. She lost business that day because she wasnt in the mood to serve people.

Girl at checkin was unprofessional. She wouldn’t let us place an order for take out. Then started making excuses that it would take 35 minutes to make a pizza, even though the place was mostly empty.

We decided to try eating here for a quick lunch bite. The atmosphere is so refreshing after being in the hot? Sun. The music was perfect, and the food was delicious and was served fast.

Nice place for a beer and a feed. Gets quite busy and you may have to wait for seating at peak times.
Great staff and service, awesome selection of pizzas and really high quality food.

La pire pizza de la planète, désolé mais ceux qui font de la pizza dans cet endroit terrible doivent changer de métier, car c'est un mauvais service à la société. Il n'est pas étonnant que le service soit si mauvais, des gens mécontents de leur vie, faisant ce qu'ils n'aiment pas et facturant un montant absurde, 1 grande pizza et 4 boissons non alcoolisées, 90 dollars. J'ai donné un pourboire par pitié car ils doivent essayer d'être un peu moins sombres et malheureux

50m wait for food, barely any basil on the margarita compared to the mozzarela despite a significant price increase and undercooked crust dough

Popular pick up and go pizza. It only has a few tables if you want to eat in, so best to try that only off peak season. Grab a drink at the bar while you wait.

Got into Montreal late night and this place was the only thing open. They made us great pizza and even though it was small spot, enjoyed the vibe and people!

Friendly service and pretty good food, but really slow.orderd the simplest thing bruchetta for 1, for take out.took like 15 minutes. Its too simple a dish to take that long.

Understaffed, horrible food, served us with paper plates and no utensils. Pizza had less than 2 ounces of cheese.the most expensive pizza i’ve ever bought as well as, the worst tasting one.

The pizza here is terrible and extremely overpriced. Won't come here again. Staff is nice though.

An exact spot for delicious pizzas. The size and the pricing are fulfilling. Great Service except that there is a bit of mismanagement as to order tracking.

My family dined in here yesterday, service was terrible. We weren’t seated and had to go inside and ask someone for a table. Then nobody came and asked us for our order, so we had to go inside again and ask to order. When the food finally arrived, our server told us there were no clean dishes left for us and gave us takeout containers and plastic cutlery. We saw everyone around us that arrived before AND after us being served quickly and properly, with dishes and utensils. Coincidentally we were also the only people of colour in the entire restaurant and were the only ones given extremely poor service.

Great pizza place in mont tremblant which is open till late. Could have given a 5 star, however their pizza and garlic bread was a bit greazy, overall great food and ambience.

The pizza was absolutely incredible. My girlfriend and I shared a large mozzarella pizza and it was just as good as it looks. The large was the perfect size to share between two people. The service was also great, they were fluent in both English and French and were very friendly and professional. The location was also great and the atmosphere was perfect for a nice lunch. Would recommend to anyone.

Pizza was very tasty and the kids also loved it. Had the arugula and prosciutto Pizza that was great. The place was very busy though during peak hours of lunch and dinner, so plan ahead. Thanks

RUDE AND RASIST! Started a fight wouldn’t let us sit but let the people beside us in really rude

We ordered takeout on the website at 6: 30 pm and selected the 7: 30 pm pickup time slot. Pizza was not ready until 8: 30 pm.

Aside from the delay, one of the pizzas were also cold because they made one earlier than the other, so the food quality wasn’t great either.

At $30+ for a large pizza, it’s also terrible value. I would avoid this restaurant at altogether.

Little après ski snack and hydration! Pizza was awesome and beers were cold. Staff was pretty hype as well! I will be going back!

Great cozy joint. Great server staff, surprisingly good pizza. They are constantly cleaning everything, if you need a place to post up that isn't surrounded by late teenagers or early 20 year olds.

Huge line not enough staff online ordering is broken I waited for an hour for them to just not have my order down maybe good pizza but you won’t get to try it as the line is too long.

Jessica is the best she was super nice, excellent service and the food is delicious best pizzas ever I definitely recommend it, we was celebrating our wedding anniversary and the restaurant is super cool! Great vibe and they have take out!

Been ordering pizza to either on site, before the pandemic and nowadays take out… it’s delicious pizza… friendly staff… please be patient, it is pandemic times and staff is often over worked or it’s hard to find any (all over the place) … service has always been great here even in pandemic times. Wherever I go nowadays I’m patient, because we’re lucky to have service. Drop by for a delicious take out pizza!

The Pizza is amazing and the owner is nice and friendly. They also let us bring our puppy inside which is really appreciated?

Horrible staff …
Total disregard for COVID rules, overcrowded and oh so racist.refused to sit us down (family of 4) and offered to “spice up our food” to show how wonderful they are, they threatened to call the police which obviously they couldn’t as they were too crowded to be following the rules.
NEVER GO HERE.
I really wish I had insisted on calling the police myself.left the food there.can’t eat from a place that is so disrespectful of others.some folks should not be in service industry.

Poor. Fantastic pizza however after being told it would be a 20 minute wait for takeaway it actually took over an hour, no apology nothing.

Good pizza but terrible staff. Both managers don’t wear masks while dealing with food and drinks. The manager was screaming at the kitchen staff for the whole restaurant to hear. Took 20 minutes to get helped and 50 minutes to get drinks. We got our food BEFORE our drinks? The cherry on top was them seating a family at an unsanitized table where the customers who sat there before them were sneezing profusely on the table.

Pizza was okay. But the server gave us attitude after not giving the tip he expected us to give. He forcefully was asking for 15%. What is up with these fast food restaurants asking for tip. I regret giving tip because of this. You can’t change your attitude 360 just because we didn’t give u tip.so funny.first time hearing this.

Just don't go.this is Domino's pizza with slightly richer crust. They advertise spicy rose sauce as the base for some of their pizzas, but it tastes just like the sauce you get on frozen pizza from your local supermarket. Mushroom and garlic pizza has no garlic. The staff are nice, hence the 3 star review.

This restaurant took my credit card information and charged 96.10 on my credit card. I am not even in the same province as this restaurant nor ever been to this restaurant. When I told them about it they didn’t care to investigate.

We waited about an hour then they told us they are out of pizza. I asked if I can order and wait again but unfortunately they told me there is only pepperoni and all dressed pizza!
How about respecting customers and don’t let them stand outside your window hungry with kids without telling them the ugly truth earlier!

This place has quite a few options for vegetarians. The owner was very friendly and made us comfortable. Nachos can be slightly better and more sauces can be added to make it less dry. The veggie pizza was decent.

An unexpected but amazing find! A “hidden gem” of a place, with incredible pizza, beer and staff

Pizza was surprising delicious. Our server forgot about us, after waiting for a good hour, we sorted out the order and the server apologized, even offered discount for our meal. Overall a pleasant experience!

Pizza is ok, but the service here is pretty bad. Because of covid they only do take out. A bottle of water is crazy over priced at $4 before tax. Cashier forgot to give us our waters and some of our change. Had to wait to get the water even though there was no one else there at that moment.
Pizza is decent but not worth the price. They could place the pepperoni better one slice only had one piece on it. Not the greatest for sharing.
They also do not offer you napkins

Delicious authentic Italian pizza. The wait time might be a bit too long if several groups of people are seated at the same time.

Good and fast pizzas, a bit expensive. For 4 people, 1 small pizza and a large, nachos and 3 beers costed almost 150$.

The drinks, the pizza and the nachos were wonderful. The staff was great too. Our entire group thought everything was very delicious.

I wish I could have wrote a great review about the place but I couldn’t. I’ll start by saying that pizza is quite great, awesome taste and size. Full marks to that. Now the in restaurant experience is what let me down. The location is in heart of Mont Tremblant resort, the place is supposed to be overwhelmed with tourists especially after lockdown. These guys were ill prepared for that. Not only the service was in totally bad shape but some of us even had to face the rude and unwelcoming servers. After longest waiting time, we were asked to leave and not to use empty tables to have pizza (while other people were still having drinks).

**Covid** safety measures are practically nonexistent, only one waitress kept her mask on even though others were serving customers.

The pizza was fast and good although the dough was inconsistent as it had thin crust on one side but thicker on the other and they were generous with the alcohol. That being said, it's overpriced. Expect to pay about 80$ for a few slices of pizza and a drink.

The waitress was pleasant and polite but the guys were a little loud and distracting.

The pizza is really delicious. Great quantity of cheese and very tasteful, however the large pizza is more like a medium pizza. We found that the size was a bit of disappointment as there was space between the pizza and the box. That’s the only thing to be improved.

Was there this afternoon. Pizza was amazing but the service was even better. Our servers name was Jennifer she gave us directions to our next destination and was extremly helpful knowing we did not speak French. I believe she was from Guelph Ontario which happens to be close to where I live. Extremely friendly and went up and beyond. Would fully recommend this place. I got the Canadian.

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Ordered 4 large pizza and thrown all of them. Also dipping were not as expected.

We loved the pizza nice flavour, thin crust and fluffy, but their waffles fries not so much, needed to be crispy not soft. Their staff is friendly! Overall good experience

Pizza price far exceeds the quality, parmesan sticks were rock hard. They were also out of parmesan but only told us once the food was boxed up for takeout and didn't offer a solution, it was prepaid with credit card. I've never written a review before but I felt the need to in this case. My boyfriend ate here long ago and said it was great so maybe it was just a bad day for the restaurant but I won't order here again.

This place changed hands since i was there last. It used to be quite brite and very friendly staff. Now it has pizzas at 30 beer at 12. $ 80 with tip for a quick pizza and beers. Wasnt impressed

Great gluten and dairy free options! The crust is thin and crispy and the vegan cheese was melty and creamy! The sever confirmed that the chef would take care for cross contamination and I did not get sick! While pricey, due to resort pricing, we did enjoy our food.

The best food. It's a small space and small kitchen so don't expect it to be something it isn't. Be polite to the staff so many rude family's tonight.

My sons and I enjoyed the pizza and beverages at Yaoooo twice, once for dinner and then for lunch the next day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pizza was excellent.

Picked up a pizza to go. It was ready at the exact time we requested for it to be ready. Got a large and it was enough for 2. Pizza was amazing. Thin, fluffy crust, lots of flavor and perfect amount of toppings. Would definitely get it again next time I'm in town

What happened to the old yahoo pizza? This knockoff has bad service and bad pizza. Who folds pizza dough to make it fit the pan? Is it even pizza dough? More like a starchy crepe.

From what used to be a late night pizza spot, to an actual gastro pub. With good beer selection, and thought out menu, this has quickly become one of my favorite pubs on the mountain!

She expected a 20% tip and told us to not come back after we gave 18%.

By the way, it was a pizza no one picked up and she offered it to us. Super rude. Don’t waste your time.

The food here is phenomenal, but the service is terrible. We waited about an hour and a half for our food (to put it into context, the restaurant only seats approximately 30 people total). No one came to check on us for drink refills and when we did flag down a server the refills never came. However, the pizzas are out of this world amazing!

Same problem as some of the other reviews. Waited in front of the bartender for ten minutes without any acknowledgment I was there. Like she was ignoring me on purpose drinking her beer and chatting away with others at the bar. She didn’t seat us. She just said go grab a seat. She could’ve done that when we walked in. Then we tried to order pizza and they were out of mozzarella. They could’ve told us that when they were seating us. Oh wait they didn’t. Lol. We left. They clearly didn’t care

Sat at a table for 20 minutes, nobody came to take our order, so we left. On the way out I told the waiter this, and he said sorry, but the tone of his voice said "so what? ".

If you want to save your time and your money, don’t go here. Waited 15 mins to order when I was standing right in front of the server as she was taking shots with a customer and chatting away. I ordered a large all dressed pizza for takeout it cost $30. After 10-15 mins they brought out the wrong size pizza. My receipt literally said large and the sever looked soo confused when I pointed out that she gave us the wrong size. I’m pretty sure she was drunk. Another 10-15 mins later got the correct pizza. Went to my hotel only to see that the pizza inside the box was a good 2” smaller than the actual box and the dough was raw. The pizza was soo soggy underneath I thought they spilled water on the bottom of the box. My friend unrolled her crust and she could literally kneed the pizza dough. We tried to just eat the edible parts but our stomachs started to hurt. We went back to the restaurant with 4/6 slices to let them know that the dough was straight up raw and asked for a refund. When I told and showed the server the pizza was raw, he proceeded to tell me that’s how it is and asked if I wanted a new pizza. If your pizzas are going to be consistently raw I don’t want another one. The two servers said they didn’t know how to refund a visa transaction. If that machine was in English I would’ve processed the refund myself. So now after I wasted 45 mins and kept my group waiting on me, I have to wake up extra early tomorrow morning to go meet the manager and get a refund. If you want delicious thin crust pizza thats cooked and reasonably priced with excellent service go to pizzaterria you will not be disappointed there.

If you reach mount tremblent at the middle of night this place is where you can lay your hands on some food. I ordered vegi pizza and it was good.

Hot and stuffy inside so get your pizza takeaway. The vege and Texanne pizzas were so tasty. The large size was enough for 3 people.

Just ordered a take out Large Canadian pizza and it is so undercooked that we can literally unroll the crust. They told us the order would be ready in 10 minutes and we were surprised.guess we should have known that’s not how pizza works.

The worst place you can go to, they treat the customers with a lot of arrogance, bad service, they left waiting for 15 min to tell after they can't take any more orders.
